Excellent service! I rented a car for the first time, chose a brand new Hyundai Accent with automatic transmission.
Friendly and honest staff. When registering a car, I was given detailed instructions (what to do in certain cases), it was really important for me.
I returned the car an hour and a half late. And it was Saturday night, by the way. We were warmly welcomed, and also offered a discount next time because there was more gasoline left than when I received it, which I didn't even think about.
Very pleasant.

I booked a grey Hyundai Accent with automatic transmission and a cruise for trips around Belarus.
First of all, I really liked the thoroughness and customer orientation of the staff: everyone explained what actions are necessary in different situations. The car was built in 2020, had a mileage of about 115 thousand km, in excellent technical condition. All options worked. During acceptance, we examined all the scuffs, scratches, and defects together. The acceptance was quite fast. The refund was also quick. I bought a hard hat for 10 rubles / day, and during the trip the windshield cracked (apparently I grabbed a pebble, the glass was just changed). I immediately wrote to support, and they confirmed to me that I am not financially responsible.
In general, I am pleased with the cooperation with Belcar and intend to use its services in the future, which I recommend to everyone.

The car was needed, as they say - here and now... We picked up a car, everything was fine for the price too. I thought I would have to drive across the city to get a car, but they offered to deliver it directly to the house.

This is my first experience of renting a car, in principle, I was very worried about choosing a company, because I did not want to run into a faulty car or other troubles. As a result, I was very pleased with Belkar. Employees promptly answer calls and social media. A contract is concluded. We answered all the questions about the operation. We took Skoda Rapid (like 2021). The car is very easy to drive, it has never failed, we have looked at many places in Belarus on it. Of the cons, it is difficult to find an office on your own, but we were told how to get by phone in the end :)

They do not monitor the technical condition of cars. We took a Renault Logan 2 2015, from 04/25/2014-30.04, for 55 rubles per day. The next day I found out that the trunk lock was not working, it could not be closed either with a key or with a button. After 3 days of renting, a serious problem with the engine surfaced, at 2-2.5 thousand revolutions the engine often did not respond to the gas pedal. You step on the gas, but the car does not accelerate at all, and the engine makes a dull sound. It arose already far from Minsk, in Kobrin, they did not inform the office about it, because they would not have helped us in any way, as well as with the lock. The problem manifested itself often, it was tolerable to drive, but it overshadowed our trip. There were thoughts that this car would stall in some village altogether and then we would get on our own and disrupt our entire vacation in Belarus. There was even a moment when I couldn't pass the intersection, when I turned left, skipping the oncoming traffic, the car just wasn't going. The mileage of the car is crazy — 541,000 km. As far as I know, this is the resource of this engine, after which it needs major repairs, I don't know if it was done or not? Probably not. This is my second long-term car rental. Now I know that it is better to abandon cars with such mileage right away, and I advise you to find out the condition of the car and mileage by calling the manager. For comparison, we took the same Logan in the Crimea a year ago, the price was a little cheaper, and the condition is not so tired, no problems, with a mileage of about 250 thousand km - everything was fine. But here belkar is completely disappointed. The only thing that was excellent was communication with the managers. They consult competently and clearly. They communicate politely. I informed the manager Vasily about all the identified problems with the car, now my conscience is clear, because I don't want other people to face the same breakdowns as us. And special thanks to Vasily for not taking 10 rubles for the final washing of the car, because it was not very dirty. Have a good rest! We traveled to many cities in Belarus, the total car race was 1,500 km.

We booked a Hyundai Passat MKP car for 3 days. Copies of the documents were sent from Russia in advance and in the morning at the appointed time the contract and the car were already ready, the managers were constantly in touch, answered questions. On the second day in Nesvizh (it's good that near the hotel) the car stalled for good, they told the managers to solve the problem. We were constantly in touch, the problem was solved the next day: they brought us a car to replace it, and a mechanic took care of the broken car. It's good that our plans didn't collapse, but we were worried. As a compliment for the moral damage, we did not pay for the car wash. By the way, if it wasn't for this breakdown, we would have liked the car.
