Excellent hotel, cheapest prices in the area, good location, 5 minutes to the sea, shok shop nearby, bus stop 5 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet is quite decent for 2 stars, although monotonous. A nice hotel with affordable prices, a classic Turkish breakfast is included (eggs, cereals, vegetables, salad, cheese, olives, milk, coffee/tea), grocery stores, clothes, cosmetics are within walking distance, there are pharmacies nearby, many establishments with delicious food, a 10-minute walk to the beach. The rooms are a little tired, but it was not critical for us, the interior is nice and cozy. Very friendly staff, smiling employees, they hardly know Russian, but the manager Vidat speaks the language perfectly, a very kind and sociable man) the memories of staying at the hotel are the warmest, I will come back again if I happen to visit Antalya again)

I really love this hotel, well, first of all, it is located in a convenient location, 5 minutes to the sea, a normal breakfast is medium, sausage, eggs, coffee, herbs, pastries.
A very cool manager who speaks Russian. The rooms are simple, but everything suits me. Nice little area.

I liked everything about the Veppa Hotel)
I arrived in Antalya on June 3 early in the morning and was already at the hotel at 9 a.m.
The hotel manager Vedat is a very kind and pleasant person, offered breakfast, then allocated a room (without any additional charges). He brought my things to the room himself.
The room turned out to be a 4-bed room, one double bed and two single beds.
The refrigerator, air conditioning and TV are working.
I caught Wi-Fi in the room badly, I went out into the yard to download a movie or work, lay down on a chaise longue and go ahead.
Shared toilet and shower. The shower is behind a curtain, not a stall. The water must be passed for several minutes so that it heats up.
Towels - there were several sets of them in the room and the used ones were simply put away and I took another one from the stack.
Vedat, at my request, changed rubles to lira, changes any currency. The course, however, is not very good, but if you do not want to run around looking for an exchanger, then it will do.
Two meals a day. A buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Two types of cereals, olives, fresh cucumbers /tomatoes / peppers, potatoes for those who wish, sausage, two types of cheese, eggs, several bowls of jam, pastries, milk - for me this is an unrealistic meal)) but many complained that there was nothing to eat.
Late lunch (or early dinner) is from 17:00 to 19:00.
Salad, mashed soup, a plate with rice or bulgur, vegetables and meat - in portions. Everything is fresh and delicious. For me, the portion was huge, I would only have enough soup or one rice with vegetables, I don't eat meat. Other guests lacked variety and quantity of food, mostly fat people complained about this, which showed that moderate and proper nutrition was not their option.
Tea and coffee after 10 a.m. are paid.
Again, many people went to eat in cafes because they wanted steak or potatoes.
Besides water and fruit, I didn't buy anything else, besides, it was more than 40 degrees Celsius, I didn't want to eat from the word at all.
There is a small swimming pool and a fountain with turtles swimming in it.
The sea is a five-minute walk away.
The beach is pebbly, urban.
If you have sensitive feet, take slippers.
The water is clear, fish swim, a small octopus even stuck to my foot, which I accidentally stepped on))
For comfort lovers, you can take sun beds and umbrellas at a discount on a paid beach, but I don't know how much it costs, I didn't use it, I just came, swam for an hour and a half and left, I don't like lying around, it's boring.
There are Juice and Migros shops nearby, where you can buy everything you need.
In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, it is very long, there are many cafes and restaurants where you can have dinner if desired.
There are buses to Antalya, and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. We walked everywhere on our own (without a guide) - in the Old Town, in the Zoo, went to the show at the Legend Hotel near Belek.
I ordered excursions to the Green Canyon and Dalman from St. Petersburg, I did not use the services of a guide and a guide, so I do not orient myself at local prices.
In general, the hotel will be a great place to drop things off, have a snack/wash up and spend the night.
For connoisseurs of fine cuisine and chic rooms, it is better not to take a two-star hotel, so that later you do not express dissatisfaction with the modest diet and the lack of shampoos and gels in the rooms.

A good budget hotel for exploring the Konyalti area and beach. It is very shabby and old, but it will provide everything an unpretentious tourist needs: a clean bed, towels, shower, air conditioning. The breakfasts are very modest, but again there is the necessary minimum: eggs, milk, cereals, cheese, butter, bread, olives, cucumbers/tomatoes, syrup and chocolate paste. Drinks include tea, coffee and instant juice. The location is excellent, near the beach, the promenade, the Sok store, various cafes and a market where local farmers sell vegetables and fruits on Saturdays. There is one disadvantage-the neighbors sometimes have a dog barking very loudly at night. This has no direct relation to the hotel, so I did not lower the rating.

I do not recommend it!
The hotel has a maximum of two stars!
Food: breakfast is quite acceptable eggs, tea, .... coffee, ..... .. tomatoes, .......cucumbers.
Dinner : the appearance of the dishes does not cause apetite from the word at all ! the taste is also, I don't know who it's delicious for, we couldn't go three more times.
Cleaning wants to be better, the bed was partially changed, for example, pillowcases, towels were not changed, and when several were thrown on the floor, they were taken away but they did not put clean ones.
The broken bolkon room does not close at all, I had to prop up the chair, because of this the air conditioner did not work, well, in general it worked extremely poorly.
Staff : this is the first time I've seen such disregard for visitors..
There are a lot of disadvantages....

I would have rated it higher, but for me, the biggest disadvantage to feeling comfortable and safe was that cockroaches entered the room twice, presumably from under the door :((The first one could be considered a huge cockroach-like bug, but the second one was clearly classic. The doors of all the rooms overlook the courtyard at once, as a result, every evening I filled the gap under the door with local diclofos and plugged it with toilet paper.

From May 26 to June 2, my mother and son and I rested at this hotel. The hotel is small but cozy. Yes, as in every hotel there are drawbacks.
We flew to Turkey to meet with relatives who had flown there from Germany.
The breakfasts are delicious, the dinners are hearty. Drinks at dinner are paid. But we got out of it: we bought tea in the store and brewed it at dinner. The territory of the hotel is all in greenery. A clean swimming pool. But we didn't swim. The way we arrived at the sea.
Separately about the beach: the beach is beautiful! The sea is very clean. In our time, the sea was slightly cool. But it's perfect for us. While walking from the hotel, we warmed up, and cooled down in the sea. There are many cafes on the beach. They make excellent Turkish coffee! We bought sandwiches with French fries and cocoa for the children. We drank coffee ourselves. They carried corn on the beach. Very juicy and delicious!
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest! I recommend it to those who like to relax in a quiet place. And he loves to relax by the sea.

A very nice hotel. I'm surprised that two stars can be so comfortable. I came for 6 days from March 18 to 24, 2024 to take a break from the winter and take a walk in the sun. I am sure that the conditions of stay at the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, service, food, atmosphere, etc. depend on the owner of the hotel and Benna, of course, is no exception. Vedat, the owner of the hotel, in addition to managing the hotel well, speaks excellent Russian, is a very hospitable, friendly and responsive person who helps in everything: from the question of how and what is the best way to get somewhere to a consultation on renting-buying real estate. I would like to mention the hotel staff: everyone does their job well, smiles and, especially, I would like to write about the cook, in my opinion, a good person, cooks well. Breakfasts are not suitable for those who like all inclusive, but for those who take care of their health and eat normally, they will be just right, because there are a lot of greens in addition to traditional boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, cereals, etc. About dinner (by the way, in other reviews they wrote that the time does not suit from 17 to 19h, as for me, this is the right time and later than 19h it is no longer necessary to eat) so about dinner, I would say that this is a full lunch: salad, soup, second course, the portion is just huge, so if you eat at 17h, then you need to walk for another 2 hours to shake everything up. Hot water without interruptions, if you get up early, then you need to skip 5-7 minutes. The location of the hotel is convenient, it is 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the bus stop on Ataturk Boulevard, too (there is an ATM right at the stop where you can buy a transport card (there is an application for this card, where all routes are called Antalyacard) and put lira on it, exchange for lira can be done directly in the hotel near Vedata, the course of norms), near shops, a market on weekends, cafes, taxi stands. This is not my first time in Antalya and I liked the location of the hotel here. As a result, of course, I recommend this hotel for a budget and comfortable stay and I will come here more than once. I liked everything. Very cozy. A good sincere host. But .. the breakfast is too light, it will not be enough for a man. But dinner: both soup and salad and the second- to overeat. There are no buns and pastries. The beach is exactly 4 minutes by foot. And in general, the location is more than good, everything is nearby: the beach, cafes, grocery store (through the house), bus stops.transport, even kindergarten))))) and a playground. The manager speaks Russian well and makes concessions if, for example, you need to check in earlier. The rooms are clean.Another minus is that there may not be enough hot water in the evening, and there is no hot water at all during the day. We weren't at home during the day - so it's not critical for us, but in the evening it was just annoying.. In general, a very pleasant impression, I will come again.

There are four advantages for a 2-star hotel for a Russian-speaking group of tourists in general. But we must understand that this is not 2 stars for tourists from other countries. I made a remark to him, he gave me a look of contempt. At 14 o'clock, I checked into room 104, which had a faulty faucet and it was leaking and there was a puddle constantly in the toilet. The toilet was kept on a dirty word. For 9 days, the bed linen has not been changed and the towel has not been changed. It cost me 35 euros to stay in this hotel for 1 day!!!This is the first time I've encountered such a service. I rate the work of the Vidas administrator very poorly. I will not repeat the rest, the location, the food suited me.

But if you find fault, then: the cracks in the balcony door will not add warmth in dank weather, the falling off handle on the same door will amuse you when you close it, the lack of a kettle in the room was felt acutely in the off-season, when it is cheerful and wet outside. Now I know for sure that the kettle is a musthave.
What is exactly cool: the size of the room (even it was possible to do exercises), hot water is always available, quiet (well, unless of course there are noisy neighbors), a comfortable hard mattress and good linen, cleaning standards, the administrator is a kind-hearted person who will always help and prompt. He speaks Russian. The food is good for three. Dinner is complex and dense, breakfast is ordinary and simple. Transport links are convenient, there is a market nearby on weekends, several grocery stores nearby. The embankment and the sea nearby are beautiful!
In general, it is a very decent option for a three-piece.

Thanks to everyone who left their reviews about this hotel. I will join the opinion of many - for 2 * it is very, very worthy. We had a rest in early August 2023, booked through an aggregator, and in addition received increased cashback from Tinkoff Travel
As a result, for 11 nights for 2 adults and a child, the hotel cost 49 thousand rubles. The photos match, the breakfasts and dinners are modest, but delicious. The cook is trying hard. A healthy man probably won't have enough. Contrary to some reviews, no one stood over their hearts at breakfast, boiled eggs and sausage were not counted. I drank two cups of coffee + a glass of juice every morning. No one said a word. We had a refrigerator in the room, we did not charge a separate fee for it. The tourist tax was not paid. The furniture in the room is a little tired, but quite functional. They cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. The conder coped well with the heat of +41. Wi-Fi was difficult to get to our room on the 2nd floor. I took it more or less at the front door.
One of the disadvantages of the room: a broken handle on the balcony door, while the door could be opened / closed easily. A cracked toilet seat. This is all not critical. The only drawback that really annoyed me personally was the toilet bowl not attached to the floor. The feeling that he will turn over with the person sitting on him)) Otherwise, everything is great. The hotel has 3 floors with 10 rooms, i.e. a priori there are few guests. The pool is small, but because there are few people, it is often completely at your disposal. The location of the hotel is 600 m from the sea, it is a 10-minute walk with a child. The taxi driver from the airport took 488 lira from the meter.
A few steps away is the Shok store. Just behind it, on Saturdays there is a small market with vegetables and fruits. We bought delicious nectarines and peaches. On Sundays, it transforms into a duffel bag. Cheap knitwear is on sale from underpants/socks to T-shirts/dresses. A little further away is Migros.
There is a stop on Ataturk Boulevard, you can get to 5M Migros, Antalya Market and the old town of Kaleici. There is also a tram transfer to the Deepo outlet and the airport in Kaleici.
If you need to get out to Antalya again, this hotel will be a priority.

July 2023 We had a rest together with a friend.
Through the Pegas Touristic tour operator. We bought it very early, the flight was changed for us. We arrived at night, not to check in. We were brought by bus, met by the night porter.
The room is spacious and clean. Built-in wardrobe, armchairs, tables, small refrigerator. Conditioner. Bathroom with shower. A small balcony overlooking a quiet street where everything is blooming and fragrant. The room is cleaned regularly, linen and towels are changed (everything is in excellent condition). Wi-fi works well. The TV was not turned on.
There is a small swimming pool. A patio where you can sit with a cup of coffee. Lots of greenery, flowering plants. It's very cozy.
In the morning, breakfast, groceries, greens are always fresh, coffee, juice. Dinner in the evening, the dishes were never repeated. Everything is very tasty.
The staff is friendly.
A hotel for a quiet stay
The city beach is a 10-minute walk away, near a supermarket, Sunday market, bus stop.
The city is beautiful, clean, and there is a lot of greenery. People are friendly.
The owner of the hotel Vedat is sociable, attentive to details, speaks Russian well, you can learn everything from him.

We rested with an infant in January for 11 days. The impressions were strange. The room was clean upon check-in, there were no insects. But they did the cleaning every day for the first three days, and then they stopped altogether until we asked. The linen was also changed only after the request, toilet paper was not given for cleaning, I also had to ask... The manager suggested that we take out the garbage ourselves. In general, everything is somewhat haphazard. The breakfasts are the same: cheese, bread, vegetables, jam, cereals, milk, but we had enough. The first 3 days there was lemonade, tea, coffee (similar to instant coffee from a coffee machine). Then the lemonade ran out, the device was removed. Then the coffee machine broke down and poured instant into a plate. By our departure, there was only tea left, which by the way is not delicious, I drank my own. For dinners, drinks are paid, hot water is 15 liters a glass, instant coffee is 50 liters.... For this price, you can drink Turkish coffee and delicious tea in cafes nearby. Dinners are always with chicken, soup, salad, second course, but homemade and generally delicious. But! Dinners from 17 to 19.... If you are planning an active vacation, it's a little early, we didn't have time for them. The cook is friendly, which cannot be said about the manager, he is friendly selectively, the feeling that he is watching all the time, while at the same time he did not explain anything at check-in, just gave the keys and that's it, neither when breakfast-dinner, nor any welcoming words. No one is on duty at night, everything is open and in the early morning we saw a homeless man sitting in the yard. In the hotel itself, the courtyard is very smoky, sometimes it smelled in our room (2nd floor), so I didn't want to spend time there in the evening. They gave a playpen for the child, but it smelled very much of cats and was mildewed, we refused. A shower without a curtain, ventilation - a window into the common shaft, it smelled strongly of sewage. There is hot water, then there is no hot water, or it needs to be spilled for a long time. There is no bath for the child, we bought it, left it at the hotel. There is no kettle in the room, there is a refrigerator, but it did not work.
Despite everything, the area is very pleasant, clean, lots of cafes, shops, clean city beach, low shore, no parking problems. For a couple of days and a purely overnight stay, the hotel is normal, but for a long time it is better to have an apartment in the same area or another hotel.
There were only the baths left, somehow I didn't want to photograph the hotel, suddenly someone with children will be there - demand it :)

Cons: a boorish, angry, eternally dissatisfied type is sitting at the reception. The rooms are small, the plumbing is old, if something breaks, they will not do it. They said at the reception, he waved it off, if the water hadn't flowed, he wouldn't have gone at all. There were no lights on a few times, the nice guy in the kitchen, Omar, did. They clean up well, but you have to hide everything, otherwise everything will be cleaned, then run and look. Canteen, you can't call it a restaurant, poor thing. Breakfast is still fine, but no dinner! There are no drinks, they came with their own water, they took it away. There are no ads, what is allowed, what is not allowed, no prices. We got there by accident and were very sorry! In general, I do not recommend it at all!!!

I stayed at the hotel from December 12 to December 25, 2023. I liked the hotel, as the price/ quality ratio pleased me. The price was low, but there were enough advantages.
Firstly, the friendly, friendly staff, headed by the managing director of Vedat. Speaks Russian well, and is always ready to resolve issues. For example, they changed my room at my request. Room cleaning is on the level. They offer daily cleaning, the linen was changed 3 times. The food, of course, is not that diverse, but you need to understand how much you paid. But everything is cooked at home, everything is quite tasty. There is no lunch, but there is an abundance of cafes within walking distance, including on the embankment - literally 5 minutes from the hotel. Cafe Gerri is very tasty and not only fast food. The sea is so close, it's beautiful. There are shops nearby. And the market on Saturdays and Sundays is right around the corner - very convenient! And the bus stop is close, you can go anywhere. A travel card is purchased at the bus stop.
In general, I did not see any obvious disadvantages. Well, maybe the showers are without fences, the water under the curtain spills over the toilet room...but this happens in many, and more expensive hotels ...

I stayed in Benn 5 times in different years. Before the pandemic, there was a good breakfast buffet, since the 20th year they have been giving out a plate in portions (even a child will not have enough - an egg, a small slice of cucumber, tomatoes, sausages and cheese, several olives), bread, tea, coffee.
The location is great, everything is nearby. Very nice beach.
Wonderful staff. There is a place to relax and a barbecue area.
Everything in the room is minimal.

Oh! My favorite hotel! I've only been staying there lately! Convenient location, near the sea, shops, bazaar. Cozy rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, a Russian-speaking host with whom you can have a heart-to-heart conversation! And most importantly, the price! Cheaper only for free! The hotel is a bomb! Great hotel. The polite staff speaks Russian. Very close to the sea and lots of shops within walking distance. The center is 10 minutes away by bus. The food is not expensive, but you will not stay hungry and every day there is something new. The hotel is worth the money one hundred percent!

I stayed at this hotel from May 20th to 31st. The red price for this hotel is 40 thousand rubles for 10 nights, I bought this tour for 6 months. before departure for 62 tons .., now this ticket costs 20 thousand more expensive. Prices for hotels in Turkey have increased very, very much, and only for Russians.
The hotel itself is not bad, about Vedata..of course, we suffered during check-in, we arrived at 3 o'clock. before check-in, the plane was delayed for 4 hours, we did not sleep at night...but God

I did not like Antalya itself and the pebbly 10 km beach with cigarette butts, and it is not vacationers who litter, but the local population who gather in families..they put tables, chairs, eat, smoke, drink tea or something else, and then all this always remains on the beach..Or almost..
There is nothing in cafes, in the coastal zone except alcohol and ice cream with juices, there is no music anywhere. I used to rest in Kemer, Alanya, Marmaris, so there is something to compare it with.

Stayed for 4 nights in September.
I was afraid of what was written below and on the tripadvisor, as a result, everything is much better than expected.
Vedat is a pleasant Turk who makes contact without any problems. The room is nice, with a fresh renovation.
The location is great.
In general, there are no complaints, for its price it is quite decent. For singles, it's generally super. But with children or a couple, it's not really suitable.
The breakfast is average, without frills. It is hardly appropriate to take it additionally, but it is worth a penny.
