Positive:
- location in the very center of Yerevan, walking distance to all major attractions;
- delicious breakfasts;
- friendly staff.
Minuses:
- the rooms are super small;
- the double bed is made of two single beds;
- in a double room there is a set of towels, water and other items for one person, for the second one you need to ask separately;
- furniture and plumbing are very tired;
- at night, for some reason, the air conditioner was constantly turned on for cooling, the temperature in the room was 19 degrees, after several requests, they gave out a heater;
- horse price tag for late check-out.

An excellent hotel, with all its stars, not expensive, clean, delicious breakfasts, a gorgeous pool, there is a place for the youngest and for experienced swimmers, high-level service, friendly, responsive staff.
There is a restaurant, a bar, a fitness room :-)
We have been living as a family for 10 days, we are very happy and happy.
We recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel from 21.09-24.09
The rooms are comfortable , cleaned every day
There is one balcony for all rooms , divided only by transparent glass between the rooms , it is not convenient.
Near the park and the central square within walking distance, the excellent location of this hotel, there is a 24-hour bar on the 1st floor, but the prices are very high)
For foreign citizens there is a currency exchanger, but on the last day it hung up and ate a large amount of money. It is not possible to return the money for a Russian citizen , because they said that they do not work with Russian banks and cannot issue cash , this is a very big minus!
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, the beautiful interior at the entrance, as well as a good view from the balcony, pleases!

We were on vacation from 04/20/2024 to 04/24/2024. I liked the hotel. The location is great, all the sights are within walking distance. The atmosphere and interior are enveloping and pleasant. We lived in a room on the fifth floor, overlooking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. The room is pleasant, the furniture and plumbing are a little tired. The bed is nice and comfortable.
We had breakfast ordered. The choice is quite extensive, the menu changed, new salads and hot dishes were introduced, but some of the dishes were unchanged. In my opinion, it is possible to expand the range of dairy cereals.
The room was cleaned every day very decently, all current issues were resolved upon the first request.
I especially want to mention the pool. The water in it was heated to a temperature of 26-27 degrees.
Clean pool, clean area around it.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff and wish them prosperity!

A great hotel, the rooms are clean and large enough. A full range of services, bar, restaurant, conference room, swimming pool, spa, gym, massage, everything is there! The breakfasts are 4.9 out of 5, I removed them only because the watermelons were "green", it would be better if they were not laid out at all.

I liked. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Cleaning every day (the only shower gel, shampoo and balm are not good - it's better to take your own). The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna ... in the evening you can have a great time with the company in the lobby. The hotel is very close (within walking distance) to the square, shops with branded items, delicious restaurants and everything else. In appearance, the repair in the rooms is certainly not fresh, but this does not interfere with the time spent. The bed and pillows are especially good 😊 what else: there are rooms with balconies) in the room there is a bathrobe + a shoe spoon + a shoe sponge, a bottle of water is brought every day. TV with Russian-language channels is also in place))) the second and last photo shows the view from the room where I stayed. By the way, there is a park nearby.

We had a rest in early August, we really liked the hotel itself, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and the food! The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the assortment is extraordinary. The receptionists at the reception are responsive and helpful, the pool is wonderful, there has always been a choice of sun beds, even in the sun, even in the shade. The location of the hotel is very convenient, opposite the hotel there is a beautiful park with fountains, in the evening they are illuminated.

The double bed consists of 2 bonded beds, it is impossible to sleep, because the mattresses were constantly moving apart and we slept in a pit between the mattresses. The service is excellent, the staff is nice and very hardworking(they wash and clean things all the time), VERY clean hotel (cleaned every day).
We took it with breakfast and were very satisfied: the food is varied, the choice is large.
There is always a choice of sun beds: in the sun / in the shade.
And the most important thing is that the pet friendly hotel. Our dog was with us everywhere all the time (even in the pool). The kids all went to our sunbed and played with the dog.

The room, of course, is a very modest standard, I wanted to lower the rating, but probably a higher class of better rooms). Great breakfast and a great gym! The instructor also works until 21-22 hours, suggests exercise options and techniques. The staff is very friendly, they solve all problems, a pleasant driver took us to Dilijan.

The staff is very customer-oriented, ready to meet the wishes of the guests, understands the existing problems of the hotel (I got a room that was then replaced, since 100 euros + was uncomfortable for a network 4ka). Excellent breakfasts, a very spacious cozy stylish lobby, recreation areas are separated by racks, we had a great time after check-out before departure to the airport.

A great location if the Windows face the street - a view of the park with fountains, illuminated in the evening. The pool is super! The staff, the service, the breakfasts are all at a high level. The only negative is the fatigue of the rooms and corridors on the 6th floor. But I know that other floors have already been renovated. Nice hotel, I recommend it!

A good hotel, perfectly located (city center), delicious breakfasts, courteous staff, rooms in good condition (it would be necessary to make some cosmetic repairs: the walls should be tinted, the bathroom should be refreshed), the linen is clean, the beds are comfortable. They provide: towels+slippers+ shampoo-gel-balm-soap, do not provide: bathrobes, toothbrushes, pastes, combs. There is a swimming pool on the street (we came in winter, it is clear that it does not function). Lunch boxes were provided on the day of departure. We are happy with the hotel. Solid 4 stars.

The hotel is not worth the money.
Of the advantages:
- good breakfast, nice staff at breakfast
- good room cleaning
- location of the hotel
That's all of the advantages)
Minuses:
- there is no declared parking, it is public, when asked how to park then? The girls at the reception replied - we don't know, look for it, we have an event, everything is busy😡
- the declared gym and swimming pool did not work, when asked to at least sunbathe by the pool (in which, in fact, there were no repairs), we were refused.
- the girls at the reception do not answer questions, requests as if you came to visit them uninvited.
- the room was dirty upon check-in, there were no towels, they asked to clean or move to a normal room, moved to almost the same one.
- it was cold in the room, the air conditioner did not work on "warm mode".
- the robes were brought after three requests.
Overall impression: we are very disappointed with the hotel and regret that we overpaid for the stated ****, although we lived in a maximum of two.

We spent one night with a small child at the time of the transplant. We lived in a room with a view of the square. It is very cozy, the bed is very soft and comfortable. The one-year-old child slept all night for the first time without waking up. The breakfast is very, very tasty and varied. The staff is friendly and helpful. Without question, they brought extra bottles of water to the nursing mother at night)) I recommend it, even though the price tag is rather big.

I am writing a review while at the hotel: The hotel does not match the stars, much less the price. Terribly disappointed.
We came to Yerevan to celebrate my husband's birthday, there was a request for a room with a balcony, comfortable, etc.
As a result, upon arrival, they settled into the most terrible room I was in. Dirty walls and plumbing, old laminate flooring, dirty floors, no human amenities, one closet with no shelves. It feels like everything has been done like in a hostel, and this is for 22,000 rubles for 3 days!
At the request, they promised to relocate on the same day, eventually they settled in, but the next day I didn't even understand why, although one girl at the reception talked about day to day, the second said tomorrow. Before that, it was generally said that it was impossible to relocate. They have different opinions every day.
The work of the staff is very ambiguous, it seems that they are trying to help, but in global moments they just throw up their hands, as if they are shifting responsibility all the time, or they expect you to forget.
Sauna- they promised that it works around the clock, in the end they came at 23:00-it's cold.
The restaurant-we arrived on February 14, we were offered to come to the holiday with a deposit of 10,000 drams for a table, the waiter guy said that we could order from the menu for this amount.
We agreed, came, ordered for the amount of the deposit, and the girl who is apparently in charge there brought the bill 2 times more, saying that the deposit is a deposit, and the menu is a menu. Even with such a dissatisfied look, it all happened, we were shocked to say the least. On the very first day, we were cheated, to say that it was unpleasant is to say nothing. Again, the words of the staff are different for everyone. There is no general concept at all.
Further, on 15.02 we decided to celebrate the arrival and the upcoming DR from my husband, bought our souvenir pomegranate wine, asked the bartender for glasses, sat down in the lobby without disturbing anyone, we wanted to taste in a beautiful atmosphere with music, since there is no table or chairs in the room. We were almost told in plain text that you can't drink your own here, go to your room. When I was just desperate and started to wonder why, the girl said that she did not speak Russian. I asked the receptionist-she confirmed that we need to leave with our drink, to my question why such an attitude towards customers in a 4-star expensive hotel-I received the answer "such rules".
Of course, I have been shocked 3 times in 2 days of staying here. How can this be? I have never encountered this in any department of my travels! Guests can always sit quietly in the lobby and relax culturally after excursions, the road, especially when there are no normal conditions in the room!
Then they called us back to the room and said that we could come back, they made an exception for us)), we refused, there was no desire to sit there, of course, there was no longer
Now I am in the room where we were moved to on the 2nd attempt, it is 5 am and I do not sleep almost all night because of the hum of the air conditioning outside the window. Neither one, so the other)
The room is very hot despite the winter, and opening the window to the whole is hindered by the hum, which is like from a working tractor. With the window closed, by the way, it also buzzes very much.
What I want to say is that my only desire now is to leave here as soon as possible. I regret that I booked this hotel for 3 days after reading the reviews here. I do not advise you to believe in what they write here. Otherwise, you will be disappointed like us.
We came here to celebrate a birthday, although for this price there was a huge choice where to stay, and we were disappointed in all aspects.
It's a disgusting impression.

In August 2022, we visited the swimming pool at the hotel. The discount has become a pleasant bonus. Very nice pool, comfortable sun beds, bar. But. In the middle of the day, suddenly ladies with dogs appeared in the pool. They absolutely brazenly occupied my chair, covered with a towel in the first rows by the pool. It was a shock. Then the loud screeching and barking of dogs running around the pool began. And what was my surprise when a girl from the staff handed me an elastic band and asked me to pin up my hair that did not reach my shoulders. All that remained was to say thank you that the dogs do not swim in the pool. It seems to me that the owners of this institution urgently need to review the rules of visiting and behavior of their guests. Personally, I will never use this place again, and even more so I will not advise anyone.
