The service is excellent, the specialists are polite, smiling, attentive, they always offer many interesting projects, but I only use insurance and issuing cards. The other day I picked up my "Shchodraya" card, which the manager of the √511/310 branch in m-banking kindly helped me to order and, as always, the service pleased me: an electronic queue, a very attentive consultant, everything is prompt. Thank you, I will definitely come back to make insurance for the apartment and the cards.

I had no time to go to the electronic registration desk when a bank employee contacted me and offered to help. In just 5 seconds, he gave me a ticket and indicated which cashier I was invited to. Everything about everything took no more than 5 minutes. The cashier answered my questions in detail and indicated a plan of action :)

I called the bank on Wednesday and made an appointment for my visit the next day on Thursday. I arrived at 10.20 , and there is a piece of paper on the door that they work from 11.00 on Thursday. Why wasn't I warned? And the website doesn't say anything about it. We have to wait 40 minutes, although right now it says on the website that it is OPEN UNTIL 19.00. It's an outrage.
I want to say that the department is not very high-quality. We made a payment at the cash desk 3, there was a payment from 03/17/12, but there were no receipts on 03/21/12....The payment was taken to other details, while the administrator says on the phone that everything was done correctly, how so? There are no culprits.

Belarusbank branch on Locksmith Street.. A standard set of services (payments, exchange). There is a terminal in the room.. It is located opposite the Minsk Vodokanal. Gorky Park tram stop is a 10-minute walk away.
There is an information kiosk on the street, inside there is an information kiosk with a bill acceptor. There is no ATM!!! If you need cash, take a ticket and queue at the checkout.
I really love this branch. A very nice girl in the audience, patient, sympathetic and sweet! There are rarely terrible queues, everything works quickly, clearly and with a smile)
