A wonderful place, we are resting here for the third year in a row and we will definitely return more than once!!!!
A modern place to relax with everything you need for a comfortable life.
There is a main building with rooms, and there is a timber chalet. We stay in the same chalet every year and feel at home in it 🤗
There are two barbecue areas, a large swimming pool, a playground with a trampoline, slide and swings.
The shared kitchen has all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, refrigerators, freezer, dry food cabinets, microwave, kettles and gas stoves.
The rooms are always clean, linen and towels are changed regularly.
There have always been problems with light and water in Abkhazia, but everything is provided here, there is a generator 👍
There is a laundry service on site and in the rooms with Wi-Fi.
You can buy delicious compote, wine and chacha from the owners 👍
A shuttle service is available from both the train station and the airport. You can book individual excursions and there is a balloon delivery service for your events 😊
The hosts are caring and will always meet you in solving some problems and questions.

Clean and cozy houses! With a new renovation. All amenities are available. Wi-Fi is included in the price, YouTube and Instagram work without slowing down. Very hospitable hosts. It is clear that the guests are treated with care.
The houses are located 10 minutes from the sea. On the way to the sea there are all the necessary shops and cafes. Cards are not accepted everywhere, but you will not be lost without cash. The places are picturesque, I liked everything very much. We will come again, and we will stay here)

White Nights are now our vacation spot in Abkhazia forever. There is a special buzz in the houses. Everything is clean, neat, and well done. I'm not talking about all the minimal amenities: a bathroom, a shower, fresh linen and towels. The yard is beautiful, a lot of trees and shrubs have been planted. My own pool, I've never seen anything like it. Even here, the owners took care of the quality and beauty. Its own comfortable kitchen in the courtyard. If you don't want to cook, there are cafes, shops, canteens on the way to the sea. Alakhadzy is a peaceful place to relax.
And of course, a special thanks to the owners of the hotel. Just recently, we met from Sochi airport, crossed the border in one fell swoop. Responsive, kind and just good people. They take great care of the residents. Even now I want to say hello, Ludvik!)

I have been vacationing for the second year in a row with children aged 16 and 6. I really like everything. Friendly hosts, closed territory, cozy and clean houses. For holidays with or without children, this is a real vacation. The sea is 10 minutes away at a calm pace. And this year, a gorgeous swimming pool appeared on the territory. Shops are nearby, prices are normal. People are very friendly. If you manage to come next year, then only on White nights. Thank you very much to everyone for a wonderful vacation

We had a rest in June 2024. A great place for a family vacation. Friendly hosts who constantly work for the comfort of their guests. They will meet you at the airport, take you across the border, and arrange an individual tour. Modern, cozy rooms with everything you need. Room cleaning, change of towels and linen. We were from 10 to 17 June 2023, lived in one of the chalets. Great. Clear. There are all soap and soap accessories. Cleaning on request, which is immediately discussed upon check-in.
In my opinion, it's a little inconvenient that you can't bring anything edible into the room. But this is a fair demand from the owners. Because food was carried into the neighboring chalet and ants immediately rushed there.
A shared kitchen under a canopy. There are enough dishes, stoves, refrigerators.
The hosts are very friendly, by the way, they ate with us in the same kitchen.
Alexander (I'm sorry, I forgot my middle name) and his son Ludvik are very hospitable. Alexander showed the garden and told about the plans-the cafe, as I see from the photo they managed to open! Well done! Prosperity!
I asked once about Lavrushka in conversation. Alexander took us into the garden and cut down several branches-we took away a huge package of the most fragrant bay leaf.
It's not very far from the sea. Walk along the shopping street, for tourists.
I recommend staying in this guest house. I haven't been in simple rooms, but I recommend the chalet.

Beautiful and very cozy houses with all amenities.
Very cool service, keep the rooms and courtyard clean, towels are changed on request. The rooms are cleaned by themselves, a nice pool with lighting and always clean water. A large kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, a spacious courtyard with Parking.
10 minutes walk to the sea.

We had a rest in November 2023, luxurious houses, underfloor heating, clean, good new furniture, bed linen, snow-white towels, everything is at the highest level, high-quality plumbing, very cozy and sincere! The air conditioner works silently! The only negative, it was already out of season and all the cafes were closed, but Ludvik took them wherever he wanted at the first request! If you didn't want to go, there is a store with a large assortment nearby, and the house has a large kitchen with all amenities (necessary utensils, hot water, refrigerator). The hosts are pleasant, attentive, responsive!

The best place in Abkhazia, met right from the airport, fed -watered-put to bed. The owners themselves are from the north, they know our mentality and its bearers themselves. Maximum sensitivity to your problems even BEFORE they appear. Shops, cafes, barbecue discos are all at arm's length. The sea is clean, the beach is small pebbles, and the air is not enough to breathe. I highly recommend and advise everyone, and now they also have a pool, just TOP!!! And in the end they were taken and almost carried to the plane in their arms. We were crying when we left.

We had a family vacation at the White Nights guest house, we really liked everything👌 A young man Ludwig met us at the train station and drove us comfortably to the place and told us about the sights along the way. We have already met the owner Alexander and his wife Kristina on the spot, very pleasant, kind and wonderful people.

I fondly remember the rest in the "white nights"... We visited last year in July.Due to the delay of the flight arriving at night, Ludwig was in touch all the time, he was met and later also spent without problems.Very hospitable hosts, not intrusive) always there, but as if not. The territory is well-groomed palm trees, lawns.The chalets are very cozy, the furniture and linen are all clean.There are enough dishes, there was enough for everyone, you can cook or have a snack in a cafe, there are enough of them, everything is close.The only thing the children didn't have was a pool, because it was stormy all week.I definitely recommend it!

Unscrupulous owners, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
We had a reservation from November last year at the booking office and we had to pay for it under the contract within a week. But when we were going to pay, it turned out that our houses were simply sold to other people and there are no more options for us! The hotel has different houses, but we were only offered the option of living in a two-storey house by rooms, and we initially chose two chalets. We were going to go as two families with 4 children!

Alakhadzy, where the hotel is located, is a place for vacationers without special requirements. The clearest sea, wide coastline, but the beach is not equipped. The hotel itself has clean, tidy houses, but the owners need to learn basic politeness. The owner Ludvik is a boor and a brawler. Avoid this hotel if you want to relax quietly, without complaints from the owners such as: move the car, it gets in the way here, your children make a lot of noise, leave your shoes on the porch of the house, etc.

There is little entertainment since it is still not a city. The beach is wild and there are no breakwaters. The sea is clean and calm, walking about a kilometer. There are no crowds on the beach even during rush hour. There is parking for cars on site. There is also a shared kitchen with a washing machine. There is no power supply. We ate in a cafe. Many were vacationing with young children. The connection (Beeline) does not catch at all. WiFi is free. The price and quality correspond to reality.

We booked a room at the Booking Office for September 2023. Cancellation is subject to a fee, this is indicated in the booking conditions. A few days later, they changed their mind and asked to cancel the reservation without penalty. We were refused, well, there are no questions here, this is the right of the hotel. On August 18, a notification came at the Booking Office that the hotel had canceled my reservation by itself. I write in WhatsApp: if you canceled your reservation on your part, refund the money. The answer is: no. The money was returned a week after I contacted the Booking support service. At the same time, the Booking operator said that they canceled the reservation allegedly because I did not make an advance payment. Not conscientious owners.

We were here in 2018. Yes, a modern house, new furniture, beautiful renovation. But the hosts are friendly exactly until the moment when the guest does not have any dissatisfaction with anything. It doesn't matter what: there is no hot water, TV is not showing, neighbors are buzzing too loudly, etc. If you smile and wave all the way - your favorite guest, God forbid you don't like something - you will learn a lot of interesting things about yourself. The reaction to any claim is aggressive. And yes, as some have already written, all these remarks and jabs, although we did not receive them in our address, but we watched from the sidelines. The concern for cleanliness and order is downright fanatical. It's probably better not to rent rooms at all - so no one will spoil anything for you. Well, the place itself is creepy - the village is a village, there is no leisure from the word at all, there is nowhere to even go for a walk. In the evenings, one fun thing is to sit in the communal kitchen and look at the drunken faces of the neighbors. By the way, drinking is not forbidden at all in this house, here the owners have withdrawn themselves.

And the fact that they have cottages made of timber . I called and was told that there are places in the hotel and you can live in an individual house for the price of 3000 rubles per day. Of course, there were thoughts at first . What, something is wrong, but when I saw the new houses made of timber and entered and saw everything new and high-quality inside, the plumbing is expensive, the linen is crisp, the air conditioner and the TV. And how we sleep, we just slept it off. Near the sea, there are many inexpensive Cafes with Abkhaz cuisine and Armenian.

A lot of comments to children, I saw from the outside, and an obvious negative towards them, fearing that they would dirty something. With children, it is better to choose another place. It is a long way to the beach along a busy narrow road without sidewalks. An inadequate reaction with the aggression of the owners to a negative truthful review on the booking with false accusations and not only to mine. I do not recommend it, so that your nerves are calmer!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the White Nights guest house. I really liked the family of the owners. The cabins have absolutely everything you need. Cleaning is done several times a week. They change the towels. The furniture is of high quality, the bed linen is clean, the mattresses are new. The water is hot without restrictions. There is a cooler and a shared kitchen, dishes and a refrigerator are provided. There is a washing machine in the shared kitchen. The beach is 700 meters away. There are many cafes and stalls. I recommend this hotel complex.
