I purchased a set of bed linen on 07/18/2022 in Mogilev, a store opposite the Panorama shopping center, a euro set of blue monochrome color worth 107p from poplin. After washing, I found a defect on the sheet, a 2 cm hole in the center (washing was carried out according to all the requirements indicated on the label). There's an obvious fabric defect. I called the store and said that the product was of inadequate quality. I was told that this was a lengthy procedure that would be sent for verification and offered to buy another set instead. There is no limit to my indignation! Firstly, you would check your kits at the stage of sending them for sale, and not the buyers who purchased your low-quality goods! Secondly, we need to make concessions to customers, especially since I asked to return the goods not because I wanted to, but to wait a month for examinations and go to the store several times is not possible, and even answer the phone in a dissatisfied tone, as if I tore it up. And why should a buyer, buying a rather expensive product in your store, prove his innocence?! I said that I needed the kit now, I was offered to buy another one. Thank you, I won't buy it anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone
