Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Many attractions in theory can be reached on foot. Nearby there is a nice boulevard, restaurants, the Noah factory and Ararat))
The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is friendly, they accept the mir card for payment (this is a big plus). The beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom smelled damp, but that was a minor disadvantage.

I stayed at this hotel from 21.09-24.09
The rooms are comfortable , cleaned every day
There is one balcony for all rooms , divided only by transparent glass between the rooms , it is not convenient.
Near the park and the central square within walking distance, the excellent location of this hotel, there is a 24-hour bar on the 1st floor, but the prices are very high)
For foreign citizens there is a currency exchanger, but on the last day it hung up and ate a large amount of money. It is not possible to return the money for a Russian citizen , because they said that they do not work with Russian banks and cannot issue cash , this is a very big minus!
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, the beautiful interior at the entrance, as well as a good view from the balcony, pleases!

Positive:
- location in the very center of Yerevan, walking distance to all major attractions;
- delicious breakfasts;
- friendly staff.
Minuses:
- the rooms are super small;
- the double bed is made of two single beds;
- in a double room there is a set of towels, water and other items for one person, for the second one you need to ask separately;
- furniture and plumbing are very tired;
- at night, for some reason, the air conditioner was constantly turned on for cooling, the temperature in the room was 19 degrees, after several requests, they gave out a heater;
- horse price tag for late check-out.

A typical BW hotel, friendly staff, we took a triple room without breakfast, because there are many options in cafes and restaurants around. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The location was very good - the Windows overlooked the English Park and the pompous Ministry of Justice, next to the boulevard, along which you can walk to the Square in 5 minutes.Republics

Excellent hotel, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, in the very center of Yerevan. We arrived before check-in, the staff themselves offered to wait 10 minutes, and then immediately checked in. The room has a large bed, water, tea, perfect cleanliness, everything corresponds to the level, there is a swimming pool, but unfortunately it is not working yet, they promise to launch in April.

The staff is friendly. When we checked in, we told and explained everything. Overall, it's clean. However, the laminate on the floor is swollen in places, and the tiles in the bathroom, especially in the shower, are mildewed. The bathroom is separated according to the type of marble tiles used in Soviet dining rooms. The room is heated by a central ventilated system, which makes the room so dry that it hurts to breathe + dust flies. There is an electric kettle, a welcome free set of water, coffee, tea. A refrigerator with a mini-bar (this annoys me very much, because even so there is less space in a small refrigerator for my products). The rooms were cleaned in a strange way - it was, they forgot to take out the trash.
The mattresses of a double bed consist of two mattresses, which cause you to fall into the middle all the time. It was terribly annoying.

We were on vacation from 04/20/2024 to 04/24/2024. I liked the hotel. The location is great, all the sights are within walking distance. The atmosphere and interior are enveloping and pleasant. We lived in a room on the fifth floor, overlooking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. The room is pleasant, the furniture and plumbing are a little tired. The bed is nice and comfortable.
We had breakfast ordered. The choice is quite extensive, the menu changed, new salads and hot dishes were introduced, but some of the dishes were unchanged. In my opinion, it is possible to expand the range of dairy cereals.
The room was cleaned every day very decently, all current issues were resolved upon the first request.
I especially want to mention the pool. The water in it was heated to a temperature of 26-27 degrees.
Clean pool, clean area around it.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff and wish them prosperity!

An excellent hotel, with all its stars, not expensive, clean, delicious breakfasts, a gorgeous pool, there is a place for the youngest and for experienced swimmers, high-level service, friendly, responsive staff.
There is a restaurant, a bar, a fitness room :-)
We have been living as a family for 10 days, we are very happy and happy.
We recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays. The location is very good, all the sights are within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are normal, a little meager. Of the three coffee machines, two or even three were constantly not working, there was a constant queue for coffee. The rooms are small, cleaned every day. Cleaning is not very thorough, several times they forgot to put soap and shampoo. The window in the room was broken and was not tightly locked. A separate issue is the ventilation and air conditioning system in the rooms. In the evening, the extractor hood in the bathroom turns on automatically, and hot air begins to blow from holes in the wall in the room, even if the thermostat is turned off. And the temperature is reaching 29 degrees, I had to sleep with the window open and listen to the noise of the street and the noise of the hood. I've been to hotels of this chain in other countries, and these are two big differences, unfortunately not in favor of this hotel.

A great hotel, the rooms are clean and large enough. A full range of services, bar, restaurant, conference room, swimming pool, spa, gym, massage, everything is there! The breakfasts are 4.9 out of 5, I removed them only because the watermelons were "green", it would be better if they were not laid out at all.

I liked. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Cleaning every day (the only shower gel, shampoo and balm are not good - it's better to take your own). The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna ... in the evening you can have a great time with the company in the lobby. The hotel is very close (within walking distance) to the square, shops with branded items, delicious restaurants and everything else. In appearance, the repair in the rooms is certainly not fresh, but this does not interfere with the time spent. The bed and pillows are especially good 😊 what else: there are rooms with balconies) in the room there is a bathrobe + a shoe spoon + a shoe sponge, a bottle of water is brought every day. TV with Russian-language channels is also in place))) the second and last photo shows the view from the room where I stayed. By the way, there is a park nearby.

We had a rest in early August, we really liked the hotel itself, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and the food! The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the assortment is extraordinary. The receptionists at the reception are responsive and helpful, the pool is wonderful, there has always been a choice of sun beds, even in the sun, even in the shade. The location of the hotel is very convenient, opposite the hotel there is a beautiful park with fountains, in the evening they are illuminated.

The service is excellent, the staff is nice and very hardworking(they wash and clean things all the time), VERY clean hotel (cleaned every day).
We took it with breakfast and were very satisfied: the food is varied, the choice is large.
There is always a choice of sun beds: in the sun / in the shade.
And the most important thing is that the pet friendly hotel. Our dog was with us everywhere all the time (even in the pool). The kids all went to our sunbed and played with the dog.

The double bed consists of 2 bonded beds, it is impossible to sleep, because the mattresses were constantly moving apart and we slept in a pit between the mattresses. The room, of course, is a very modest standard, I wanted to lower the rating, but probably a higher class of better rooms). Great breakfast and a great gym! The instructor also works until 21-22 hours, suggests exercise options and techniques. The staff is very friendly, they solve all problems, a pleasant driver took us to Dilijan.

The staff is very customer-oriented, ready to meet the wishes of the guests, understands the existing problems of the hotel (I got a room that was then replaced, since 100 euros + was uncomfortable for a network 4ka). Excellent breakfasts, a very spacious cozy stylish lobby, recreation areas are separated by racks, we had a great time after check-out before departure to the airport.

A good hotel, perfectly located (city center), delicious breakfasts, courteous staff, rooms in good condition (it would be necessary to make some cosmetic repairs: the walls should be tinted, the bathroom should be refreshed), the linen is clean, the beds are comfortable. They provide: towels+slippers+ shampoo-gel-balm-soap, do not provide: bathrobes, toothbrushes, pastes, combs. There is a swimming pool on the street (we came in winter, it is clear that it does not function). Lunch boxes were provided on the day of departure. We are happy with the hotel. Solid 4 stars.

A great location if the Windows face the street - a view of the park with fountains, illuminated in the evening. The pool is super! The staff, the service, the breakfasts are all at a high level. The only negative is the fatigue of the rooms and corridors on the 6th floor. But I know that other floors have already been renovated. Nice hotel, I recommend it!

I liked the hotel. The location is in the very center of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful interiors, comfortable clean room. They brought two bottles of water every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.

The hotel is not worth the money.
Of the advantages:
- good breakfast, nice staff at breakfast
- good room cleaning
- location of the hotel
That's all of the advantages)
Minuses:
- there is no declared parking, it is public, when asked how to park then? The girls at the reception replied - we don't know, look for it, we have an event, everything is busy😡
- the declared gym and swimming pool did not work, when asked to at least sunbathe by the pool (in which, in fact, there were no repairs), we were refused.
- the girls at the reception do not answer questions, requests as if you came to visit them uninvited.
- the room was dirty upon check-in, there were no towels, they asked to clean or move to a normal room, moved to almost the same one.
- it was cold in the room, the air conditioner did not work on "warm mode".
- the robes were brought after three requests.
Overall impression: we are very disappointed with the hotel and regret that we overpaid for the stated ****, although we lived in a maximum of two.
