A beautiful building located next to the 1st metro line. The hall is quite large , for 1000 people . It 's okay behind the scenes , there 's not enough space .
I go to every concert, especially the State Academic Symphony Orchestra. The variety of programs will not make even the most sophisticated viewers bored!
I love our Philharmonic, it's a pity that I haven't been there for 2 years because of covid. We prefer seats in the middle of the stalls, because at the end of the hall, under the balcony and on the balcony itself, it can be stuffy. Earlier, in Soviet times, the Philharmonic's buffet sold the best boucher cakes in the city. Now the buffet is unremarkable.
The hall is small, beautiful, the sound and light are good.
The toilets require renovation. The "hole" toilet is not acceptable in modern concert halls, it is especially difficult for the elderly and people with disabilities.
A great place, it's best to take seats on the balcony, and the view is great and there are fewer people, I advise everyone. There is parking for cars, but it is almost always packed
We were at a music party in winter - we liked everything. The live spruce at the full height of the Philharmonic hall was especially impressive. Very beautiful!
It all depends on the program, I liked the atmosphere of the hall and the program. Good acoustics. The only thing that the buffet leaves much to be desired. Queues, crowds, one kind of coffee with milk. The real USSR.
A regular visitor. Everything is on top there. The repertoire is diverse, from classical to pop music. There are two halls, large and small. There is a beautiful bar. There is a wardrobe, clean toilets, everything is there. The staff is good. The musicians are masterly with instruments.
We listened to the propaganda "Matthew Passion" during a trip to Minsk. The hall was full! The stage is perfectly visible from the balcony. Unless there's not much legroom.
Conveniently located. There is a metro station nearby. Large parking lot. It is free on weekdays after 6 p.m. and on weekends. The hall is very cozy, you can see and hear well from everywhere. The programs are inexpensive. I liked everything very much. We were a little surprised by the applause between the parts of one piece (this is not customary in our country), but it did not affect the festive atmosphere from the good performance of the performers in any way.
It's a good place to go with someone who understands music. And if you have a sense of humor, then you can find many opportunities to smile and please your partner with various thoughts about music, and make your trip to the Philharmonic unforgettable. Special thanks to Bach, for his music and followers!
Anatoly Poretsky has not changed for 40 years. He is intelligent and eloquent. Nostalgia. The young musicians from the gymnasium college at the conservatory are wonderful. A sweet, soulful concert as an educational program.
The building was built in Soviet times, before the performance it was interesting to get acquainted with the concert costumes belonging to the artists who performed on the Philharmonic stage in different years.
The acoustics in the hall are excellent. I have some questions. With seating in chairs. We bought e-tickets. When buying, the central row of the dress circle on the hall diagram was shown as a separate row, next to which there is a lot of space - this was the impression. We were severely disappointed with the reality - a very narrow landing place. His wife, 165cm tall, was sitting with her knees locked against the wall of the parapet. With my 182cm, I rested my knees against the wall at the angles of 11 and 1h on the dial. At the same time, the legs still need to be tucked under themselves, because there is no recess for the feet. It was good that there was no full house and after the intermission we were able to move to the empty seats on the left balcony - there is much more legroom.
Stalin's post-war architecture. Inside there is a modern renovation (restoration). I was very impressed with the organ (read it on Wikipedia). The prices are national, 200 Russian rubles per person.
