A cozy cafe. Friendly staff and owner. The kitchen is super! We stayed with Sukhumi for 8 days, we managed to try different dishes. First of all, the breakfasts: Different organized sets, the portions are so large that we often ate one set for two. I liked the cheesecakes. Of the salads, we tried caesarea with shrimp and warm with salmon, very tasty. Tom Yam is crazy! The salmon steak is very tasty. I liked the rolls. Coffee, author's teas, we liked it with raspberries and blackberries. In general, we recommend you to visit! We will definitely visit again next year!

We were a family and ordered what everyone likes - rolls, a huge burger, sweet waffles with banana and ice cream, but the most delicious is khachapuri!!!! I've never eaten anything so delicious before)) I'm just thrilled!

A great place in the city of Sukhum! We rested for two weeks, went to Bigbuffet for lunch and dinner. There is a large selection on the menu, the prices correspond to the quality, a good location on the central square with a large veranda. Excellent service, Antonina and Ilzira thank you so much for the excellent location to customers and good service! I liked absolutely everything that we tried, I want to pay special attention to the menu of rolls - chef Anton is a genius in his field! We haven't tried such delicious rolls for a long time - a lot of fish, fillings, a thin layer of rice, unusual combinations and a beautiful presentation. I also really liked the pizza and pasta. The portions of all the dishes are huge, they did not finish several times and took them with them. Delicious lemonades, a large selection of drinks in general. The waiting time is average. The place is very cozy, clean, freshly renovated, no dirt and debris, it's cool inside because of the air conditioner.

Of all, I liked only sushi and cucumbers in the burger) The pizza was nothing, the raw dough, the burger was waited for 50 minutes, the sauce for the burger and potatoes was taken out with water
In general, the standard "service steps" are lame, I think it will be useful to study…
Feedback on the dishes was not asked, the order was not repeated, they did not warn about waiting for dishes, I would like to know in advance how much the same burger will be prepared, for example, we would not choose it, drinks are not taken out to two guests at once (not at the same time), those of my friend had to sit and watch me drink) well exactly how I eat. They do not specify whether to take out food according to the courses or not, the only thing that was asked was "drinks at once?", the bill was also taken out for a long time, in general, for a C grade
From personal observations, I noticed such a moment, two bottles of lemonade were placed in the glass at the next table, but the glasses were not taken out, the waiter put the glasses on 4 minutes later, after he took out the drinks, those people had to just sit, look at this poor lemonade, wait for glasses, which already indicates ignorance of the steps of the service. Here you will think that I found fault with this service so much, and all because ... 👇🏼

the disgusting rolls of dead salmon in the buffet, they didn't even touch it then
Vegetables are always not fresh, bruschetta is a dried loaf, thickly sliced (no, not toasted, but hard dried)
Pasta is average
The breakfasts are passable, the scrambled eggs are difficult to spoil, tom yam is my favorite, but it was also periodically brought with a hair (namely in rice)
In a word, the name is appropriate - a buffet, I would even call it a canteen.
My personal recommendation is for those who are new to this city and love delicious and fresh dishes - Ercakha, Leon, Akalat, Gastrobar, Surf burger

I have visited this cafe many times both alone and with friends. It is very tasty, the menu is varied, there are interesting breakfasts. Nice staff. Cozy, the interior is modern, beautiful! The location by the fountain, near the port and the embankment is very convenient! I advise you!
The only drawback is that there are no payments via the terminal, by cards... But, unfortunately, this is very common in Abkhazia.

Nice place, decent service. Unlike most Abkhazian establishments, they do not work from 10-11, but from 9 o'clock. So far, we have tried only breakfast, the portions are large, the choice is pleasing, porridges, pancakes, cheesecakes and even a menu designer. We will definitely try other dishes next time.

In 2 months of staying in Sukhum, perhaps the best place we have been.
(And we were here in most popular establishments)
Firstly, the cafe-restaurant has recently opened. Everything is clean, fresh and tasteful. From the interior to the appliances and the color of the napkins, all this creates a comfortable atmosphere.
Secondly, the menu is not quite usual for these places.
But at the same time it is cooked perfectly.
Thirdly, the responsive staff. We asked them to turn down the volume of the soundtrack, and they adjusted the sound for us without any problems.
Special thanks to the waiter Alexandra, she helped determine the choice of dishes and gave recommendations. I want to come to an institution where professionals work, whose taste you can rely on, because they know their cafe better than first-time visitors.
That's exactly how it was here!
She came up several times to check if everything was fine with us, offered the most delicious desserts.
We took into account all our wishes when cooking.
Fourth, the food!!!
It's just a dump of everything! For the first time I dared to try veal tartare and was delighted with the balanced taste and the absence of the characteristic aftertaste of raw meat.
Cheeseburger is the most delicious in the city! A tender bun, a juicy cutlet and all this together made friends with a delicious sauce.
From the lunch menu, I was surprised by the salad of baked beetroot with beef. The unusual taste of smoked meat and delicate sauce is very tasty!
I also liked the borscht from the same menu.
The unusual tiramisu reminded me of the taste of processed cheese from childhood.
Fifth, the location. The cafe is located in the historical center of the city with a beautiful view. After lunch, it's great to walk along the embankment here.

It is convenient to approach from all sides. Panoramic windows that offer a beautiful view. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, furniture, dishes, everything is stylish. I adore aesthetics in everything and it was very pleasant for me to be here. We were in November, literally a week after the opening and this is one of the best places in Abkhazia for us. During the week we were here 8 times, sometimes for breakfast and dinner) The food is delicious, everything we took - we liked it. Very nice and hospitable host. I would like to share my delight from visiting the cafe, where I enjoyed amazing coffee, delicious food and excellent serving of dishes. The coffee I ordered was perfectly prepared – fragrant, rich and with a rich taste. He really gave me a pleasant waking feeling and added energy for the whole day.
As for the food, every dish I ordered was a real masterpiece. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the cooking was impeccable. The taste of each dish was rich, harmonious and unforgettable. I am particularly impressed by the variety of dishes on offer – from classic to modern gastronomic delights.
But it was not only the culinary pleasure that pleased me in this cafe. The food was also served at the highest level. Poisoned by your rolls! The rolls are delicious, they look fresh, the cutlet is juicy in Kiev, but there is no taste, mashed potatoes in water, frozen peas, bitter, spinach leaves 4 wilted! Tom yam, the water is spicy, the waiter was displeased with the soup, they just asked him to take it away, it didn't taste good at all, they didn't remove it from the bill, although in other establishments they removed it from the bill, we are not freeloaders, we are ready to overpay if it tastes good! So rolls r@gali and not only an hour after dinner at your place! It was very bad for the child and for me! The waiter doesn't know how to talk, he just smiled at our complaints, of course we won't come again and smile in another place) By the way, the guides don't recommend this place! We did not specify in advance where it is better to eat) I wonder if there will be a reaction after the review, at least a smile?)

Thank you very much for the delicious pizza and sensitive service by the waiter Antonina today 03.07.24 . I have worked in public catering for many years and see waiters who feel the guest,"with their backs", so Antonina is exactly one of those waiters,"old school" and I see her more in some,,Pushkin" on Tverskoy boulevard rather than in a cool cafe, but coastal (think about it). So definitely raise the salary, there are few good waiters right now, but it's better to be promoted to manager so that she can teach others.
About the institution - I will recommend it if any of my friends go to Sukhum, we liked it.

We went to dinner, 3 children and 4 adults.
The menu was served quickly, the order was also accepted promptly, according to availability, there was only a pork kebab. And the waiting began, the order of taking out the dishes:
- 2 salads, we didn't wait long
- pancakes for children
- khachapuri in Adjarian, they didn't bake a little
- glasses of wine were brought next, let me remind you, they brought it after khachapuri, probably the wine ran out and they went to the winery for wine, another minus, it was at room temperature
- there were cocktails later
- then it went hot, carbonara and burgers, catlet in burgers, well, it's just too small for these rolls, there are no comments on the taste
- a hot salad with tomatoes and cheese, they promised to bring us 3 times, so we did not wait for it, but they did not want to cancel it until the last, they wanted us to wait for it, even when we already asked for the bill.
Our dinner lasted about 1:40, more of our indignation was caused by the bartender who walked around, and we were told that he was very busy, and in general he was alone and wait a little longer, maybe he went somewhere and checked if the ice was ready for our cocktails, we also saw how our glasses of wine were standing and they just don't give them to us.
To sum up, there are no special comments on the food, and the service is normal, the bar is lame, we were waiting for cocktails, and the bartender did nothing at the bar.

Waffles were especially appreciated from the food- you know, they are usually not very tasty, you can't eat without topping, but here it's just top. Also delicious pizzas (with chicken and with a side of a bull) and burgers, respect to the chef!

Delicious, varied and large breakfasts, we tried everything under the rooms (there are 5 of them), sometimes we had dinner.
Wonderful tiramisu and desserts.

Today we happened to be at the door of the establishment during the beginning rain, we just went to look at the menu, and as a result we were fed delicious pizza "Cheese chicken" and pasta "Carbonara". A very polite, courteous and sympathetic waiter was attentive to the wishes of each client, the service was excellent!

one of the advantages is a beautiful place, delicious food.
then there are only disadvantages.
drinks were brought 2 minutes after the order, tiramisu to it - 26 minutes later, after a request to work faster. We took it out of the refrigerator and took it out for 1 minute. The French fries and chicken arrived almost 40 minutes later.
The workload of the cafe is 4 tables.
In the process of choosing a dish, it turned out that out of 4 there are only 3, because the rest ran out of ingredients :)
Ice latte was brought -there is only ice from ice, coffee with milk itself is between hot and warm, the ice melted after 2 minutes.
!IMPORTANT! for such a service, you pay 5% of the tips included in the bill ;)

I haven't read the reviews, I stop believing them already, because I used to get burned on them. Let's go purposefully here with a company of 4 people to try the kitchen and play board games, in a word - have a nice evening.

The very center, the embankment, is very convenient to enter after the promenade. There is a taxi service nearby, a public transport stop 250 meters away.
Interior.
Soft and comfortable chairs, clean tables, pleasant lighting, unobtrusive music, air conditioning and ventilation are the only thing, by the end of the day it gets stuffy on the second floor, I want to ventilate.
Food.
Everything we took (by check) was delicious. At the same time, it's delicious for everyone, and this is not just an accident, but a success :) The menu is unusual, but there are few vegan dishes.
Prices.
You can say it's like everywhere else. Very affordable, but not super cheap, but it's not a dining room either :)
Yes or no?
The institution has a page in the well-known social network 100grams and a menu is posted there. You can preview it and decide whether you want to or not. For us, definitely YES, especially if the company.
