And they answer that everything is working normally and there are no failures. Although we complain that it is impossible to watch movies or play games on the Internet. The ping is always high. And why do we pay such money if the quality of communication is at the very bottom
The service is fine. The managers are responsive and friendly. Queues are probably inevitable, given the small space and the huge number of Beeline subscribers. Overall, better than expected, but worse than it could have been. It's pretty clean, despite the weather conditions
The building seems to be normal, but beeline's customer service is lame, I don't know why, but they take a very long time to decide when to make this faster and better
In general, a reliable operator with an affordable service and a range of services. There are gaps in the nearest Moscow region in terms of coverage and a couple of times I faced the connection of unnecessary services and an increase in the cost of the tariff.

Always long queues are very slow to serve, the service is very poor. Yes, it's a problem to get through. The answering machine does not solve the issue, but wait for the operator for 20 minutes. Parking is only paid. The office is stuffy.
It's a good department, I've always liked it here. I bought rooms here several times, and consulted on other issues. The managers were polite, special thanks to them!
