I was looking for an unusual bear in the interior of my house and finally found it. The only store that has a high-quality, stylish bear at an adequate price. I would also like to thank the manager who helped me choose a model with a size and the courier who delivered everything on time.
I thought the bear would stand like a decoration, but to be honest, sometimes I just can't get away from it, the quality of the material is at the highest level! I fall asleep with him in 1 minute)
In general, I put 10/10. If it were possible to have more, I would have put more!
I recommend it to everyone!

A very obscure office. I placed an order, confirmed that I would pick it up myself on a certain day, on the specified day there were no bears on my order, I traveled 150 km, asked a relative to pick it up another day and decided to pay the specified amount, but the manager refused to issue a document confirming the payment. They offered to come another day and buy 30% more expensive, or still leave the money without a confirmation document about accepting the money, but at the price as originally agreed. As a result, I found the same thing in another store and cheaper. I do not recommend contacting bigteggy.by if you don't want to spoil your mood. A sunny day for everyone✌

I was looking for where to order a soft toy for a gift, the choice fell on this store. The consultant girl quickly helped to pick up a wonderful teddy bear, for which she was very grateful, took into account all the wishes. The toy was delivered the very next day, as I asked. The bear turned out to be really good, the quality is excellent, nothing sticks out anywhere, there is no smell!!! And this was fundamentally important, because a child with allergies.

I was buying a toy for a child.
The best store and service I've ever met! For a long time I could not decide on the choice, the manager helped a lot, asked clarifying questions and offered toys to meet my requirements, with his help I chose immediately quickly! The courier is punctual and very positive. I called in advance and warned about the delivery. The quality of the toy is as pleasant as possible, the child just does not get off it)

I want to say thank you for the bear, it's such a soft charm. The material is high-quality, the seams are smooth, the threads do not stick out anywhere, all the details are in place and firmly attached, there is no unnecessary smell. In 2021, I would have given it 5 stars. But now... The assortment on the website and the availability in the store correspond to reality, although the seller assured on the phone that the right toy is there. There is no card payment, only a transfer to an Alfa Bank card. The store is small, toys are in boxes and on boxes, there are only bears on the shelves. Delivery in Minsk is 10 rubles, too expensive, half the cost of some toys. An hour before arrival, you need to call to find out if the seller will be on site. A strange customer orientation.

A bear was needed. Of the obvious offline stores with a relatively large selection of bears, this is the only one that I found in Minsk. There is only 1 terminal available, so if you come without warning, prepare cash (they give it to the courier at check-out). I took it as a gift to an adult. The bear is well made, although there were a couple of threads. If you need a bear as a gift and do not want to expect a pig in a poke from an online store, I advise you to contact there. For improvement, I would like to see a second terminal and an explanation about the bear manufacturer (read the comment below)

Information about the manufacturer is hidden, it only sounds..Russia- Belarus.
They hide very much where this product comes from, even despite the explanation that the toy is for a 2-year-old child. If you love your kids, don't even call this office.....
