We had a family vacation on a weekend tour (2 days). During the rest, children's film screenings were never organized, which are announced every day, and there were no adult film screenings either. The disco didn't take place either...And all because the employee was on sick leave. We had the same situation in May, when we rested for 14 days - either on vacation, sick leave or a day off...Is it really so difficult for one of the employees to turn on a movie for children when another employee is on sick leave?

As good and beautiful as it is outside, I am so disappointed. Let's start from the beginning: everything glitters, sparkles, is cleaned and scrubbed, the staff is smiling and friendly, room cleaning is also a solid five, but that's further.. I rested for two weeks on New Year's Eve with my wife and two children :
1) separation of procedures. The procedures were arranged so that a young child (3 years old) had to stay alone (the eldest and both parents had procedures at the same time)
2) Swimming pool. The passage to the SPA for children only from the age of 4 (I wonder what exactly this age is due to), God be with him, with this SPA, but the pool also belongs to this fucking SPA. The pool, which my youngest child (let me remind you, 3 years old) wildly adores, was not available to us, even with both parents and in a life jacket and a diaper for swimming - in any way. I.e., again, one parent goes to the SPA with the eldest, the second sits with the child in the room, waiting.
3) Drafts. Yes, I did not expect that in such a beautiful and modern building they can be found, and even more so in the corridor of the hydrotherapy department, where steamed and wet, I have to tear my claws from nowhere, so that I would not have time to "blow through"
4) The dining room. Yes, there is a buffet and the choice of dishes is not small, but it would not be on the list of disadvantages if everything were good. The food poisoning of the youngest child and my wife and I became a bad compliment from the "chef" (they ate only in the sanatorium's dining room), and the cherry, or rather the apple, on the cake was dinner on January 1, on which even the fucking apple juice was diluted to the consistency of "apple-flavored water"... Ales
To sum up, probably, the dining room was the last straw, which forced me to move out of this place a week before the end of the "package tour" and come only for procedures. Yes, it's beautiful, yes it sparkles, but drafts in the department of water procedures should be overcome, the chefs dispersed, and the administrator arranging the procedures should be given software that takes into account both the time of meals and the family of vacationers so that overlaps do not work. I have all.

In short , I highly recommend it . I rested in the " Birch Tree " 2 times : before and after reconstruction . The rooms , of course , are the same , renovated . Comfortable , warm , pleasant . It 's a pity, the doors in the rooms are thin , made of MDF. Carpets are saved . Cleaning every day. soap , shampoo do not run out . The dining room ( you can say the restaurant) is just super, the buffet is varied and very tasty. Staff ( all ) excellent. Treatment for every taste . I especially liked the SPA.! The pool is large , waterfall , underwater massage , 3 small (for 4-6 people) with a miner. with water and hydro massage outside under a canopy . Cool, the temperature contrast. It 's a pity , only 6 visits ( can be purchased ) In secret: my wife took bracelets from grandmothers, the cat. We didn 't go to the spa . Thanks to the staff , they let me in . The parking lot is large and free of charge. under video surveillance. There is a beautiful wooden church with a font nearby. Go ahead , you won 't regret it ! Happy New Year!

I like it, I've been with my family 2 times already (in the summer). For recreation and recreation (including with children). The world of pay is working, the exchange rate is normal (in the exchangers in the summer of 2022, the ruble exchange rate is very low). The buffet... Like everywhere else, you won't starve to death. Entertainment (except for procedures, of which there are a lot) - equipped beach, bike rental, karaoke bar in the evening.

Carefully read what is included in your package.I was very surprised that the spa unlimited = twice per weekend tour, i.e. I arrived on Friday-1 time, on Saturday-2, on Sunday we were told goodbye!Why?it's strange, the price is not the cheapest, the point of such savings?The spa is open from 10.00, i.e. swimming in the pool in the morning before breakfast is not an option.The food is delicious, varied, the staff is friendly, the rooms are small but tidy.

It looks more like a factory dispensary. There are a lot of families with young children, which creates inconveniences for the elderly. Children run and scream through the corridors in the buildings until late at night. It's not comfortable with them in the pool either. These are management issues.

A wonderful sanatorium. We have the best spa complex in Belarus. We go there every year for health improvement.
We were at the Robinson Club near Minsk, so he wasn't even standing next to it
The territory is large. There is a forest around - skiing is ideal in winter, and tennis and volleyball courts in summer. Plus the beach.

The most well-groomed territory of all the sanatoriums in Belarus. The rooms are clean and cleaned often. Bathrobes and slippers in size. Food without spices and salt is normal for a diet. Minus karaoke on the street. It could have been warmer in the spa. Chanson is a minus everywhere. There are few swings, only 1 pc. Service and staff are a plus.

We rested with a friend from August 29 to September 9 in this sanatorium for the first time. We are from Russia in the city of Mytishchi. There are no questions about the rooms, the territory, medical care and food. But there is practically no leisure for adults. The movie was shown 3 times. Then the projector broke down. It was never repaired before we left. There were no excursions during our stay. There are few Russians, but Belarusians know their region like 5 fingers. Excursions for 5-7 people are expensive. Perhaps the management needs to establish contacts and learn from the experience of other sanatoriums in excursion services.

WELL, NO WATER MEANS NO!! I would like to say separately about the coastal zone, it is not thought out, there are no umbrellas, there is nowhere to hide from the sun at all. There is no bar on the beach, I'm not talking about alcoholic beverages, but ice cream, chips, elementary water, in my opinion it is necessary.

The sanatorium is not bad. I went alone, I had to go with friends or family, it's a little boring alone. There is a disco, but no one goes to it, people can see it and have so much fun.
The treatments are very good, the SPA is wonderful. The territory is magnificent, you can play whatever you want. The food in the dining room is canteen-style, the buffet is not empty, but there is no abundance either. The price is very affordable, but if you want more peace of mind, come in early September. There are a lot of children (just a lot).

An excellent spa complex, one of the best in Belarus, I have been going there for about 8 months. The coaches are excellent, if they tell you something, they will teach you, they can make up a training program.
For vacationers
The food is a buffet, there is everything from various salads and meat to ice cream and juice.
The water on the beach is dirty, but you can swim. There is a tennis and basketball court, of course, rackets, balls and shuttlecocks are attached to them.
I can safely recommend getting healthier with family, friends or alone.
