The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the grounds. Clearly a landscape designer was working. It is very beautiful, everything is planted with different southern plants. The first thing visitors do is take photos and videos against a background of greenery. There are three pools and one of them with slides, so there are a lot of sun beds, and there is definitely enough for everyone. There are also enough towels for everyone, and they are without a deposit. If you like animation, it is also present. The sea is within walking distance, there is a beach from the hotel, but we preferred to spend time in more comfortable conditions in one of the many bars on the first line, providing sun beds on condition of buying something from them. The staff is helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the shower head, it was solved within 10 minutes. They don't speak Russian, but they are happy to try to learn and say something. For cat lovers, this is paradise. There are a lot of them here, from toddlers to adults. They like to beg for food, so they are there for all meals. Regarding the food, I will say that it is monotonous. In 11 days, there was only fish once, as well as chicken and soy cutlets, but I liked them so there are no complaints. A lot of vegetables, fruits and confectionery are on top. The breakfasts are modest, but that's not a problem. Alcohol, as in the whole of Turkey, is local. You can drink, you can get drunk too. But if you like good alcohol, then take it to Duty free, as it is very expensive in stores. In general, there is nothing cheap in Bodrum. In restaurants, prices are simply an order of magnitude higher than in good restaurants in Europe and other countries, and they constantly want to cheat. But it's true, a lyrical digression.
Next, about the hotel. The rooms are tired, of course, and they need to be updated, but I came on vacation, and I didn't pay attention to all this. Cleaning is done every day, but they won't polish the floors, mirrors and everything else. I also turned a blind eye to this and always left a tip. They try to please you and it's nice. But if you want to find fault, then there are a lot of reasons for this, but is it worth setting up for such a vacation?
Of course there are enough disadvantages, but many disadvantages are created by hotel guests. The first thing that struck me was how much I ate. I couldn't understand why they were all standing in line. But when I saw the tables, everything was clear. They just pile everything in a row and in heaps. Chicken, so that it falls off the plates, cake - all of them, and not 1 piece at a time. It does not matter that it is impossible to eat it, and others will not get it, it is necessary to cover the clearing, and then throw everything away. It just really pissed me off. And yet, for some reason, everyone thinks that the staff are their personal slaves. Neither thank you nor please them. But you can just be a little more polite.

The chic territory of the hotel, lovely houses with wooden balconies.A normal vacation for active, positive and not pretentious people.The standard rooms are very small. The loft furniture is not bad, the mattress is good, but the bathroom is very tired!We lived on the second floor, there were no interruptions with hot water, there was no smell of sewage, the maid tried, towels were changed every day, bed linen-once in 9 days.The pastries are excellent, better than in the top five.We went on excursions, ate and slept at the hotel, there is no special negativity.There are a lot of Russian tourists in the hotel.Bitez and the Aegean Sea are beautiful.

Overall a good hotel, but a lot of small drawbacks.
Dignities: 1) there is everything you need (beach towels, soap, shampoo are provided). 2) there is a private beach near the hotel. 3) 24-hour reception. 4) it is possible to get a lunch box if you do not have time for breakfast before departure. 5) Polite staff. 6) there are many sun beds by the pools. 7) a quiet place to relax (location : 20-30 minutes by minibus to Bodrum) . 8) Free internet and catches even in the rooms.
Disadvantages: 1) dirty (they do not have time to clean public places like the dining room, corridors between rooms, etc.) . 2) very fatty food and the menu is not varied (there were consistently semi-finished products, fatty stewed vegetables, French fries and rice). 3) at each meal, cats beg for food by walking around the tables. 4) in our room, the toilet sometimes smelled of sewage. 5) a couple of times the maid forgot to come to our room for cleaning.
In general, we are satisfied with our stay at this hotel. A 7-day trip from Moscow all inclusive cost us 140 thousand.

We stayed at the hotel from August 10th to 20th. In general, I liked everything. The advantages of the hotel: a beautiful well-groomed territory, three swimming pools, one of them with slides. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, drinking bottled water without restrictions, tea and coffee at any time of the day, the room is clean, everything works. The food is quite decent, a lot of vegetables, greens, plums, oranges, apples, watermelon. Delicious cookies and biscuits for an afternoon snack. The staff speaks English and always responds to all requests and questions. There are slippers, soap, etc., beach towels. Animation all day, but not in Russian (we didn't have to). Wi-Fi is free in the entire territory and in the room. The safe is free of charge. The sea is 5 minutes away.
Of the cons: in the evening, the water is barely warm in the shower. A very cramped and unkempt beach. It's a little dirty, the sun beds are broken, there's not enough for everyone, I had to go borrow at 8 in the morning.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the impressions were pleasant)

We stayed at the hotel from July to August 2024 for 7 days. The overall impression of the trip, the city and the hotel is excellent.
I will share my experience in order: we chose a tour and were brought and taken by a transfer to the airport without problems and delays. 5 out of 5
The reception staff speaks Turkish and English, there were no problems with communication. They answered all the questions that they knew - they prompted. The rest of the staff inside the hotel are also polite and friendly. 5 out of 5
The room for two is spacious, clean, no complaints. They didn't clean every day, but we hung up a sign and came during the day. Towels were changed only according to the rule "thrown on the floor, it means dirty." There are two disadvantages at once: there are no care and hygiene products, except soap and hanging cans with incomprehensible contents. We brought toothbrushes, pastes, shampoos and others with us and did not lose money. And the second disadvantage: very weak barely warm water, which was like that the whole vacation. It is very difficult to wash sea salt. 4 out of 5
Food: all inclusive, the food is very good. There is little variety: every day some kind of meat, not very memorable, there was fish once and burgers a couple of times. I ate more vegetables and fruits, there are a lot of them here. The diet resembles a sanatronic one - it is useful. There are very few fruits, mostly watermelon. There was a huge selection of desserts all the time. There is everything from drinks, but the coffee is absolutely not delicious, I brought the drip bags well. Alco is also chemical, I do not recommend it. The power supply is 3.5 out of 5.
The territory is small, but very pleasant: they are constantly cleaning, cleaning, there are a lot of cats that I love. Very bad wifi and does not catch everywhere. 5 out of 5
The biggest disadvantage is the beach. It is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, through all the cafes and restaurants on the embankment. It is very small, a sunbed on a sunbed, very dirty, steers and bags. There is no entrance to the sea, and at the very beginning there are painful stones. The sun beds are ordinary, but there are soft capes for them, which is convenient. There are too many people for such a small beach. 1 of 5
And it's also worth considering that you can smoke everywhere here: in front of children, in a cafe, lying down, sitting, while eating and all this stink nearby + steers all over the beach. I'm out of the habit of that.
Of the additional advantages: there are magnificent views, it is very beautiful. You can get to the center of Bodrum in 20 minutes, it is incredibly atmospheric and interesting there. I liked it very much.
Despite the important disadvantages, they are not critical for me and I recommend both this hotel and the city for your travels.

One star, just beyond the sea and the green area. The hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars. Cockroaches in the room, dirt everywhere, in the restaurant, if you can call it that, dirty cats everywhere. The staff is disgusting, the food is monotonous and terrible, one chicken from morning to evening, French fries and vegetables, alcohol is disgusting, constantly running out. Pools are cleaned only with slides, there is no entertainment for children, there is no animation from the word at all, some drunken dancing in the evenings. For 189 thousand, I would like at least a little respect for myself. The staff pretends that they do not understand anything in Russian, only with a translator and I'm waiting-it's not clear why I'm tipping. We would go to this hotel again, of course not, but in Bodrum definitely yes, we have not seen such a sea anywhere.

We had a family vacation in late July - early August 2024. I deliberately give 1 star. Read more: the star beyond the sea. Although it is cool, it deserves its star - clean and pleasant. There is no more +. I wanted to put it for the room, but it turned out to be too modest in size for 3 people, and the balcony was generally for dwarfs. I haven't really looked at the territory, it's very small, there's nowhere to walk. You also need to walk to the sea for 10 minutes in a roundabout way, in the heat. The beach is generally a separate topic - it is not cleaned, it looks like a garbage dump. Battered umbrellas, deck chairs and mattresses. It sucks and it's a backwater. But that would be all right) let's go to the restaurant next! Mismatched chairs! It feels like they were collected from all over Turkey, from garbage dumps. And the flies! There were countless of them! I had to cover the plates with napkins. The hotel guide Islam (FanSan) didn't give a damn about all the guests at all, he just sniffed the excursions. Do not believe the positive reviews of tourists! This is a profanity! I didn't believe it either at first, and here's the result!

We stayed at this hotel on 07.2024 for 2 adults +2 children. General impressions of the three with tension. The territory is small, compressed, and practically nonexistent. The food is poor. Check-in is a sad story. There are about 30 sun beds on the beach that are always busy. We had a rest in September 2024. I give the hotel two stars for the beautiful territory, and for a more or less modern room, that's all, the rest is horror, not a foot here anymore. I regret that we underestimated the negative reviews and came here. The dining room is full of trash, there are stains on the floor, dirty cats walk everywhere, flies fly, they even penetrate into the closed part of the dining room. In the area where coffee and tea are poured, it always stinks, you don't understand what, everything is stained, sticky. The faucet from which hot water is poured for tea is in calcareous deposits from 10 years ago. The floor is washed with old smelly rags, because there was no smell of cleanliness after washing the floors, it smelled unpleasant. People leave plates on the sun beds, cats eat out of them. We saw a cat eating from a table on the veranda in the dining room…No wonder half the hotel had rotavirus. The food is monotonous, chicken or soy meat, fish was once in 10 days. there were pancakes for breakfast only 2 times. but there are always boiled eggs. The water in the room was cool, there was no hot water at all, but we got used to it. The staff does not speak English. For the first time in this hotel, there was a clear feeling that the hotel did not care about the guests, although we have been going to Turkey for a long time. The cherry on the cake is the mafia at the reception. We were picked up from the hotel at 7.40 p.m. We decided to extend the room the night before, they said $ 35. On the morning of the county day, it turned out that the price was already $ 50. after the proceedings and calls, they said they were mistaken. As a result, we gave 35, we were lucky :) I sincerely do not advise the hotel, do not spoil your vacation

Good day everyone! We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 10 days from 07/02/2024 to 07/11/2024. Of course, we underestimated the feedback from people who visited it earlier. Since there was an early arrival immediately upon arrival at the hotel, in order not to wander the yard dog, I had to pay $ 20 (600 lira) to check in, but you always need to be ready for this! The rooms are not very large, but they are very cozy, although there are a lot of questions about cleanliness and cleaning. If you are lucky with a view from the balcony, you are clearly lucky, since my view was of a warehouse and the corresponding type of construction debris, it did not work out to solve this issue, there was a lot of workload, but in the future this minus turned out to be to some extent a plus (for people who like to wake up and fall asleep in silence). The silence is also broken by local crickets, which is almost until nightfall, but you can also get used to it))) I seafood lovers risk not seeing anything like this, since in 10 days there was fish once and that was prepared by a skilled craftsman in the form of a sole (in appearance and taste) meat eaters also have nothing to please, chicken resembling something similar that is wrapped in shawarma or soy meat of your choice! Breakfast will surprise you with the emptiness of possible offers, and lunch and dinner are fundamentally indistinguishable! For sweet tooths, of course, paradise, desserts for every taste and color, as a lover of all this, I pampered myself 3-4 every day! In general, there are many good establishments around, it all depends on your capabilities. Food is of course an important moment, but you are eating at sea and here, too, not everything is fine, as the tour operator can tell you. Since the hotel does not have its own beach and you will have to walk a little through the fragrant Turkish garbage for 5 minutes, you will encounter local entrepreneurs or other local hotels who still have sun beds for which you will give money, order something at a local cafe, but as they say, the courage of the city takes and many things are not always solved by a pleasant dialogue (just a little sediment, the sea is long-awaited, a vacation and such) but for others there are three pools of frogs with a bunch of children on the territory of the hotel, only you can choose! You can get used to everything and adjust! The most pleasant thing began on the day of departure! Night departure, evening transfer at 19:45, and you need to vacate the room at 12:00! A few days later, when I went to the reception, they announced $ 40 (1200 liras) for extending the room until the evening which, in my opinion, was not the worst decision to end the vacation, but there was a surprise waiting for me. When I came to extend the room on the day of departure, I was told that the hotel policy had changed, my stay at the hotel could only be extended until 16:00 and already for $ 50 (2000 liras), an extension until the next day is not possible, check out and wander in the heat. Yes, of course you can enjoy the benefits of a wonderful place, but the banal air conditioner that works is only in the room, so soft drinks may somehow brighten up these few hours, alcohol, drinks are not of the worst quality! I forgot to say probably not a little important point, for which I put stars from 0 to 2, the service staff (ordinary hard workers) are very nice guys, they solve and help more! In general, it is up to each of those who read my review to decide how and where to spend their holidays, but do not be fooled by beautiful photos or stories from tour operators! To top it off, not as an advertisement, but as a help in general to travelers in Turkey, which I found by chance and helped me, there is a letim application for withdrawing money or paying by QR code, even a schoolboy will figure it out! The hotel is full of trash, it's not a 4*, it's a solid 1*. They were placed quickly, and that was the end of all the positive aspects of the hotel. The room is just creepy, mold is everywhere, everything is shabby, just like in the whole hotel. Complete unsanitary conditions, the dishes are all dirty, you can safely pour a drink into a glass with lipstick at the bar, there are a huge number of cats everywhere who drink from the pool, which suggests that the pool is not chlorinated. The rooms are not cleaned at all. If you want clean towels, you go and get them yourself, as well as toilet paper. You come for beach towels at 11 a.m., and they tell you that there are no clean Towels, everything is washed. The food is just disgusting, you will go hungry. I did not even think that there are such hotels in Turkey, I do not advise anyone…

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is good. The price corresponds to the quality . The rooms are basically good. Air conditioning is not available in all rooms. The sea is very clean. There is a beach with a pebble entrance to the sea. There is also a sandy approach . There are restaurants on the beach. They have Wi-Fi. There is a very nice promenade where you can walk in the evening. It takes an hour to get there. There is a Cube restaurant. There's live music. The guys are dancing Latin dances. We rested for a week at the end of August 2024.
I must say right away that we are tourists who are used to discomfort. However, they paid very serious money for 6 days of rest and wanted to get more or less normal conditions for this money.
We had very little time to buy a tour and there was a small selection of hotels. The choice, in the end, was forced to fall on Bitez.
We also read all the negative reviews and everything that people write turned out to be true. The hotel is a quiet horror. But as they say, this is the norm for the Boardroom.
It's pretty in the pictures. In life, too, more or less, a very green area, there is a small water park, but it is clear that the hotel is already very tired.
The room, at first glance, is pretty. However, with a detailed acquaintance, everything is as well-groomed as possible. The front door didn't close in our room, red ants crawled, the air conditioner didn't work well, but as I understand it, many rooms don't have it at all or it doesn't work. Also, the lighting was very dim and there was no door to the toilet. There was no hot water at all in the evening.
The beach is also a quiet horror, tiny, there are 20 sun loungers on top of each other, mud and steers.
The food is not bad, I would even say varied, but everything is not very tasty and bland. But the dining room itself, yes, it is the deshman dining room, it is completely unsanitary, dirt, stains, flies, cats, in general, tin.
Among the advantages, a Russian-speaking animator, a pleasant girl Firuza and a green, beautiful territory, also a quiet place away from the noisy Gumbet and Bodrum.
In general, if you have the opportunity, please listen to people's reviews about this place and choose another hotel in this budget or pay a little extra.

Carefully, rotovirus walks in the hotel, on day 2 I nursed my MC, the temperature is under 40 and all the corresponding symptoms, after I found out that the floor of the hotel was ill, terrible unsanitary conditions, traces of lipstick on the glasses, greasy plates not washed, so that the room was cleaned, we fought at the reception for 4 days and ran after the staff, there is no animation, just music, which has never changed all week, about the beach, it is a piece of 4/4 meters crowded with sun loungers so close that you have to step over and walk over their heads literally. The food is terrible, you will not stay hungry, but only chicken and soy cutlets with delicious paper, fish were given mackerel 1 time and that's it. Water outages, that is, then not, often smells like sewage. The attitude towards Russians is secondary, if you wait at the bar, and the Turk will be next, he will be served first. Bodrum is very expensive, with an average of $25 per dish and $15 per cocktail. In general, the nature is very beautiful, the Greek style, the sea. But I highly do not recommend this hotel, it is 2 stars in fact. Avoid this hotel, good health and good luck to everyone!

They were from October 8 to October 16, 2024. The location is great, the room is good, but even though it was cleaned every day, the floor is still dirty, the water is barely warm in the shower. Since the end of the season, the food at the hotel was poor, and the last two days they ran out of beer and wine, they had to complain to the guide, after which they bought wine...and with beer...the finish line.
But in general, it all depends on the company, there were a lot of us and we had fun and reacted to it with humor.

We have been staying at this hotel for the third day and are still terrified of the total crap, service and food in general. To begin with, the hotel has rotovirus and everyone complains about food and complete unsanitary conditions, which is not surprising, because everything here is washed with one cloth, if at all. A bunch of flea-ridden, lichen-ridden cats roam the kitchen and the buffet and eat from the very plates that are intended for you and me. On the territory of the hotel, as well as in the rooms, they are not cleaned, the dishes are not washed, but apparently only rinsed, each glass is covered in lipstick, and the cutlery is stuck in food.
If you want to change a towel for a clean one, you just take it from the cart that stands next to the room all day along with the garbage. It's like she's been forgotten. You won't get beach towels, because they are always being washed. Therefore, if necessary, look for yourself.
There are no promised snacks. As well as normal food, everyone goes hungry and gets full plates of bread. Of the fruits, only apples. There is nothing to feed the children either.
There are a lot of cats, they are everywhere. By the way, they drink water from pools. There are only assumptions - the water is not chlorinated.
According to people's stories, most vacationers have dysentery.
There are definitely no 4 stars here, it barely fits one.

Nice hotel. I expected much worse for this price.
The territory is compact , one is very beautiful . Literally drowns in flowers . 3 small pools, there is a pool with slides. A small children's corner and a children's room . At lunch and in the evening - animation .
Food : varied and delicious. 3 hot dishes , 3 side dishes , vegetables , herbs , a large selection of desserts .
There are points by the numbers (requiring minor repairs) , but not critical.
To summarize, if you do not keep in mind the comparison with the luxury palace hotels in the Russian regions of Turkey, then the hotel is not even bad.

Nothing like that! all for an additional fee. in general, I will not go to this hotel myself and I will not recommend it to others. I'm not pretentious, but it's terribly simple! and everyone is outraged: both Russians and foreigners! but no one will return the money spent, of course. we complained to tour operators, but the only thing we did was change some rooms because of the ants (who lived on the 1st floor, we have a garden view on the 2nd floor, decent more or less, I already put a star for it) do not believe that the 4-star hotel, they have beauty in the photos. I have beauty in the photo here too)) . the village of Bitez itself is quiet, peaceful, for family holidays. Bodrum is 25 minutes by minibus for 35 lira, until 00 o'clock, 24 hours in the season from May to August. from Bodrum to the airport in 50 minutes by bus, comfortable, very convenient for 150 liras! the bus runs every 50 minutes.

Good location, territory, beach 200 meters from the hotel here in Bitez it is the best in Bodrum, to the right of micheti it is better, a gentle entrance, the sea is a fairy tale, if you come with children to Bodrum from 3-4 star hotels one of the best options, there are disadvantages, but everything is solved. The food and drinks at the bar are quite good for 3-4 star hotels. If you are used to 5 star ultra hotels, then you don't need to come here! 10 minutes by taxi to the Castle, marina, center, the cost is about 120 liras one way, the bus is 20 liras per person one way. We only went by taxi. It is better to exchange euros, dollars for lira on the Bitez embankment in cafes or travel agencies. Take a walk and see where the exchange rate is more profitable, in the center of Bodrum the exchange rate is worse by about 1 lira. In general, before you go anywhere, look at the reviews on YouTube to have an idea and understand whether this place and hotel are suitable for you. The hotel is very modest. By any standards, it doesn't look like a four. I'll start with the reception desk. It's 42 degrees outside, and the air conditioners at the reception are not working, there is no water in the cooler, people are waiting for check-in, suffering, and the employees themselves are fanning themselves with papers.
The territory is small, green, but it is almost not cleaned, dry flowers and leaves are lying everywhere. The furniture on the territory is all old, dusty, dirty in places.
There are three pools, but few people swim in the one with slides, because the slides do not work.
Next, about the numbers. They are very small, the balconies are one chair wide, the furniture is not new at all. Very small bathroom. When we arrived, the water in the shower was only cold. Hot water appeared when tourists from Russia, who came with children, quarreled at the reception. But still, the water pressure in the shower is so weak that it is impossible to wash.
The food in the dining room is also three-star, there is no variety, there has never been a fish in 10 days, one chicken, which is pretty tired. Salads are simple and not tasty. Lots of desserts. Of course, we were not hungry, but every day it became more and more unbearable to eat this monotonous food.
The staff is mostly polite, I can't say anything bad.
We couldn't relax on the hotel beach either. The sun beds are plastic, broken in places, dirty, there are few umbrellas, so I had to relax on another beach, where in order to be there, you must definitely order something.
