It's a great place for individual family vacations and events. Very friendly staff, ready to go to a meeting. The hotel has a very good spa. Three-lane swimming pool, sauna. Everything is fresh. The food is excellent. The main thing is not to get too drunk))
It's worth going to Skazka Park (15-20 minutes by car). You can walk up the mountain road outside the village. Transfers to the airport at Moscow prices are quite inexpensive both through the hotel and even more so through Ya.Go. In general, I want to come back here again.

We stayed at the hotel in August. Severe poisoning occurred, and no ambulance was called. They demanded payment for bike rental beyond the time they actually took the bikes for. They also demanded to pay the RENT of an IRON! I've never seen anything like this in any hotel. It would be nice if the adjustment services were provided, otherwise the iron. The place itself is not bad, but the cuisine is terrible, the service is also at zero.

It's a bit expensive for their price, but there is a Tabagan nearby. On the downside, if you need alcohol, don't forget to bring it with you. I was very pleased with the staff (friendly, polite, everything is on time) and the kitchen - the food is without frills, but very well and well prepared, at home. The pizza in the room was absolutely awesome! There is not much place to walk in winter, if nearby, but there are slides nearby, and if there are no small children, you can go to the Tabagan. There were a lot of people, but no one bothered anyone, everything was cultural and decent. We 'll come again 👍

In general, the hotel is clean, the rooms are new, everything is no frills and very modest.
There are no coffee bags in the rooms (this is a rarity), paid bathrobes and an iron with ironing board. Only one room key is issued, which creates additional inconveniences. Is it really so difficult to make additional keys?
The food is not bad, but everything is very simple.
I really liked the pool with a hammam, we did not walk around the territory, because we were mostly in the neighboring ski resort.

It's a little weak, especially the food. The receptionist was nice, served customers well, found an approach. But in the bar, the girl is very unpleasant in terms of service. We rented a VIP-1 room and they prepared a table for us, where the food did not match the amount of money we paid, asked at 20:30 to give the menu and accept the order for a fee, which we were refused (the kitchen is closed and the door is open), after the receptionist came from the reception and found us one portion of food (when the same thing could be done by a girl from the bar) for each of our requests to give boiling water for tea, she brought it with displeasure. It was very unpleasant. In general, the pool is good, the massage is weak (anti-stress massage was ordered) only the peeling found its satisfaction. By the way, the guard was very polite, showed everything around the territory, accompanied them together, I would like more such employees. Thank you...

With the apparent decency of the hotel and a significant price tag, everything spoils the attitude towards visitors! They nicknamed themselves the "Georgian cuisine hotel "zhrichedali"": for breakfast there is always porridge and some kind of eggs, a bun, yogurt. Ie, they obviously haven't heard about the buffet here! Or as in some hotels, at least they ask what the visitor would like... But tea is in abundance... But instead of coffee, there is instant parasha in bags, which you can't call coffee. The hotel does have a household coffee machine... in a bar... that is, for money! For lunch, soup, second course and compote! But no! You can't choose again! Two types of soups and two types of the second are equally brought to the company - choose without a choice! It's the same for dinner... They say that for money you can eat normal food, even a good steak... I didn't check it myself... And room service: when we arrived, there were not even water glasses in the room. On the second day, however, glasses miraculously appeared, and on the third day an armchair even appeared on the balcony (although there were two of them in all other rooms).
And like the cherry on the cake: there is no iron in the rooms. And there is no one on the floor... But if you call the reception, then for 800 tenge (but they say that each time they call a different price tag) an iron and ironing board will be brought to the room!!! They will not iron it, but only bring an iron!
Therefore, everything else just pales against the background of the above ...
The condition of the hotel is not bad at all. In some places, of course, collective farm repairs and cheap finishing materials are very striking. But as they say, these are just little things ...
I also want to add about the weedy territory, where several rose bushes were planted for beauty, which unfortunately are not able to correct the complete desolation of the garden and the lack of lawn....

Very nice Spa hotel in Beskainar village. The presence of its own health ladder, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, small gym and conference room makes this place ideal for seminars, family events and family holidays. Cozy rooms. Friendly staff. A good security system and access control to the territory gives a sense of calm.

We spent an unforgettable week at the Be Fine Hotel in an atmosphere of coziness and comfort.
We are coming for the second time. We first got acquainted with the hotel in 2020. And here we are again, but with a new addition to the family, we decided to relax. I must say that after a year and a half, the Be Fine Hotel is still cozy and comfortable.
The service is excellent. We didn't have to call the front desk to have the room cleaned. It is enough to hang a sign on the door and go out for a walk through the picturesque places around the hotel. Cleanliness came to the room, clean bed linen, clean towels, new toothbrushes and water in the refrigerator:)
It is clear that the work of the entire hotel staff is very well organized. You are a guest and you are the center of attention, surrounded by the care of the staff. The staff is polite and ready to meet your wishes. Literally from the doorway you are greeted with a sincere smile.
Delicious cuisine.
The hotel is really for families with children. For children of different ages, there is everything you need, high chairs, two playrooms for children from 1 year old and older.

About 1000 tenge was released. I was very surprised by the low cost and the long distance.

A good place to relax. Thoughtful interior design, soft tones. Friendly staff. Delicious cuisine. As they say, the cherry on the cake is the SPA complex - a swimming pool and saunas (both Finnish and Turkish). Keep it at this level! The only drawback is weak WiFi, but this is probably fixable.
