It doesn't seem to be bad, except that when withdrawing cash, the ATM made a sound, it seemed to work, but in the end the cash did not come out, and the money was debited from the account... It was just terrible!!!!!!! The only great thing is that the service is at the highest level, the problem was solved for a couple of days instead of 30 calendar days and that's it, the money was returned back to the account.

I don't think I would have been served in the 2 remaining hours... You can't solve any problem in this bank at lunchtime. Don't waste your time and nerves - Minsk is nearby! Along the way, there are still a lot of issues that can be solved.
