At first, the connection was good , over the years it gets worse , several times a year they send a questionnaire via SMS asking how the Internet works , communication , everything is bad , but nothing is being done on their part to improve the quality of services . I am very sorry, all my friends and acquaintances have moved to another company , my number is listed in all utilities, so I do not want to change it and I look forward to improving the quality of services offered by the company. I have been using Beeline communication for many years. Recently, the quality of the Internet has begun to deteriorate. The signal became weaker, sometimes it disappeared completely. Especially in the evening. After some thought, I contacted Consultant Beeline Uzbekistan. And I got a standard response.: We are working on improving internet communication services. Wait. They did not give a specific deadline for adjustment. I was puzzled.
However, the company quickly responded to my request and the signal increased. Gradually, the quality improved. Sometimes there is also a glitch, but if in general, then it's fine.
The main thing is the result. If there is a problem and it is solved, it is very good.
A good service center is the main office where you can make a new physical or e-SIM card, there is an electronic queue, there are waiting places, plenty of space, they even provide a service for installing a SIM card, there are always parking spaces nearby
Spacious, bright compartment. There was an electronic queue, and there were no people in front of us. It was about 15:00. Initially, the SIM card was purchased at the airport and I wanted to get more detailed information on the fare and many more points. An employee named Aziza worked with us. She answered all questions professionally, amicably and as fully as possible. I pointed out the inaccuracy in the data in time, it turned out that if I did not specify the personal income tax, then our SIM card would simply turn into a pumpkin in a month. After the last call to support, I became disillusioned with the company. The quality of service is as good as it gets, and the attitude towards customers is like a nuisance.
1. Support that doesn't help
I was dealing with a problem: traffic notifications arrive too late (500 MB and 50 MB are almost simultaneous), the Internet is turned off instantly, and it is no longer possible to top up the account. I received template phrases in response:
"We will take this suggestion into account, but I don't promise anything" (although the problem is systemic).
"Try to view the balance in the app" (but the Internet is already turned off!).
"Contact the bank" (when it comes to SMS Uzcard charges that cannot be disabled without losing the card's functions).
The result: 10 messages from me — 0 real actions from Beeline.
2. Misleading
Due to an error in Beeline's SMS, I replenished my balance twice: first by 10,000 soums, then by 8000 soums (as required by the message), although I really needed only 600. As a result, I had to go to Paynet twice and had extra money left in my account, which is now automatically debited for unnecessary SMS messages from Uzcard.
When I asked for a refund or to stop debiting, they told me again: "Contact the bank." Although it is Beeline that accepts payments for these SMS! Yes, and it was possible to suggest other solutions available to the operator.
3. Support ignores the customer
The dialog was closed after 2-3 minutes if I didn't respond immediately.
Requests to transfer the complaint to the management were ignored.
No apologies or compensation for the inconvenience.
Conclusion
BeelineUz is:
✔️ Late notifications that cause you to lose your internet connection.
✔️ Imposed services for which money is debited without your consent.
✔️ Support is a robot that doesn't solve problems, but brushes off patterns.
Recommendation: if you value your time and nerves, choose another operator.
Rating: 1/5 (one for the Amediatek service and for the fact that the connection works at all).
P.S. If Beeline doesn't read reviews and you don't give a damn about customers at all, teach employees to listen to customers and not close chats at the first opportunity.
