It's a good place. Ethno-style rooms. The dining room has a million dollar view. The price is biting / there were not enough Russian channels on TV . Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

Clean, neat. The towels are clean, breakfast takes place in a place with a gorgeous view. The hard mattress in the room is for an amateur, I liked it, but my wife did not.

The walls are thin - Very noisy at night. The pillows are uncomfortable. There is no ironing board, I've seen Tamerlan's iron, that's for sure. The boiler was hung up so that it hurts to knock your head against it:(( apparently it is somehow turned off at night, because the water is cold in the morning. breakfast is inconsiderate: there is nowhere to put porridge, there are no forks, the tables are filled with dirty dishes. One plus is the location. However, I do not recommend this hotel

The view is great! Otherwise, everything is very weak, and they claim the top five in terms of money. The bedbug. Big red cockroaches (I didn't take a photo, I felt sorry for the impressionable ones), other insects lived with us. The laundry is washed, gray. There is no breakfast. In general, we were saved by the fact that we had to spend the night. Otherwise, of course, I would have moved out! Good luck to everyone!

One of the advantages is the location within walking distance from the sights and the view of Bibihanum at breakfast. The rest is horror. The plumbing in the room is dead, there are no slippers, bathrobes, brushes and drinking water. There is no safe. They refused to give even a second blanket, although it was indicated at the time of booking. I wouldn't stay at this hotel, it's uncomfortable.

A nice hotel with a local flavor. It is located opposite the legendary mosque, built by order of Tamerlane. There is a market and a cafe with excellent pilaf nearby :) The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, a delicious breakfast. The good staff at the reception are sociable, helped with the organization of a car trip to Tashkent.

But they did not live in the hotel, they walked past inside the courtyard to the restaurant. A very beautiful courtyard overlooking the Bibihanum. The exterior is very beautiful. You can even just go in to admire or take a picture.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel itself is on a solid 4, but the hotel administrators will even put a lot of 2.
The guys, in simple terms, are overeager - what is included in the room rate for replenishment daily (water, tea sets, hygiene products), they are ready to give out only for a fee, until you start to arrange a showdown with the hotel management.

The most terrible hotel. On the spot, when we arrived with two of our children under 4 years old, we were told that the price would be higher for us or get out.
They also don't give you checks - you can't use cashback.

Communication with potential guests is so-so.
About the possibility of early check-in or late check-out, they said "impossible" without details and options. When I asked if I could leave my things, they replied, "you have already canceled [the reservation]," and nothing more. At the same time, I canceled the room reservation a couple of hours before, so as not to hold it for other guests, and then decided to clarify if something else could be thought of.
We won't even consider this hotel next time.
