Incompetence of the consultant. I came with a basic request to a PROFESSIONAL cosmetics store, I needed thermal protection, I repeated it to the consultant several times - in the form of a spray and so that I would not glue my hair. After her suggestion, I repeated my request again, to which she assured me that thermal protection would not glue my hair. As a result, the thermal protection does not spray well, with a jet of some kind and it is impossible to apply it normally, I made a couple of puffs and dried my hair with a hair dryer, and saw several glued strands that felt like they hadn't been washed for several days. I didn't change the rest of my care in any way, so it's definitely because of the thermal protection. The question to the management is who is generally hired as a sales consultant in this store, since they are not able to orient themselves on basic issues? Just put the money in the trash.
A store with a good assortment. Customer service is disgusting. I wanted to buy curlers and a brushing comb. I asked the consultant for the cost of curlers, there was no answer. They just pointed a finger at the price tag. Brushing did not receive a consultation on combs. The consultant is not interested in sales from the word at all. The attitude towards customers in a nutshell: indifference and arrogance.
I was in this store for the first time and probably the last.

It's disgusting. The first time I arrived, 7 minutes before the end of the working day, the shift at the cash register was already closed, but no one closed the doors to the store. The second time I arrived, the doors are closed, the working day is not over, Saturday. K-customer orientation!!!! Where is the management looking?!
