The building is new. The inside is neat. It's fresh. To buy a letter, it is not necessary to take a coupon in the window. You can go to a special person and buy. Unfortunately, the Grodno index is not indicated on the sample how to fill out the letter, but Minsk is indicated. I think that it is necessary to specify the index of the city in which the branch is located. Rather than searching the entire department for the index.
The largest kidney department I've been in. It's like you get to the postal station, where it feels like all the mail has started.
A special convenience was that this was the only post office that worked on a day off (at least on that day).
Convenient, fast service.
Hello, this time I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the mail network. Since I was waiting for the parcel for two weeks (we couldn't figure out where it was, we had to go there several times, and in the end it turned out that it had been in the mail for 10 days. And no one explained what happened)
Class. There is almost no queue, and if there is, you can conveniently wait sitting on upholstered chairs. There is a buffet nearby where you can buy water or something else.
Excellent post office. I only use it. Very polite staff. It can be very big. But this is usually when it comes time to pay for utilities. There are information kiosks without commission. I advise everyone
It's good that there is a parcel department. There are only parcels, which undoubtedly speeds up their receipt. But, mail is mail. You will wait there for at least 10 minutes :) There is a post office.
Due to the fact that the building is located in the old district of the city, the constant presence of grandparents at the post office and conversations with them by employees of the post office are often delayed. Often, only one specialist works.
It is necessary to facilitate the work of postmen and increase salaries , the city is growing, and there are fewer and fewer postmen !!!!the bosses should never forget that everything rests on the postmen and operators!!!!be more attentive to your employees!!!!to protect them , to give them a vacation , so that the staff would gain strength
It is worth visiting to remember or find out what queues are. It may be a subjective opinion, but whenever I go in, the waiting time in the electronic queue is at least half an hour
In terms of service, it's not that bad, but... There are some cashiers who, in my opinion, it's time to retire, in a good sense of the word, they are too tired. Electronic queue +. Long-term maintenance is a minus.
The parcel department is working very slowly and, as if, reluctantly. Everyone is walking somewhere, there is only one cash register out of only two.
But, remembering what and how it was before, comfort is increased, it is in this post office.
Some employees of the department are stuck somewhere in the distant 80 ... they believe that visitors owe them, and they do not serve the client. Although there are also very attentive operators who meet the client halfway to solve issues not only "strictly according to the instructions".
All our mail is the same, there are not smiling operators, but there are even more filthy people who spoil their mood. There are more consultants at the PST, so that there would be no queues at the ticket offices, many people do not know how to use
It is very convenient, but the queues are still such that sometimes you have to stand for more than 40 minutes, and so the repair is modern design, but the queues are tiring
With the introduction of the electronic queue, everything has become much easier and faster. To receive /send a transfer, to pay for something comes out much faster even on days of utility bills. There are no problems with parcels at all, a separate room for sending / receiving, two employees - everything is fast enough. It's nice to go to the post office knowing that you won't be sitting there for several hours. Thanks to the management.
A completely suburban post office, with queues. I took it
A postcard to be sent to another country. The choice of postcards is meager (In summer, New Year's cards are clearly not in the topic!) The service is slow, one window works, although there are staff. Impressions have fused the stamps))
I bought postcards, which are sold piece by piece, with the sights of Belarus to be sent abroad. It turned out that they did not break through the barcode, and the cashier entered the numbers for punching manually, several dozen postcards, it just amazed me... It seems like the 21st century is on the street. But respect to the cashier, of course, for his patience.
It's a nice place. You can send a postcard to the Russian Federation. The stamp will cost 1.8 Belarusian rubles. This is about 50 Russian. You can pay with a Mir card.
Almost in the center. There are two Catholic churches and a monastery nearby on Karl Marx Street.
The hall, although large, but few employees work. But I did not observe huge queues. In general, they work quite well. Convenient location, right at the stop "house of communication"
Today I was just sending a parcel, I spent exactly 38 minutes Going through customs with ES hundreds of times, but they never controlled it like that. Take out each item and put it on the scales. Then they have a trick to fill out a questionnaire in Cyrillic and Latin. The questionnaire itself is much smaller than a postcard and it is problematic to enter even the name and the address is just terrible. The cell is about 2 to 7. In two languages. A score of three is too generous.

Somehow everything remained in the Soviet era, but the staff was relatively normal. In the evenings, one window works for some reason.
Terrible service and rude staff. The electronic queue is formed in such a way as to quickly issue parcels, and people who need to send a letter, for example, can wait a long time for their turn, passing ahead those who came to receive the parcel 30-40 minutes after you.
Terribly slow service. If you have come to pay for something or send a letter, you will wait until the parcels are given to all the people in the building. I waited for 45 or more hours twice.
I really like the fact that there is a separate room for receiving parcels and you do not have to stand in line with those who need to pay a huge number of bills.
There are 5 windows, but only 2 work, and all the time. If you come in the first days of the month, you can quickly cope. But when you come in the early 20s, you can sit for about an hour.

The post office is excellent. Sending mail in another room, which is very pleasing and no one is outraged and you do not interfere with anyone during the assembly and filling of everything necessary
