The bank's work is very slow. Constant queues. Some pensioners. Everyone is screaming and doesn't understand anything. A trip to the madhouse would have ended better than here.
Huge queues, slow staff. Instead of serving other clients, they really like to communicate with pensioners on the topic of housing and communal services, etc.
In general, the department is good, the problem is not in the people who serve, but in the Belarusbank system itself. Everything only gets more complicated, instead of improving the technique, it no longer pulls new programs.
