This hotel sucks! I had a rest from September 22 to October 2, 2019. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! I really liked Alanya and Cleopatra beach. For the sake of Alanya, I will come again, but absolutely not to this hotel. He deserves only one star.
The extremely low level of the hotel. The food is below average. The staff is not friendly, reacts painfully to problems that arise, with elements of negativity and neglect.the beach is a 3-minute walk across the street, but wants to be cleaner. In no case should you use water from coolers in the hotel, it has nothing to do with bottled water, the staff secretly pours technical water with a hose from the tap near the reception
We have just arrived from Alanya. Since the sea was the number one for us, we fully got what we wanted: the sea is luxurious, clean, 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel does not have its own beach, so go to the one that is right across the street. Sun beds are all paid. Somewhere there is a shower and even a changing room, somewhere there is only a faucet to wash your feet. The beach is sand, but the entrance to the sea is two meters of pebbles, then sand again. For those who find it painful to walk on pebbles, buy slippers for entering the water right away - they are sold in all shops. The cheapest option is at the Migros supermarket, which is located next to the hotel.
You are not given beach towels, but nowhere in the description of the hotel was this promised. If you expect to get the service and quality of a five-star hotel for the money you paid (and 9 nights cost us 31 thousand each), then you are not here. The hotel is rated at 3 stars, no more. The room in the second building (across the street from the main one) was absolutely acceptable - clean, with a balcony, with working air conditioning. Disadvantages: during the day, the water in the shower was slightly warm, but in this heat it was insignificant for us. In the evening, it was already heated to hot. The TV was working, but there were 5 Turkish channels, so we can assume that it did not work. :)) It seems to me that in a hotel populated by 90% Russian-speaking tourists, it was possible to take care of at least one Russian channel. But living without a TV for a week is not a problem.
As for cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels. There is a "make up the room" button near the door, which means "clean the room". We clicked. The result was two new bars of soap and two rolls of toilet paper. Everything else remains as it was. The rooms are not cleaned there unless you ask at the reception. There is a tall young guy there who speaks Russian perfectly. Communicate with him. Everything we asked for about cleaning, extra towels or bedspreads was done.
The Internet. Only in the lobby of both buildings. The quality of the Internet is poor, the speed is low. You can buy a paid one for $ 2 per day, then you will have the pleasure of using it in the room, on the terrace of the bar and in the dining room. The speed is slightly better, but it also often stops for a short time. The day starts exactly from the moment you paid.
Meal. Edible, you won't stay hungry. As for variety and taste, this is not for you. For lunch and dinner, there is always something chicken and meat on the distribution (maybe soy meatballs, I can't say for sure) and a couple of side dishes. There are many different salads, but we took only tomatoes, cucumbers and greens. Olivier with mayonnaise at 35 degrees does not roll in the same way as others seasoned with mayonnaise. :)) Fruits: melon, watermelon, oranges, apples. For dessert, there were small Turkish sweets that flew away at the moment, although they were inedible, imho. For breakfast every day there were hard-boiled eggs, 4-5 varieties of soft and hard cheeses and 1-2 varieties of boiled Turkish sausage, cereals and salads.
In the second half of our stay, a lot of people arrived, and if you do not come in the first rows, you may encounter the fact that some food will run out and there will not be enough forks (for some reason, it was the forks that flew like desserts). But once again, you will not stay hungry. Well, or you will lose weight, which is also useful. If you come in the front rows at the beginning of the meal, you will have to stand in a long queue for distribution. If this does not bother you, then the flag is in your hands.
Breakfast from 8 to 10, lunch from 12.30 to 14.00, dinner from 19.00 to 20.30. There is also an "afternoon snack" from 16.00 to 17.00 in the lobby in the main building, consisting of two types of small "cakes". If you miss it, you won't lose anything.
Bar. Coffee from the vending machine - espresso, latte, with milk. It's not natural coffee, it's instant, but you can drink it. "Juices" are also from the vending machine, but these are not juices, but drinks from concentrate. Who remembers the "Invite" in the 90s, then this is the one, judging by the taste. The bartender pours beer, red and white wine, cola and mineral water (all the cheapest, of course). You can get drunk on all this, but in my opinion, it's not worth it. If you really want alcohol, it's better to buy it at the supermarket and have fun. If you don't care, drink what they pour you at the bar.
Alanya is a city. The hotel is located right next to the main street that stretches along the sea. It is full of shops, entertainment, restaurants. The prices are not much cheaper than ours.
Once again: since the main thing for us was the proximity of the hotel to the sea, everything else was secondary. For those who need varied and delicious food, beach towels, cleaning with a change of linen every day, fast free Internet and high-quality drinks at the bar - you definitely do not need to go to this hotel.
Have a good rest and a warm sea to all!!!
We went to this hotel very calmly, because we travel a lot and often, stayed in hostels and in cool 5, so we thought that it would be very difficult to surprise us with something. It was essential that the hotel had its own pool with sun beds, because they flew only for the sake of the sea. So the hotel does NOT have its own declared beach. You can lie on the sand on a public beach or take sun beds on a paid one, prices from 20 lira and above per sunbed, depending on the beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The entrance to the sea is very rocky (the first couple of meters), then the sand begins. The sea is very warm and clean. There is beauty and mountains all around. As for the hotel, it's just darkness and horror, despite the fact that the hotel has everything to be good. The main problem is the staff, who just do nothing all day and the dirt. We've never seen such filth in our lives. The food is basically normal, you will not stay hungry. The Council:very careful with salads, because they were very often sour. When we were there, several people were taken to the hospital with severe poisoning. By the way, a beautiful phantom with a park, which is presented on the site as a hotel. In fact, the city park is for walking dogs and cats, the smell is appropriate, especially in the heat. I definitely would not recommend this hotel even to the enemy))) If you want to relax on a budget, then it's better to look at even more budget options.
Do not spoil your vacation!!!!
Everything is in order... We had a rest in August 2021
We chose the hotel based on reviews. The hotel is listed on the website as 4* (such a star appeared at the hotel because of reviews from previous years, I don't even know what they were doing there, getting a good rating!)
Upon arrival, we were taken to hotels, and I was very surprised when 14 people settled in our hotel. Well, I think since so many came here, we probably made the right choice. But no!
August 2021 for this period, as elsewhere, there should be measures for caronovirus... At the hotel, the staff did not observe them from the word "at all". We were given a room key at the reception, it was on the 3rd floor. And they immediately offered a room with a sea view for $ 20. We didn't plan to stay in the room much, so we refused. We were escorted to the room by a young man, we went up in an ancient elevator.
This young man opened the room to us and walked through the room in the shoes he had just walked on the street, showing the air conditioner and toilet... I didn't even listen to him and asked when they would wash the floor for us, because you walk in shoes?!!!! To which he very conveniently turned on the "fool" that they say he does not understand anything.
I went down to the reception and asked us to wash the floor, because it was really very dirty, it is clear that it was not washed after previous visitors. They promised that they would wash it. But we didn't wait, and again I went myself to look for someone to wash the floor for us. After all, I found a woman and she washed the floor for us. The whole room, with one rag! Never even rinsed.
The dirt was not only on the floor, all the furniture was old and dusty. We wiped it ourselves. The windows are dirty and stained. The TV is old, we didn't even try to turn it on. The lighting is terrible, the lamps have burned out and they have not been changed for us. Although we have asked more than once. I didn't flush the toilet!!!! And this is without any comments at all! When tourists arrive from the road, which takes 3.5 hours. It's not even possible to go to the toilet. We immediately told about the drain at the reception, but there was no reaction or even any movement on the part of the staff until they began to swear.
By the way, all the visitors were swearing there! And the problems were all different, some also had dirt, others bought a room with a sea view, and got a view where you need to get your head out of the balcony and turn to the side, then they will see the sea. There were big cockroaches crawling around the room on the sixth floor!!!!
Floors have not been cleaned in the corridors on the floor for five years! The walls are all in some kind of incomprehensible mixture.
There was no choice in the food, except salads, you want cucumbers, you want tomatoes, and you want a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes together))))) they served the food, and always a little. The men constantly asked to report, and they pretended that they did not understand Russian. Of the fruits, only watermelon, apples and melon, there was nothing else. The dishes are broken, all chipped.
The Internet was only near the reception. Many did not ship at all. A couple of times they just turned it off, said it was broken and they would make it soon.
The iron could be taken at the reception desk for free, but I approached them many times, and always heard the answer that someone had already taken it and had not yet given it away) so I didn't manage to stroke it.
The hotel has no territory at all.
There is a small swimming pool and sun beds. I can't say anything, because we've never swum there.
About alcohol, they poured diluted beer, nothing else. I didn't drink, but the reviews said that it was not possible to drink either. The visitors of the hotel went to the store and bought normal alcohol there.
The only advantage of the hotel is its location. To the sea 5 min. By the way, sun beds are paid. You will need to pay $ 5 for 2 sun beds and a table per day. The beach is sandy with pebbles. There were large boulders in some places. We tried not to go to the same place, but basically everywhere nearby the shore is the same.
Not far from the hotel there is a Koton store with very inexpensive and good clothes. There are many souvenir shops nearby, and a large market with clothes and sweets is very close.
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then I recommend that you do not take this hotel!!!!! I want to note that I go on vacation myself and always know that I will spend a minimum of time at the hotel, but after visiting this hotel I will choose the hotel more carefully, because it was just a pigsty that does not match its stardom.
We vacationed in August with a family of four in this hotel. The first impression was a shock, they gave a room on the fifth floor for an additional $ 20, although the room was vacant, the room was very dirty, the furniture was old, two small sheets were put on the double bed. An additional place is a sofa, it was broken, the air conditioner is very old, it broke on the first day, although it was fixed immediately. The room was cleaned 2 times in 10 days of stay, although it is difficult to call it cleaning, they gave 2 large and 2 small towels for 4 people, they did not even wash the floor in the toilet. In general, there is a problem with cleaning in this hotel, there are pieces of dust and garbage in the corridors. Special attention should be paid to the shared toilet, i.e. people who arrive before 14-00, or are waiting for a transfer, or those who are just relaxing at the bar, are forced to go to this toilet. They just never wash it! Dirt, stink, all the toilets are covered in shit even outside! The food is quite decent, meat every day, although it is not meat, but something soy, but you can eat it. Chicken and fish were quite common, in general you will not stay hungry. After 11 pm, the lights in the bar are turned off, you haven't heard about any cocktails for money there, you want to sit and relax, buy alcohol and snacks in the store and sit in the semi-darkness) The big plus of this hotel is its location, the sea, shops are all within walking distance. In general, if you don't get hung up, it's quite two stars)
We were in August 2021. The room is dirty, they gave one set of towels for two.The main thing is huge cockroaches. We washed the floors and took out the trash ourselves. There is no private beach. We went to the beach across the street several times, "Anapa".. Later we went to Cleopatra beach. The tour packages were taken near the hotel on the corner, on the left side. The boys are great, and it's cheaper than the guide's. And about the food ... it was something, if you want to get at least something, you need to come in advance and sit and wait for it to open. Then this rabid hungry crowd flies to the plates, and not very clean, a queue of hungry eyes forms.. looking at what was cooked and praying that at least something would get more or less edible. The meat was chicken, if you can call this small piece of bones and fish, respectively, the same. There is no question of an additive. We ate salads from fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, everything that is not seasoned with "mayonnaise" About the staff... I will not say that they were rude, rude, normal young people. The coffee machine was breaking down. The juice was drunk several times, it was constantly missing. At least there was a bottle Sprite in the bar. They bought water. You can drink beer. Wine is not. One pool was working, broken sun beds. What can I add... For such money, a 5-star hotel and do not wait, but you will not stay hungry, dill, parsley, fresh vegetables, bread can be eaten. Do not be nervous, do the cleaning in the room yourself and stay outside the hotel more. We have lived for 12 days, we are alive and well, and there are good memories of Alanya. Have a good rest, a warm sea and a great mood!
A disgusting hotel.
We made a big mistake relying on feedback from previous years.
The hotel is dirty, very dirty. The staff does not even try to do anything and somehow maintain cleanliness.
We moved into the main building, room 6009, we were very lucky in this, but on the very first day we saw cockroaches! They live under the bathroom and crawl out of the hallway. There are lizards running along the walls of the corridor and balcony at night!
The food at the hotel is for very picky people. For breakfast, boiled eggs, white bread, cereals, milk, strange casseroles and vegetables.
At lunch for 11 days we saw nuggets, French fries, bulgur, rice, chicken and once fish. Otherwise, don't understand what.Everything is very specific. We went to lunch and dinner for a couple of days, and then we stopped. The dining room has dirty tablecloths day after day.
The coffee in the vending machine is just terrible!
Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and when 10 people gather, it becomes unrealistic to download something. Internet in the room is $ 2 per day per device.
A separate topic is the elevator! Dirty, smelly and does not work well. We were stuck in a stuffy elevator in the first days of rest between the 5th and 6th floors, and if it hadn't been for other people who went to the reception, no one would have come to save us.
The light in the corridors from the 2nd to the 5th floor does not work in the evening.
Room cleaning was paid separately, so there were always clean beds and towels.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location!
Close to attractions, shops, beaches.
However, this will not overshadow all the previous shortcomings!
It's a complete horror, not a hotel!!!!!! It's not 4 stars or even 3, just a hostel. The food is terrible, communicating with other vacationers, we heard cases of poisoning, we ate here only a couple of times and only pieces, for example, nuggets and fruits, that's all. The bar is shit! They collect the water that is in the cooler from the tap. Now let's move on to the room, originally settled in the building across the street on the 6th floor, it was something when we went there, firstly it was a cockroach with the size of three fingers (as it turned out there are more cockroaches than residents), the air conditioner was not working, the rooms were terribly dirty, without blankets and with one small towel. We went straight to figure it out, we were moved to another building, at least plus that there were no cockroaches there anymore, but the air conditioner broke down in this room 2 days later. We survived the rest of the rest, tried to spend time outside the hotel. The service is below the baseboard, rude, they lie that they do not understand Russian, but when you start complaining, everything immediately becomes clear to them. Once they came to the counter on the question that we had left the helmets from the moped and wanted to take them away, since the young man simply had no reason to shout that there was nothing here. In general, this is not a hotel, but a complete hole. The Wi-Fi on the ground floor just doesn't load, it barely works. The rooms are not cleaned, only when they themselves came up and said that they needed to clean as much as possible! In general, do not spare money, it's better to overpay and find another hotel!!! You should not go here categorically.
A three-star hotel. The second line (the hotel stands in the middle of the city). You won't stay hungry for food. No one will change the bed linen, unless the check-in is for 2 weeks.
A disgusting hotel, I have been to Turkey many times and in different hotels and 5* and 4* and 3* but I have not met such a disregard anywhere!!!! The room is dirty, the TV does not work, there is no beach of its own!!!!!!! Deception!!!!!!!! There is nothing to eat except vegetables !!!! From the word at all - only vegetables !!!!! Once in 4 days we saw (exactly saw) a chicken and that's it!!!!
And so some incomprehensible grilled vegetables!!!!
It's better to choose 3* or 2* it will be much better, at least you understand what you're paying for!!!!! Beach towels - they don't even know what they are (
The hotel is very well located, firstly, it is a 4min walk to the sea. The beach is clean, well maintained, but the sea is just a fairy tale. The food is good, the staff is attentive, very friendly, cleaning is daily.
The hotel is in the city, 800 meters from the center, so it is very pleasant to walk in the evening, wander around the shops. I really enjoyed relaxing in it.
Good time of the day!
I don't even know where to start,
1) there is no food at all
2) there is no beach
3) there is no hot and cold water either
4) there are no beach towels, or rather pool towels
5) the rooms are not cleaned from the word at all
6)everything is old and non-working
7) they don't want to hear about anything at all . Answer contact the tour company
Vacation 2021 July
It looks good on the outside, but! The rooms are rarely cleaned. In 14 days, they were cleaned only 3 times. There was a cockroach crawling in the shower. The air conditioners are noisy, broken, on their last legs. Wi-Fi is dead, free only at the reception. There is a fee in the rooms. Buffet for three. The sun beds are constantly occupied.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were vacationing in a building that was renovated in 2019. The rooms have panoramic windows, thick blackout curtains, snow-white linen, beautiful furniture, a balcony half-braided with flowers, a TV, air conditioning, a small refrigerator.
Separately, I would like to note the installed smart home system with colored warning signals. Each of the two buildings of the hotel (they are located across the street from each other) has a swimming pool with sun beds, a hall with tables and armchairs.
There is a reception and a bar in the main building. There are drinks for all tastes in the bar (and in glassware!)- pepsi, fanta, coffee, tea, beer, vodka, cocktails (from 10.00 to 22.00).
The hotel is located not on the main street, but in an alley, 3rd building from the corner (thanks to this, there was no unnecessary noise).
The hotel beach is a 3-5-minute walk away, the left part of the beach and the first row of the right part are paid, the rest of the rows of the right part are free. There is a restaurant right next to the beach.
The beach is very clean, equipped with sun beds (steam rooms), umbrellas, and 2 umbrellas are installed without problems.
I was particularly delighted with the SEA! Very warm, very clean, very salty. No circles, mattresses, etc. are needed - the density of the water allows you to lie on the waves without them (you will not be able to drown even if you wish)!!!
The food is quite diverse, we were afraid that there would be spicy food, but no: a lot of greens, vegetables, chickpeas, chicken and eggs in different types, cheeses, pancakes, sweet syrups, rings and balls with milk. And pastries - buns and all sorts of sweets (very tasty and very unusual).
The staff is very customer-oriented - polite, unobtrusive, neat.
In general, there are a lot of advantages, and they overlap those few disadvantages, which I will nevertheless note:
1) only 2 of the 7 light bulbs were lit in the room, when asked to replace the burned-out ones, they replied that they were not needed, they were ordered (😏);
2) due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom in the room, one corner was damp;
3) both the beach and the pool are open only until 18.00;
4) on the fourth day, the kitchen still gets boring, despite the large selection of dishes (a paradox, but a fact);
5) WiFi in the room is sooo weak (but there is!), it is better at the reception, but still not very fast.
For a 4-star hotel, everything is great!
I definitely recommend it!
I rested in this "wonderful", according to some, hotel from 18-28.09.19, arrived at the hotel from the airport late, checked into a room on the 1st floor in the so-called new building. A room with mold on the walls, without a balcony, which I immediately refused. Moreover, the hotelier who escorted me to the room was apparently new and, opening the room with a magnetic card, took it with him. The light naturally went out after a minute and I'm standing like a fool looking for how to turn on the light. I'm looking for a card - it's not there. The man from the next room was surprised by this and said - it can't be, there must be a card! But alas, she was not in the cell and of course there was no light in the room. I went to look for this employee, he was already walking back with a guilty look and was carrying a card to me, saying: madam, sorry! After examining the room, I realize that I shouldn't have carried the card to me, I won't live in it. They settled on the 6th floor (this is essentially an add-on over the main part, as it turned out later), there are no balconies there. God be with him with this balcony, I would have survived it if not for the other disadvantages of such a room with a standard category. There is mold on the floor of the wall in the room and the wall is corroded by water, because the wall borders the shower room. Okay..and I would have tolerated it, because there were as many as 4 beds, but I didn't need so much and I wouldn't have to sleep against such a wall, I chose the bed that is by the window opposite the air conditioner. But when I went into the shower room, I smelled a strong smell of sewage. This is terrible! I spent the night in it, the smell from the sewer did not decrease. I raised the issue of replacing the number. The receptionist looked at me indifferently and replied that there were no available rooms. I contacted the tour operator through my travel agent, I omit all the details of these battles, but in the end, a day later my room was replaced. They moved to a room in the main building. As it turned out later, this hotel was always 3*, after the construction of a new building, and according to some sources it was a separate hotel, they just later combined them into one, began to position themselves as 4 *. In this new building, of course, there is a new lock system, they are all magnetic, touch-sensitive, new air conditioners, new furniture. Good doors. But the situation with water supply and sewerage is terrible.Everywhere stinks of sewage, in some rooms the water is in the shower and does not go away, all the shelves and soap dispensers are broken, the faucet and washbasin are shaking. Refrigerators do not work anywhere in the rooms of the new building. Everything in the main building is more old, but there is no sickening smell of sewage and there are balconies in the rooms. A good shower, the toilet itself is normal, but the lid went back and forth along the toilet, you can see a lot of weighty bodies sitting on it and it could not bear such a load for the season. I was placed on the 2nd floor, the Internet caught even in the room and this is a plus. The refrigerator also worked in the room. It's small, of course, but a pack of juice and a bottle of wine with a box of lukuma can be placed and even cooled. The doors and locks there are not the same as in the new building, they are old, somewhere with signs of forced entry, because there are doors without magnetic cards, but on the keys. The air conditioners are also very old and cool poorly.
Pros: the city limits, the city center, a lot of cafes, shops and other shopping facilities, at night it is bright from city lighting, it is absolutely not scary to walk even if I arrived alone.Nutrition is normal for me, but only quail and chickens were given from meat, there were no offal from poultry (heart, stomachs, liver), mutton and veal. Also baked fish, very much for an amateur. A little dry. Alcoholic beverages included cocktails, white wine, red wine, beer, raqqa, vodka sprite. I didn't like the wine. The beer is normal. Raqqa is generally the best way to drink, and there are no consequences if you drink in moderation. There is a hookah area, the sea is close, the beach is normal. There is no animation, but it is indicated everywhere. There is also a square with a fountain next to the hotel, where there are a huge number of cats and cats. The odors of the labels, which sometimes stink strongly. Very close to the Migros store, where everything is cheaper than in private shops. Well, the currency there can be changed by the bought method to the dollar or euro - the change was given in lira at the highest exchange rate.It is very comfortable.
In general, the hotel is really 3*.Who is unassuming and the priority of the sea and the beach is normal. The hotel staff is generally polite, but at the end of the season they are probably already very tired.
Another such moment for those who rest in the city: there, starting at 5.30 am, a mullah begins to sing prayers in mosques throughout the district. A good alarm clock, but on the third day I didn't hear it either. So you get used to prayers, too. And so three or four times a day. The clock can be checked.
Dear vacationers!
Do not choose this hotel. He's just terrible.
The dirt is terrible, there is no real food.
There is no bar.
Employees send in 3 letters.
Spend your nerves and money.
A wonderful hotel-although I also read the reviews and expected much better. There is something to compare for the same price and the number of stars. I have been resting since 2.11 the food is just about nothing-in the morning eggs are the best thing to eat. Dinner-4 hot dishes, fruit-apples, 4 kinds of sweets purchased. Wi-Fi is bad and free only in the lobby. They settled in a room without a balcony and with a view of the street- at night the noise from cars and motorcycles, the bushing does not stop, the linen does not dry, I refuse to change the room. An uncomfortable and decrepit hall and staircases. I highly recommend it

A good hotel, the beach is very close (sand), the food is acceptable, the dinner is really organized disgustingly - there are always huge queues to the grill, because only salads and soup remain in the hall, everything else is grilled, even if it is not cooked on it. Tap water is poured into tea and it does not boil, but only warms in a container (and I saw this action, alas, not immediately), which cost me, a tea lover, a few quick runs to the toilet.
The hotel has a small but pleasant hammam with an inexpensive range of different services.

1-Dirt!Cockroaches😬The rooms are not cleaned at all...
2-The food is disgusting! We didn't eat at the hotel.
3. The furniture is old, the refrigerator is moldy, against the background of all this, curtains with holes look very harmonious🤣
4.There is no private beach, the pool is small.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!And the hotel staff is absolutely not focused on tourists returning to them😕
The 3* hotel staff is polite, the food is not delicious, the furniture is old, the room is clean. I was in November, so once the room was cleaned, towels were changed and toiletries, and in the season I think it's better not to go (( The pool is very small for this hotel.
Declared 4*, but in fact a weak 3*. The rooms are not bad, but there are problems with hot water. Sun beds on the beach are paid, the bar is sparse, there is a mosque nearby (it is impossible to sleep). For that kind of money, I flew in 4 *, but a level higher.
I had a rest from October 16-26, 2019. The location and the Russian-speaking staff are among the advantages. Then there are only disadvantages. The food is monotonous. Tomatoes, cucumbers and their derivatives. And generally a poor table. Our compatriots are 99% and mostly people over 60 years old. I don't recommend it.
3 stars is max. There is no water in the rooms. The refrigerators are not working. Cleaning wants the best. The TV is not showing... The kitchen is on 3. the bar is also on 3. I count glasses, alcohol is always running out... Music is not included..
