And if earlier it seemed to me that the mail was not working very well, now I can say with confidence that everything is fine! Yes, there is still a lot of manual labor - filling out receipts when shipping, weighing, packaging, but there is nothing to do about it. Of course, there are periodic queues. But this is at a certain time, usually after 15.00. and before 18.00. Or when customers arrive with a large number of packages. At the same time, employees always try to do everything faster, without queuing to deliver parcels without payment, pack, etc. The head of the department always controls the situation and suggests how to do better. But many customers are to blame themselves - first they stand in line for a receipt, then they fill it out and queue up again) For 3.5 years, Belpost has not lost any of my parcels, and there are already about 250 of them. But they were lost in Israel and Qatar. In the spring of 2020, parcels were not accepted in many countries due to quarantine. But when they started working again, there were no failures! The situation in Russia and Ukraine was just terrible, I know from my colleagues. Once again, I was convinced that our Belpochta is excellent! I thank all the employees for their useful and necessary work for all of us!
