To tell the truth, after the pandemic , I don 't know exactly how things are there , since I was at this center in February and the day was a weekday .The service I applied to this center for was the opening of a Beeline card. But because of the pandemonium, I was served after 40-45 minutes. In principle, I am satisfied with the work of the employee.
Beeline is so actively calling for "switching to Beeline" with its number that it cannot but surprise how crookedly they eventually work with this service.
1. Online application. Probably invented in order to do everything quickly, but not this time. They call within 7 days (!), and if you suddenly feel uncomfortable talking, then you need to create an application again....and waiting for 7 days again is brilliant.
2. The office is full of trash. First of all, of course, everything is very slow and long. Secondly, the transition is kind of free, but you pay for a SIM card, it costs, of course, pennies, but the staff (unlike the site) can't even explain that you pay 600 tng for a SIM card and you will have 500 of them in your account. Employees do not know the answer to any question, neither about the rates of clarification, nor about how the new number is activated, to which number in total you need to replenish the balance for the old or for the new issued SIM card with redirection. And how to replenish it in general except through the terminal. 21st century!!!!
In short, just a nightmare!The largest telecom operator, can't you really get your employees to learn your tariffs better than your customers can? There are not thousands of them there... Can't you explain how your own services work from and to?
Belain is empty. It's not even possible to watch TV. Is this your quality??? We need to get away from Beeline. Shame on you, slow down. I'm giving up on you tomorrow. Got it already
Conveniently, while waiting for a taxi, I went in to recharge. But for example, the demo stand with viar glasses did not work. Not critical, but a bit of fun. Remove it altogether when you fix it again. Nevertheless, it positions itself as a modern techno-logical center. And it was also funny that there were benches but there were sheets of paper with the inscription on them: "it doesn't sit down." And so clean, cozy and friendly staff.
As everywhere else: there are a lot of jobs, and 2-3 operators are working, creating a queue... Until you make a noise!!!
But the problems are solved on the spot, at least for me ...
I didn't have to come twice.
The center itself is well equipped..
Everything seems to be fine, but as always, the database freezes heavily and because of this queues. People have been waiting a long time. This is dangerous under the current quarantine circumstances
Nice office, there is a place to sit waiting for my turn. The consultant helped determine the tariff, unfortunately there are few managers, although there are 4 windows, and only 2 worked.
Due to the lack of my own housing, no, no, I'm moving from one edge of the city to another, and not all houses have the ability to connect (krch where Kazakhtelecom figs you connect beeline))
And I liked it so much that everything is in one and TV and communication and the Internet
