Pros: The location is convenient. The old town is 10-15 minutes away on foot. The presence of a swimming pool and sauna. The average prices in the restaurant are European cuisine (The bartender and the waiter are polite and attentive to requests). The breakfast is hearty (one of the best among 4*). The administration speaks Russian fluently (they are very polite and try to help immediately). Free parking. The presence of a bathtub. Cleaning every day. The presence of a bar-refrigerator, cupboard, kettle and tea/coffee.
Cons: the rooms require renovation, the cleaning is average, there is little national cuisine and drinks in the restaurant. The views are only on the upper floors. There are no bathrobes, but the booklet indicates availability.
The best hotel in terms of price and quality.

Great hotel. We arrived early, but checked in without additional charges. It is very well located. Nearby there is a business center, shopping centers with restaurants and cafes. But it is also not far from the old town, and the road to it is beautiful and fascinating - along the river with beautiful views. We'll come again.

What didn't you like:the maid starts cleaning early, we didn't get enough sleep, the arrangement of the beds in relation to the door and the bathroom is strange.

A very nice hotel. They speak Russian. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool. There are two shopping malls within walking distance. The old town is not far away.

A smoky room, lack of repair apparently for a very long time, traces of cigarettes on the windows and in other places, sound insulation is simple!!!!! you can hear everything that's going on around, porridge for breakfast apparently since last year!))))) the inflated self-esteem of the hotel!!!
