Of the minuses:
-Slow staff (I noticed three times from the moment you sat down at the table until about 40 minutes pass when the food is brought to you)
-Not always a neat serving. they are not carefully poured, as a result there are smudges on the dishes.

They asked for salt three times, but no beer glasses were brought. We wanted to order cocktails, there was no ice. The food is delicious, ordinary (not tasty for me). Service, as there is no such thing, is indifferent to customers (most likely, because 10% is already included in the bill !!!) therefore, they don't bother much.

The service at this place is absolutely disgusting. Moreover, keep a close eye on whether you are being deceived. Because I may simply not be able to take out the dishes you paid for and you will not be able to do anything.
I am very unwilling to visit, they did not give me the check and as a result there is no evidence of robbery either.
The staff behaves disgustingly, is rude. The room is bigger, but they smoke all the time inside and the music is like in a nightclub during the day, I almost threw up. It got bad, I went outside.

In the first years after the opening, the cafe was a prestigious institution. Currently, service and comfort are only two things. The cafe is not cozy and dusty. The tables are placed on the veranda, but there is no comfort there either. No one greets customers, waiters can pass by the newcomer several times, completely ignoring him; they do not know the menu, they can answer rather rudely, dishes are usually removed from the tables only when the customer has eaten and asked for the bill. Cooking is generally not bad, but it's a bit expensive for a current level.

We were passing through Pitsunda. We decided to have lunch at this wonderful place. The soups are very tasty. The meal was rich, a lot of meat, moderately spicy. I ordered noodle soup for myself. There was a whole shin in the soup. The broth is delicious, moderately fatty and moderately salty, apparently freshly brewed. Trout on the grill is also delicious. French fries are like homemade potatoes. And not like a wooden one from a Makdak. It doesn 't compare ! We also ordered Abkhazian pickles. With a sprinkle, the cabbage is crispy. Recommend. And thyme tea is delicious.

Good afternoon, everyone.We visited this cafe today.they ordered sea buckthorn tea, the base was black tea, they brought water with a small amount of sea buckthorn, the tea tasted like water, it never brewed.We also ordered tiger prawns in garlic and tomato sauce.the shrimps were clearly not tiger and there was more sauce than shrimp.the prices are inexpensive, only chacha was pleased in the end.I would not recommend this place.

It's a terrible place, I don't advise anyone to come in here! Read to the end. We visited this "cafe" a couple of times in the summer. The first one was fine, but the second one ordered bolognese. They brought us pasta with a couple of small cherry tomatoes, minced meat and CREAM SAUCE. The change in the classic composition was not mentioned in the menu. We finished everything else we ordered. The bolognese was picked up by the waiter, asked what was wrong, said he would inform the administrator. They explained the problem, said that they had not ordered such a "dish" (since the bolognese should have the sauce of the same name). They brought us the bill, which contained this miracle of cooking. I asked the administrator. I spent about half an hour talking to the managing woman. I said that I would not pay for a "dish" that I did not order. The manager screamed, was rude and threatened, asked where we live. After a clueless conversation, I paid the bill in full, since the woman turned out to be inadequate, and health is more expensive. By the way, the prices are high, Moscow prices. The service does not match. As a result: a bad mood for the whole day.

During our vacation in Pitsunda, we visited this institution 4 times. And every time it was bad. The food was wonderful, very tasty, but it took forever to wait for it. With incomplete seating, neither the kitchen nor the waiters could cope. I had to wait constantly: 10 minutes until the menu was brought, 15 minutes until the order was accepted, another 20 minutes until drinks were brought (ready-made drinks like wine or lemonade, not cocktails). And another hour and a half until the food is cooked and brought. On the last visit, the total waiting time was 3 hours (how you can cook one pizza and two salads for 2.5 hours is still a mystery to me), after which we, angry, hungry and tired, decided not to return here anymore. It is ironic that at the same time there is a 10% service charge in the institution.
