I realized that there is no classic method of contacting a guest with a waiter.
Minute two:
I raise my hand and keep my eyes on a particular waiter.
The one I'm looking at doesn't raise his head, but serves the neighboring tables. And the other one, who saw my hand, but did not catch it with his eyes and completely ignored it. He stood further away with half-turns.
Minute 4-5
He raised his hand and started waving it, without a voice, of course. And I looked at everyone who turned their body in my direction. No attention to me.
At 8 minutes.
I tore off my fifth point without taking a step, with my body towards the aisle, purely for experiment - and imitated movement with both hands, only HE noticed me randomly- GREEN, but not believing his eyesight, the waiter with enthusiastic braking somehow decided to head towards me so that I could order some two Damn it.
Fact: 8 minutes to find contact with the waiter to accept the second order. When calculating the second check in tenge / minute, the institution potentially loses money. Well, I don't think you need to write to me about loyalty, few people think about it. Or there is a lack of knowledge and techniques.
Problem: it is ubiquitous in the city, in any format of the institution - there are no points of attention between both guests and employees of the linear.
Solution: build up the concept, train the concentration and distraction of waiters on the line both with guests and among themselves, turn it into a ritual, encouraging them with a percentage of the second check (there are other calculations).

Basil is the story of the longest burp. Unfortunately, over the years, its taste has become more disgusting.
I have no idea what they do with meat, but cheburek, manti, kazy, brizol, olivier and other meat dishes turn you into a dragon. Three hours of hissing burps are provided. And I feel sick of myself.
Also, the annoying parking attendant reinforces the unwillingness to go to the good old basil. As it is, prices are rising, portions are decreasing, there is more and more ice in the meringue roll, the quality of the food is plus or minus, still around the clock. 6 out of 10.
