The use of this electronic queue,! There are two specialists working, if someone starts to send a parcel, it takes about half an hour, or even more. I witnessed a woman sending a letter to Germany for 40 minutes. The specialist was not particularly aware of how to fill in what. Is it really difficult to make one window for receiving parcels, and the second for sending? Why should I sit in line and wait for the parcel to be processed if I need to pick it up? And in terms of time, it takes a maximum of 5 minutes!
And yet, when you see on the website that the parcel is already in the mail, and you come, you stand in line for an hour, and then they tell you that the parcels have not yet been disassembled, which you came without SMS, sorry, this is not my problem! Recruit employees who will sort and disassemble incoming parcels! Not only has the parcel been in the general post office for half a month, so I still have to wait who knows how long until it is sorted at the post office!
