The peculiarity of the Belarusian Belpost post is the presence of a large number of pensioners both half an hour before opening and during all working hours. They pay communal services, receive a pension - so far they accept without %. The pensioners were not needed by the Belarusian authorities, so they are angry and not happy. One plus is the electronic queue and the separation of operations. There is a window for parcels, and a window for payments.
There are 50 people in the queue on Friday evening. In the first window, parcels are given out for a very long time, the next number is not called immediately. I have not seen such a department anymore, with such queues. If you go to the delivery department to pick up a parcel in the afternoon, they send it to the queue
