The sanatorium is clean, tidy, but, in my opinion, it is not customer-oriented, absolutely! They treat everything very rudely, you won't get a smile. They give 10 minutes to enter the territory of the sanatorium for escort, for breakfast / lunch / dinner only half an hour of time, they do not allow swimming in the pond, security forbids swimming outside the territory, grass is everywhere on the bottom, there is no sand at all. The pool is small 10 meters, there is nowhere to swim! SPA is not a spa, very weak!!! The sanatorium and resort card in Berezka is an extract from the polyclinic where you are served! There is something to compare it with, that's why the assessment is like this. I do not recommend it! We have better sanatoriums in our country today!

A wonderful sanatorium, everything is at the proper level. Excellent staff, polite, helpful.
We got a beautiful room, cleaning was done regularly, towels were changed even more often than they should be.
The procedures were all prescribed correctly, we managed to do everything in time, the speleo Room is some kind of delight, an hour of deep, high-quality sleep. Special thanks to the massage therapists, all great professionals.

Everything is at a pretty good level. The food is delicious. The rooms are nice. But some little things spoil life.
A very peculiar classical music is playing all day on the territory. And it can be heard in the rooms. If you are not ready to listen to violins playing all day, it may be uncomfortable. At the same time, the musical accompaniment inside the SPA complex is really pleasant.
In the rooms themselves, someone has sold the installation of some kind of "smart" HDL system. There is no practical benefit from it, except for the possibility of turning off someone's toilet light from the bedroom or trying to figure out how to control the air conditioner using icons without signatures. But there are a lot of inconveniences. The switches are such small buttons with very indistinct pressing. You really need to aim at them. But even so, they don't always work, the system kind of freezes and doesn't respond for a while. The system has a monitor to perform those most useless actions. It's small, but it hangs in the bedroom and glows all night.
The staff is generally friendly. Upon arrival, without even taking the money, the first thing they sent us to lunch so that we could make it. And at this time, the documents were being processed.
It would be great to extend the breakfast and dinner time somehow, at least on Saturday and Sunday. There is a church next to the sanatorium. But if you go there for a service, you skip dinner or breakfast and eat only the Holy Spirit :)

The SPA area is gorgeous, the pools, aromatic showers and even the snow services are super. There is a playground in the passages between buildings, logistics is thought out to the smallest detail, in the evenings children's discos and animation, in the morning tutors occupy children. We had a rest with children of 11 years old, I must say separately that the children liked the procedures (except for the oxygen cocktail), and the volleyball and basketball courts, and the moose swimming across the pond and hares jumping around the territory and food. My husband and I liked everything, the procedures by themselves, everything is very decent, the staff is polite, we have questions about food, but I attribute it to our fastidiousness. Entertainment for both adults and children can be found on the territory of the sanatorium. In general, we highly recommend it, especially in comparison with the cost of a similar holiday in the Moscow region and the surrounding areas

One of the best places in Belarus where I have personally been. Not to say that I would be there on a ticket, no… It's just that this place, as well as the nearby Speleological Clinic, are located in a wonderful place in Soligorsk, on the shore of the Soligorsk reservoir, next to a park and a forest belt. It provides a huge range of services from medical procedures to rental of sports equipment. A very pleasant place. I rested several times. The spa complex is very good. Finnish sauna, Turkish sauna, Swimming pool with minimal water, outdoor Jacuzzi with hot water. Good buffet food. A wonderful gym. A lot of procedures. Laser, magnetoturbotron, reabox, 4 types of massage. Beautiful territory. There is a coniferous forest nearby. The salt room. It's easy to breathe.

We rested with my sister at the Berezka sanatorium in August 2022, were only a week on the wellness program, realized that it was certainly better to go for 2 weeks or more to get the effect of the procedures and calmly sign up for the procedures.
We had an incident with medical procedures. We really liked the polite one. attentive doctor - Khilko Tatyana Nikolaevna, who prescribed individual procedures for my sister and me, then with her recommendation we turned to the reception at the Spa complex, where we had to make a schedule for the time of these procedures. The receptionist at the spa complex Nadezhda said that maybe she would prescribe procedures after dinner, or maybe not, because I quote, "I have so much work to do."
After dinner, Nadezhda informed us that there is no one type of procedure now, we offered to change it to another one, that Nadezhda sraazu suggested that we go "figure it out" to the chief doctor, we did not do this, in the morning we turned to a doctor who replaced the procedures for us and we went to another administrator in the spa complex We immediately got a convenient time for the procedures. I must say that we did not meet any more Hope at the reception, which we were glad of. The rest of the sanatorium staff was polite and courteous.
I shouldn't have taken a one-time cryosauna procedure before leaving, I came home and got sick, so I advise you to choose it only for seasoned people, all other procedures were very useful.
My sister and I had a double room, comfortable, clean, everything we needed in the room was: refrigerator, TV, kettle, even a normal hair dryer, with different modes. The bathroom was also pleased: spacious, everything is in good working condition.
I was a little surprised by the strange system of turning on electricity and air conditioning in the room, which hangs on the wall, the air conditioner was never sorted out, it would not be bad if someone from the staff told vacationers about this system.
The territory of the sanatorium is very well maintained and beautiful!!!
The food in the sanatorium is EXCELLENT! There were always fish, beef, pork, 5 types of soups, vegetables, fruits for lunch. Always tidy and clean.
I really liked the spa complex, the beach and the gym. Thanks to the lady instructor at the gym (they didn't ask her name).
There is something to do in the sanatorium: rental of sports equipment, bicycles, etc.
In general, I liked the rest - I RECOMMEND it!!!

The disco didn't take place either...And all because the employee was on sick leave. We had the same situation in May, when we rested for 14 days - either on vacation, sick leave or a day off...Is it really so difficult for one of the employees to turn on a movie for children when another employee is on sick leave?

Let's start from the beginning: everything glitters, sparkles, is cleaned and scrubbed, the staff is smiling and friendly, room cleaning is also a solid five, but that's further.. I rested for two weeks on New Year's Eve with my wife and two children :
1) separation of procedures. The procedures were arranged so that a young child (3 years old) had to stay alone (the eldest and both parents had procedures at the same time)
2) Swimming pool. The passage to the SPA for children only from the age of 4 (I wonder what exactly this age is due to), God be with him, with this SPA, but the pool also belongs to this fucking SPA. The pool, which my youngest child (let me remind you, 3 years old) wildly adores, was not available to us, even with both parents and in a life jacket and a diaper for swimming - in any way. I.e., again, one parent goes to the SPA with the eldest, the second sits with the child in the room, waiting.
3) Drafts. Yes, I did not expect that in such a beautiful and modern building they can be found, and even more so in the corridor of the hydrotherapy department, where steamed and wet, I have to tear my claws from nowhere, so that I would not have time to "blow through"
4) The dining room. Yes, there is a buffet and the choice of dishes is not small, but it would not be on the list of disadvantages if everything were good. The food poisoning of the youngest child and my wife and I became a bad compliment from the "chef" (they ate only in the sanatorium's dining room), and the cherry, or rather the apple, on the cake was dinner on January 1, on which even the fucking apple juice was diluted to the consistency of "apple-flavored water"... Ales
To sum up, probably, the dining room was the last straw, which forced me to move out of this place a week before the end of the "package tour" and come only for procedures. Yes, it's beautiful, yes it sparkles, but drafts in the department of water procedures should be overcome, the chefs dispersed, and the administrator arranging the procedures should be given software that takes into account both the time of meals and the family of vacationers so that overlaps do not work. I have all.

In short , I highly recommend it . I rested in the " Birch Tree " 2 times : before and after reconstruction . The rooms , of course , are the same , renovated . Comfortable , warm , pleasant . It 's a pity, the doors in the rooms are thin , made of MDF. Carpets are saved . Cleaning every day. soap , shampoo do not run out . The dining room ( you can say the restaurant) is just super, the buffet is varied and very tasty. Staff ( all ) excellent. Treatment for every taste . I especially liked the SPA.! The pool is large , waterfall , underwater massage , 3 small (for 4-6 people) with a miner. with water and hydro massage outside under a canopy . Cool, the temperature contrast. It 's a pity , only 6 visits ( can be purchased ) In secret: my wife took bracelets from grandmothers, the cat. We didn 't go to the spa . Thanks to the staff , they let me in . The parking lot is large and free of charge. under video surveillance. There is a beautiful wooden church with a font nearby. Go ahead , you won 't regret it ! Happy New Year!

It looks more like a factory dispensary. There are a lot of families with young children, which creates inconveniences for the elderly. Children run and scream through the corridors in the buildings until late at night. It's not comfortable with them in the pool either. These are management issues.
