Cons:
- the car is very worn, the mileage is about 450 thousand km
- the air conditioner did not work at all

We booked a car here in early January 2024. I liked working with this company - quick feedback both before booking and during the trip. A clean car in good technical condition. The only thing is that the wipers absolutely could not cope with their function (there was a lot of snow in early January), but maybe this is a problem of the car model itself. The disadvantage (minor) is that we booked one car (Polo), and the day before we were told that it was not there (the previous ones were not delivered on time), they gave us an Accent instead of the one booked before. Nice competent guys work for the company. They call and warn about speeding and other issues related to a possible violation. I liked everything. I give the highest rating, thank you!

During operation, deficiencies in the chassis and windshield wipers of the car appeared, preventing comfortable movement. The operator sent it to the service where the problems were partially fixed. I was disappointed by the incompetent approach of the guys in the service and the time spent. I think with a competent management approach, this gap is easy to fix. Overall solid 4 stars. Friendly and honest staff. When registering a car, I was given detailed instructions (what to do in certain cases), it was really important for me.
I returned the car an hour and a half late. And it was Saturday night, by the way. We were warmly welcomed, and also offered a discount next time because there was more gasoline left than when I received it, which I didn't even think about.

I booked a grey Hyundai Accent with automatic transmission and a cruise for trips around Belarus.
First of all, I really liked the thoroughness and customer orientation of the staff: everyone explained what actions are necessary in different situations. The car was built in 2020, had a mileage of about 115 thousand km, in excellent technical condition. All options worked. During acceptance, we examined all the scuffs, scratches, and defects together. The acceptance was quite fast. The refund was also quick. I bought a hard hat for 10 rubles / day, and during the trip the windshield cracked (apparently I grabbed a pebble, the glass was just changed). I immediately wrote to support, and they confirmed to me that I am not financially responsible.
In general, I am pleased with the cooperation with Belcar and intend to use its services in the future, which I recommend to everyone.
