Stunning location: close to one of the main attractions of the city, a beautiful market, a pedestrian street. The rooms are not bad, breakfast is on the roof overlooking the dome of Bibi Khanum.
The hostel. There is no sound insulation, the floors creak, the doors are flimsy, you can hear everything from the street and from the neighboring rooms, especially if you are on the ground floor, and someone is walking on the top floor... You can hear them washing, flushing in the toilet. The windows are the size of a door, so it's even scary to open and ventilate at night, as the rooms are very stuffy. I was in September. It's warm in the afternoon, but since the breakfasts were on the open veranda, everything is always cold. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location in the city center. I would not like to visit this hotel a second time.
