We had a rest with our family from August 8 to August 16. We arrived at 5 a.m. and Suleiman settled us right away, for which we thank him very much! I really liked the hotel. Such friendly staff, everyone tries very hard to provide guests with a wonderful stay. The food is excellent, despite the fact that there is not a huge choice, the food is very tasty, always fresh. We really liked the soups. The room is cleaned daily. The pool is always free, the slide is open from 16 to 17 every day. The children had a lot of fun) the sea is very close, 3 minutes on foot through the underpass, sun beds for 100 lira (for the whole day). Public transport stop is 2 minutes away, buses to Alanya 1 and 101 go about 10-15 minutes to the city center. Be careful with the one (Jan's name is) who will sell baths for $ 30, if you go to the Migros store, there is a street agency with excursions and exactly the same one costs $ 18. He is polite exactly until the moment when the baths are bought from him, then he does not even greet)))) This is the only unpleasant character in the hotel! Everything else is Wonderful!!!

I chose the hotel based on reviews. The main criteria were the price/quality ratio: good food, cleanliness, a good beach nearby, proximity to the center.
I didn't make a mistake with the choice. We had a rest from July 11 to July 25.
The windows overlooked the pool: the noise did not bother anyone, it was already quiet at 23. Only once we did not sleep for 3 nights, but it was not the fault of the hotel, but of a company of Belarusian tourists who came exclusively to drink, there were 10 of them, rooms on each floor, no one was allowed to sleep! I advise such people to rent separate apartments and not interfere with the rest of them enjoying their vacation!
According to the hotel: simple, small, without frills. Clean, room cleaning every day.
Like many, I will write a special thank you to Suleiman, a man who will solve any problem in a matter of seconds!

Let's go with the kids, the youngest is one year old.
Five stars did not fit the budget because the trip was spontaneous. Well, we decided to look for a hotel that is as decent and convenient as possible. Our tour fairy recommended this one for our requests.
It was important for us to be able to walk around the civilized surroundings.
Upon arrival, we got a great vacation.
The hotel is quite adequate.
The staff is amazing. We didn't have that in the top five in Egypt!
The room is clean, cleaning every day, the furniture looks decent.
The only inconvenience is with the laundry.
We are used to handing over things in the evening and getting them clean and ironed in the morning.
And then it turned out that washing was expensive. 150 lire a piece. The thing is at least a sock, even jeans. You count in pieces how much you need to wash and pay for it. Or they give you a basin and wash it yourself.
Since there is a lot of washing with children, we decided to do it ourselves. My husband bought a rope and soap in Migros🤣
Okay, laundry gel, whatever, and showing great talent, he arranged a branch of the student dorm on the balcony🤣
Drying on the railing was considered not sporty.
Otherwise, nothing marred the rest.
The hotel was fed to the slaughter, and there was a considerable selection of dishes. Yes, not a five, but the price tag is appropriate.
Two pools, one with a slide, plus a shallow pool for kids.
The bar with a variety of drinks was in demand.
Since I don't drink, I can only advertise mineral water. My husband was drinking beer. He said it was a lung, he didn't have a headache.
There was definitely wine. I won't say for the rest of the alcohol. There seemed to be a choice.

In short, it's impossible to stay hungry there.
It is necessary to make an effort.
We walked around all the surroundings, went to the center. They've been all over it.
We didn't take excursions, we didn't have time for them with a one-year-old hare.
The sea is across the street, I liked it much more in the morning. There is more sand in the evening.
The beach is ordinary without bells and whistles, the umbrella is your own.
We didn't take it because we didn't spend the whole day there. We went before 12 and after 17. So they didn't take anything.
The hotel is calm, without the disco riot.
The elevator is cool, the kids checked it out.
By the way, the attitude towards children is excellent.
If our children are perceived by society as a burden, then it turns out that children are the very flowers of life.
Maybe the public will slowly grow up to this.
However, it's not the point, the hotel is great for a relaxing holiday with friendly staff.
By the way, the Migros supermarket did not allow you to pay with a card. They took two with them and he didn't like both of them.
But in Bim, we calmly paid without problems. There were some positions in it that were much cheaper than in the same Migros. And in Bim, they always gave change, even if it was a coin, but they do. But Migros was greedy for change, forgave;))))
So we liked Bim more, it's more sincere and the conder is much better;)
Migros that next to the police station is much more than what is next to the hotel and the assortment in it is more interesting.

Vacation in Turkey. It's great if you're staying in a good hotel.
In our case, a vacation with a spouse. And it was provided by the Best Alanya Hotel - 3*.
It is a very welcoming and cozy hotel. With beautiful spacious rooms and views of the sea, the city and the mountains. With daily cleaning! Which is rare for many hotels. Even 4*star ones.
The food is very diverse. You won't stay hungry even if you want to. A very large assortment of salads and fruits. Delicious soups and main courses. Very tasty Turkish tea, juices and a variety of coffee are always available. Not to mention the bar.
The hotel's infrastructure is supported by 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool. A water slide. Rods with tables and umbrellas. A shower. And a small beautiful garden.
Of course, the hotel staff makes a huge contribution to ensuring the comfort of guests.

The hotel is located 50 meters from the sea, the road must be crossed underground. The beach is municipal. Sand, pebbles. The entrance is shallow. There's a bar nearby. Sun beds are available for a fee. There are no trees or shade on the beach. The center of Alanya is 6 km away. Buses run every 10 minutes. The hotel itself is without frills. It was repaired, but somehow it is already clear that it was used. The food is simple, but you can eat. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The staff is friendly. Some speak Russian.

I liked.
The beach is across the street. I swam and sunbathed every day. There is a bus stop nearby. The distance to Mahmutlar and the center of Alanya is about the same. Near the beautiful Dim Chai river embankment. The breakfast is decent. In the hotel pool (with fresh cold water) I swam until November 12th. Before departure.

I was vacationing alone, and as soon as I moved in, I was very optimistic, because I like to relax in threes with breakfast alone, when I'm not tied to the dining room and meal time and can plan my day relatively freely.
I had a rest in winter, from 12.27.24 to 6.01.25. After the first night, I found myself terribly cold, faced with a choice: give all the cash I brought for the split system remote control, for which they demanded 300 lira per day at the reception, or still, as planned, keep it for lunch/dinner. Apparently, to make me think better, the second blanket disappeared from the room during the first cleaning. However, after having breakfast twice in the dining room, I realized that eating the same thing for the second time a day was beyond my strength, because the cucumbers were constantly chapped on the dish, I found several circles of mold on the tomatoes, and the sausage smelled bad. The only food that was really edible was the hot food that the employee gave out in portions. However, it was impossible to stretch it out for breakfast and lunch, so a trip to Waikiki for warm pants and a sweatshirt for sleeping turned out to be more budget-friendly for me.
The staff was friendly enough, and even the fact that I would freeze in the room if I didn't pay for the remote control was spoken with a smile and politely. They even offered me to personally run out and change the euro at the nearest exchanger.
Conclusion: when buying a tour outside of the summer season, be sure to pay attention to the availability of air conditioning in the service system, otherwise you will freeze and catch a cold like me, or you will have to pay extra on the spot, but then it's better to take a higher class hotel for this price, so as not to feel cheated.
About the advantages. The location of the hotel is excellent: after 2-5 minutes, walk through the underground. When you cross over, you find yourself on a great beach with small pebbles and no tiles. Even in winter, I managed to swim a couple of times. The sea and the beach are magnificent.
There is a bus stop nearby. The center of Idi Mahmutlar can be reached easily and quickly. But I like to walk, so I mostly walked. The embankment is well equipped with various exercise equipment and swings and offers wonderful scenic views.
Several budget canteens with authentic Turkish cuisine were found in the center, which allowed us to appreciate the local flavor even better and for a nominal fee.
I went to change the picture and walk a lot - I got it in full and brought a whole sea of beautiful photos and impressions.
I also really enjoyed the sightseeing tour of Alanya, which I bought from the hotel manager. It was led by a Russian woman, Victoria, who tried to do everything so that, despite the downpour, we could visit all the attractions included in the program with maximum comfort. Despite the weather conditions, we even took a ride on the funicular. And I must say that the tour definitely justified and even significantly exceeded the cost that we paid. For sure, a special big thank you to the organizers.
However, to be honest, I'm not going back to this particular hotel. So far, from my five-year vacation in various places in Turkey, this one has left the worst impression, despite the daily cleaning.

A good hotel in its pricing policy, for active tourists it is the best thing. Convenient location, near the bus stop to the city, across the street the sea, within walking distance of grocery stores. I had a rest in early April according to the breakfast system. Everything was delicious, traditional, and served quickly. And most importantly, the hotel was clean. No frills, but decent.

I was in early May, arrived at the hotel at 6 am, immediately checked in, which was very pleased, the staff was very hospitable, excellent location, exactly 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes by bus to the center of Alanya. I took a bike, the prices are 100 liras per day! This is 300 rubles at the exchange rate, I went to the mountains, right next to the bridge over the Dim Chai river, there is a turn and you are in the mountains, there are beautiful views, not far from the Dim cave with a beautiful viewing platform. I liked the room, everything is very clean, the noise from the road is in the background all the time, but it didn't bother me. The food was delicious, but there was practically no meat at all, one dish with some kind of meat content, either something like cutlets or minced meat, once chicken legs. But I'm a fan of vegetable dishes, and they were cooked very tasty! Salads and snacks are very good, after I went to the four, but with an abundance of dishes there is not so tasty, and there are fewer fruits, respect to the cook! Lots of fruits: strawberries, medlars, watermelons, apples, oranges. Alcohol is poured, I tried beer and gin with sprite, it's fine. Some tourists did not reach the sea, and sat by the pool and bar. With such a price for food and alcohol in Turkey and with such a cheap price for a hotel, it is incredible how it is possible to organize all this. The beach is sandy, the approach is excellent, but deep at once, it is everywhere in Alanya.

I don't know how after the renovation, we rested earlier, two years ago, June 2022. I didn't want to write a review, but I can't stand injustice.I occasionally stumble upon this hotel, but almost everyone is delighted, I don't know how they manage to collect positive reviews, something is wrong here..We are not ordinary people, but it's terrible... that the rooms (were before the renovation), that the food, it's just inedible, I still couldn't understand why boiled eggs smell like ammonia, I had to eat in the city, you can write a lot, but I don't want to, everything is wiped with one rag, oilcloths stick, floors in We washed the room ourselves, there was dirt all around. Yes, Suleiman is a good man, but he is both a priest and a gambler, one person cannot wipe the floor, tables, dishes, sing and dance . .. if there was a score less than one would put. We just fell for the amazing reviews that raise doubts... and ruined our vacation.I am not an evil person, but I just look at the price tag and feel sorry for the people who may have collected crumbs, two years have passed, we often visit Turkey, as we pass by with my wife, so the negative comes, although no one was rude to us there.

a wonderful hotel, I put 5 stars as I did not find any drawbacks. the staff is very attentive and friendly. the rooms are spacious, clean and just renovated, the air conditioning works fine, there is a hairdryer, very good! the balcony is great, there are chairs to sit on, and they also give out ashtrays. cleaning is carried out frequently, almost every day, towels are changed less often, but also often. the food is delicious, there is a very good choice, yes, there is no abundance like in large 5-star hotels, and if you are going on vacation just to fill your gut, then you will be able to do it even with such a modest but very tasty menu. there is also a bar, they make delicious cocktails. there are also three pools and a slide on the territory, every day I watched how samples were taken from the pools, I repeat, the staff is very good and responsible. it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea from the hotel, the beach is nice and spacious, at the expense of sun beds, etc., somewhere they may write that it is paid, but this is a matter of chance, you can take it and not pay😂 they do not follow this much. there are many local shops near the hotel where you can find something for yourself that will be cheaper than in souvenir shops, such as creams, soaps, sweets, etc. there are many places to walk. and if someone needs it, it's better to use lira, they can be exchanged at a bank 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. dollars and euros are accepted only in souvenir shops). if we talk about the entertainment of the hotel, then personally I really liked that there is no animation and various discos in the evenings, which prevents sleep, you can dance with music, everything is very calm. in general, I can safely say that this is the best hotel I have been to, I am very sunk in my heart, I hope that I will be a regular visitor.

The staff is very pleasant: always smiling, cheerful and ready to help at any moment. Everyone sincerely smiles a lot, an individual approach to the client: my girlfriend got sick and they tried in every possible way to help us with a diet for her. All the staff is young and groovy. Very clean, rooms are often cleaned. The food was delicious, rich in meat, lots of cheeses, fruits (they were all very sweet: especially watermelon). There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hotel is very close to the sea: literally 2/3 minutes on foot and close to the center of Alanya there is a very beautiful beach with a pier from which you can jump into the water. I especially want to thank Mehmet's employee, who helped me and my partner in any situation at any time. I really didn't want to leave there: we really liked it there very much.

We stayed at the Best Alanya Hotel from 07/08/2024 to 07/15/2024. I want to say that I liked everything: the room, the food, the staff, the proximity to the sea. And in my review, I would like to thank the reception staff Selim, Umuf, Suleyman, kitchen staff (barman) bartender Osman, a young guy who managed to make drinks and help in the kitchen, Chef Ibrahim (who always greeted guests with a smile and cooked very tasty food), Chef Pervin, kitchen employee Mahmut, young the guy who cleaned the dishes, the staff who cleaned the rooms of Zuhal, Sevda. I think Cengiz (the owner of the hotel) is trying to make us relax.

This is the first time we have been to this hotel, despite the fact that the hotel is 3*, it can compete well with 5*.
The rooms have air conditioning, clean bed linen, hairdryer, towels, balcony, cleaning every day, cleanliness and order.
There is a lot of food- eat-I don't want, as they say, everything is very tasty.
Lots of fruits for every taste and color.
Internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.
The wishes for the work of the bar are as follows - not to close at 22, but at least at 23.
And also, I would like to see small refrigerators, even if not in the rooms, but at least on the floors.
The hotel is located on the 1st line, so it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the sea through an underground passage.
There are 3 swimming pools on site - for adults, for older children and for the youngest.
There was a little bit of animation missing, at least a day or two later.
Suleiman is a friendly administrator, can speak Russian, explains everything clearly.
In general, the children are delighted, my husband and I are too.

A very good hotel for a threesome. It is located in Tosmura, on the first line. The hotel has a new renovation, new furniture, cleaning and change of towels daily. The room has an air conditioner that works for heat, which is very necessary in the winter months in Turkey. There is a TV (if you don't have enough entertainment). The breakfasts are good, you won't leave hungry. In the dining room from morning until late at night, you can drink tea and coffee, this is included in the accommodation. The staff is friendly, understands Russian, and helps with any questions. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. You can get to the center of Alanya by buses number 1 and 101, this is on the first line. Buses 2-b and 202 are on the second line. The bus stop is next to the hotel.

I read reviews and laughed as people write that this will compete with fours, and even more so with fives. Yes, the area is not bad, I clean it well. We rested from May 11 to May 16, 2024. We were a little confused at the check-in. For the first time in the top three in Alanya. Apparently, the long journey from the airport had an effect. We drove a little more than 3 hours. And so: there is a place to walk, the beach is nearby - 3 minutes on foot, many shops, pharmacies, cafes, for a trip to the city a stop is 100 m away. Bus 101 or 1. The Marina, the lighthouse, the red tower are 15 minutes away and then you can walk to the center of Alanya. About the hotel: the rooms are normal, balcony, TV with 4 Russian channels, hairdryer, air conditioning, cleaning every day, soapy upon check-in, always hot, elevator is working. The food in the restaurant is normal, soups, chicken, fish, fruits- watermelons, strawberries, grapefruit, apples, nectarines, oranges. The alcohol is all of high quality. The bar is open from 10-15, 17-20. Two pools, a water slide from 16-17. There are days when you can swim in the pool until 12 at night. The territory is small, but everything is well maintained, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel staff knows Russian and will always come to the rescue. I liked the rest. Many thanks to the staff for the rest. I recommend a hotel for relaxation. The most important thing is the mood for positive emotions! Open an imported market on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can buy what you need, it's within walking distance. The hammam at the hotel is expensive. We bought excursions from Anatoly, it's not far from the hotel, and we bought a hammam from him for half the price. Great reboot.

I have vacationed in Turkey 6 times. I stayed in 3 or 4 star hotels. I've never been in 5 stars. Therefore, I am writing a review comparing hotels of the same level. I don't understand why there are so many laudatory reviews. People, this is not far from 3 stars. Plus, it's only free Wi-Fi. As they wrote in one of the reviews, if your windows overlook the pool, you can say goodbye to sleep. I came with a child, not to party, not to drink.. and rest in peace. Guests and staff are drinking, yelling, and swimming in the pool in the middle of the night. This is the norm. I went down and asked to be quiet- they just sent me.. They told me what I needed, I went to bed. I was shocked. The whole case was recorded and sent to the Pegasus tour operator. The next day, the scandal continued.. I was threatened with a fine by staff members. But justice exists - we were moved to another hotel. Best Alanya paid a fine, we were relocated to civilization… There is no food in the hotel from the word at all, as in the dining room. There is nothing to choose, soy cutlets. Of course you can eat. The beach is pebbly, not very clean. You can take a nearby sunbed -200 lira for 2. The room was given dirty, then cleaned. The total area is 10-15 m2. Three single beds. Plus, for promptly changing the mixer. Maybe people like these hotels, judging by the reviews, but I'll give you some advice: it's better to overpay and have a good rest. What is in such a hotel. I definitely recommend it. The positive reviews are real, not hyped up. The linen is clean, the room has been cosmetically updated, everything is fine, there are no smells. Cleaning every day! In a cheap three-piece! There is a balcony with a high chair. I really liked that there is a boiler with tea and a coffee machine for free all day. The air conditioner in my tariff was for an additional fee, but in November it was useless. WiFi is fast, works in the room without problems. It was possible even on the beach to catch a minimum signal from the 6th floor. The location is excellent, everything you need is nearby. Yes, of course you can hear the road, you have to understand that. The D400 goes right through the city. The breakfast is full. For 3 days, the dish was not repeated on the distribution. The sea is surprisingly clean for an urban area. I was in November, I didn't use the pool, but it's there. The reception understands Russian, all the staff are very kind people.

The hotel is good.
The only thing that inconvenienced us was a long transfer (3.5 hours), but we were ready and there was absolutely no need for a hotel here.
The hotel is relatively clean, the small area by the pool was also neat, the tables were cleaned regularly.
The dishes are clean.
The dining room was turned on (air conditioning or fans, I did not go into details) it was comfortable to eat.
The food is fresh, yes modestly, but the hotel is 3*.
My fourteen-year-old son and I had enough food.
Hot, two side dishes to choose from and soups.
Lots of greenery, plenty of fruits.
There are no pastries (we bought at the bakery next to the hotel).
The staff is customer-oriented, helpful, and sincerely friendly. The chef at the distribution is friendly and friendly.
There is no animation, but we didn't need it. We walked a lot on our own.

The hotel is located close to the sea (5-7 minutes). The room has a TV, hairdryer, air conditioning. Each room has a balcony. Cleaning is daily. There are 2 swimming pools + a kid's pool, there is a slide. They are cleaned regularly. The hotel and the room are clean.

We had a family vacation at the end of August. They did not believe the negative reviews, but in vain. I'll explain.The hotel is urban, small and super-smart. If the windows of the room overlook the pool, then you can say goodbye to sleep. According to the schedule, the pool stops working at 18 o'clock, but it was not there. Guests continue to drink alcohol in the bar and swim in the pool with shouts and loud music until late at night. At night, the staff with the ladies (hotel guests) also have fun by the pool. But these are trifles in comparison with the food that is offered in the restaurant. No matter how hard the cook tries, nothing normal will come out of low-quality products. If it's fish, then it's smelly, you won't look at the soup without tears at all - chowder. Once the cook called the dish mutton, an incomprehensible slurry of offal with the addition of mutton fat. On the 3rd day of my stay, my body refused such food, I will not describe the details. It makes sense to take everything included if you eat in the nearest cafes... Shampoo and soap on request. Otherwise, it's fine, the sea is nearby, good Wi-Fi. The rooms are renovated, but the corridors are dirty, the baseboards have not been washed after whitewashing (pictured). PS The moderator rejected the photo with a dirty corridor and stained baseboards.

We were from 22.05-31.05.23. The hotel has its disadvantages-1) really food without variety, meat was given extremely rarely, there was no fish at all, mostly soy cutlets and vegetables, you really need to pass in time, after 30 minutes the salad bowls are empty, they do not replenish, BUT I would like to note that the restaurant is delicious!!! Basically, there was a wide variety of vegetable dishes, there were fruits- watermelon, orange, melon, apples.2) the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms made it impossible to buy milk, in the restaurant milk is given only with cereals for breakfast. There are more advantages in the hotel, so I was not confused by the sugar stirring sticks and tired bed linen.
I decided for myself that I will definitely return to the hotel, since 1) VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WILL MEET YOU, ALWAYS AND IMMEDIATELY HELP YOU IN ANY SITUATION!!!2) there is a great sandy and pebble beach nearby, about 80 meters wide, the entrance to the sea is 5 meters shallow, all the children played there, then immediately deep, no slabs, everything is fine!!! 3) the center is 15 km away, an excellent promenade along the sea with the possibility of cycling 4) all rooms are freshly renovated, cleaning every day, towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days, rooms with a chic balcony, the rooms themselves are large, cozy, the bathroom is also large with a large shower, comfortable mattresses and pillows.Free excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms!!! There is an elevator!!!5) there are 2 swimming pools on the small territory of the hotel, one with a slide, which is turned on daily for an hour, all the children are delighted!!! The pools are cleaned and chlorinated, I have observed the treatment more than once.6) there were a lot of regular tourists at the hotel, people choose this hotel and this speaks volumes - they do not come to bad hotels again. We stayed according to reviews in May of the 23rd year, and were sooo disappointed. I'll start with the pros: free Wi-Fi throughout and in the rooms, the sea is two minutes from the hotel. That's where the advantages ended. Hot water in the morning and late at night is very rare. The shampoo was used once when checking into the microbasket, we bought our own, as well as soap and shower gel. Cleaning is done daily in the room, but never on the balcony, and never on the forest marches, everything is very dirty, stained, and in construction debris. The rooms are renovated, but the bed linen and canvases are in holes and stains, I attach a photo, my floor coverings are more decent at home. There is no refrigerator in the room and no dishes at all, it is very strange to drink water in the room from the throat, there is no way to buy juice or ayran. However, everything is the same in the dining room with dishes, coffee, tea you will drink from a glass, mugs, no cups, a wooden stick spoon, photo attached, water from a plastic cup. It's the worst I've ever encountered. There is also a problem with food, there is no buffet, in the morning either a boiled egg with boiled zucchini and disgusting porridge, plus cucumbers, tomatoes and pickled cheese with olives. Lunch and dinner from a clover called soup, horns and cutlets or rice with some boiled vegetables, zucchini, broccoli, sometimes chicken wings, or pressed offal (table cats ate them with pleasure). At the same time, if you come 30 minutes after the start of lunch, breakfast, dinner, the food will be hot and cold, and the salad bowls will be empty. More than half of the rest was spent in the nearest cafes, because the food is just not edible at all. The description does not match the beach, the pebble beach, the entrance is steep and pebbly, for children and those who do not know how to swim, only the pool. There is nowhere to go near the hotel at all, near the bus stop you can go to the center. But the problem is to go back, we were out of season, buses full of stops go by. We do not recommend it, the hotel does not match the description according to reviews, and its star rating.
