The hotel is normal, but there are queues everywhere - in a restaurant, in a bar, for ice cream, for snacks and so on. The staff is mostly friendly - bartenders, in the reception, but because of the rude DJ, I would not advise you to sray in this hotel until they find a hospitable one

Great hotel. A very high level of service. The food is a separate delight, just delicious. We were extremely surprised by this. The chef there is powerful. The rooms are clean and cozy. A varied menu not only on the main diets, but also between them. There is an amazing restaurant on the beach, where there is a great snack. Everything is included - and alcoholic drinks, just drinks, super food. For three people in a double room - they gave the 3rd bed without extra charges. moreover, the beds are wide and comfortable. Animation - cool shows every day. The evening performances of gymnasts and dancers are very cool. Animators try to entertain, but do not impose. I really liked it, that nothing is intrusive at all. Every 5-10 minutes there is a bus to the beach with well, just a bombed water park. It takes 5 minutes to drive, accompanied by kind, humorous drivers. Or walk 10 minutes - walk 500 meters, but it makes sense when you are always stably taken by 2 plying buses. They also always stop and give you a ride if you change your mind about walking. In general, it's just wow. We had a great rest. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. I don't know why 3 stars. There is only one disadvantage - weak Internet. An IT specialist can't work remotely) But in Egypt, this is imho a widespread problem. And so - Service and food for 5 stars. Once a week there is a free a la carte restaurant for the family. The hotel itself is simple and classic in design, without bells and whistles and marble columns with lions and other hats. But for 4 stars. definitely not 3. Excellent inexpensive four-piece. Cool water park, nice beach. The food is great, the rooms are like in 4 rooms, tired, but it will do to spend the night. There is life and shops outside the territory. The only drawback is the work of the reception staff. For a week I went to them 2-3 times a day, with the problem of cold water in the shower, I listened to a lot of sori-sori, but I washed in cold water, and at the end of November it was not very pleasant. Pizza, fries, cola and I gained weight))))but it was delicious. The hotel itself is of course old, based on this, you need to understand the condition of the furniture, shower, in general everything. Room cleaning: leave 1 dollar-it will be cleaned usually, more -with towels in the form of figures and the cleaning is not very superficial, so much so that my hair was lying in the bathroom, and remained lying around the room.only the beds were cleaned, and then not cleaned, but made. The bed linen was not changed. Where I got dirty, I slept until the end of the vacation. For this reason, I refused to clean at all. What's the point of paying a dollar? For the fact that 2 beds will be shot!?but the most repulsive and unpleasant thing is the large (predominant) number of Arab vacationers. They're all so arrogant, tactless. Nice hotel, was last week. Friendly staff. There were "plugs" only with the reception several times, but not critically. The hotel is divided into 2 zones: residential/ main and beach. On the main one: reception, rooms, 2 bars, a restaurant, 2 swimming pools (although there seems to be a 3rd one; one of them is warm). On the beach area there is a small private water park (with a children's module and 3 more adults; there is a simple bar), the beach itself, a covered building for snacks, sand playgrounds for football and volleyball, darts and small animations. According to the weather at this time it was a little cool, the wind, but still warm, the water is +23, also cool. There are small corals near the shore, not very "colorful", but it is interesting to dive-look at them and the fish around. To the beach area 5 minutes by bus (theirs, goes 1-n approximately every 10... 15 minutes before lunch and 2 after lunch, it is quite comfortable), or 10... 15 minutes at a calm walk. The shore is sandy, but it is better not to walk with bare feet, because these are small pebbles and there are cuts. The hotel has an Ala Card system, when you can sign up for restaurants of different cuisines in the evening, it was suggested: oriental and Italian, unfortunately it was not possible to visit due to health, recording there for a day. The restaurant is good, there is a lot of choice and our products as well, they are immediately cleaned, quite clean, I liked it. According to the general animation of the hotel, it is not very dense. There is a medical clinic nearby, where you can apply for an insurance pole. Towels are provided both on the beach and in the hotel area. The rooms are cleaned every day. The room itself is pretty clean, the only thing I didn't like a little was the broken window locks, i.e. they didn't close, and I have the 1st floor, contacting the reception didn't help. But overall it's good.

We liked everything. The food is varied, we were given a huge room in the 1st building. The cleaning is good. The sea is 10 minutes away. We didn't take the bus. The water park is at 10, the food on the beach is good. You don't have to go back to the hotel. The beach is clean and big. Animation on the beach at 6. At the hotel in the evening at 10. At the moment we are having a rest with a child at the hotel, last year we were here too. And I really liked everything that year, and this year it's even better. The already excellent food has become even more diverse (several types of meat dishes, fish, seafood, which are not spared, a lot of vegetables both in their pure form and salads, dairy products). A mini gym was built on the beach, with wooden projectiles, quite heavy and varied. There is a children's animation, the girls Anya and Nastya are always funny and sociable, and the guy Oka. The Blend 4* hotel may look new, but it's old. We went on 03.11.24. The weather is gorgeous: 28 degrees during the day and 19 at night. When we checked in, we were told that there was a renovation, but as it turned out, there was a restoration two years ago, that is, in 2022. My husband and I had a room on the ground floor, the windows opposite the pool (the surcharge was 1500rubles at the reception at registration). The bed and towels are not new, everything is washed, but clean. Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water. The reception said that the upper floors drain the water and we don't get it. It's nonsense.. I took the hangers with me, we didn't have enough of them, 4 pieces that were hanging in the closet. Every morning the cleaner came to clean, tried to keep track of us when we left the room, begged for tips. Upon arrival in the room, in the late afternoon, we noticed that he left us a lot of water bottles and made figures out of towels as a sign of gratitude. There is a small refrigerator in the room. On the day of arrival, there was cola, sprite, fanta, two small juices. In order to replenish the refrigerator, the cleaner requires five dollars for a jar of one. My husband agreed on three dollars, as we tipped him one dollar every day. The food was very tasty, three times a day, there was a lot of varied food. In the evening, after dinner, the chef came up to almost every table and asked how the food was. All the staff are very polite. We went for seven days and six nights. There is not enough time, you need to take more days off, Because only at the end of the vacation, for 4-5 days, you realize that you do not want to leave. Be careful with the guides who offer excursions (at the hotel, on the beach), we fell for one trick. You will eventually meet everyone on a yacht (on a boat trip). We met a couple from Germany, they spent $22 for a tour for two, we spent $ 35 for two. It's all from one guide, everyone inflates the price as much as they can. I'll say this, be more brazen with them and learn English) I realized three things for myself: I will have at least 10 days on my next vacation, I need to learn English and take only dollars, because they do not accept other money.

They took us to one store, where all three are expensive, and back to the hotel. My daughter heard such a phrase from the seller out of the corner of her ear, these beggars are some kind, they can't take anything from them. We do not recommend signing up there. One of the advantages is the responsive staff. The most vivid impression of the boat tours. We swam in the open sea with masks, it's unforgettable. Many beautiful fish were seen through the glass in the bathyscaphe. We were on Utopia Island, on Elgun. Very cool. We also visited the temple of Nefertiti and the city of the dead. I don't understand where such reviews come from (apparently people have nothing to compare with), the disappointment is complete! We arrived at night with the children, I want to wash, but there is no hot water, they said wait 10 minutes, waited 30 minutes, but the warm water did not appear, but the tub was filled with clog :(. The rooms are very tired and in need of repair. There is no Internet, only at the reception and then ate ate : (

We stayed at this hotel from February 18 to February 29 with my husband and grandson of 8 years old, we really liked everything, and the staff is very pleasant and the food is good. We mostly walked to the sea more, the area was very beautiful, there were a lot of palm trees, and we took the bus back. The beach and the sea are super, and you can watch the fish and swim like that. When the weather did not allow swimming at the sea, we swam in a warm pool - this was my grandson's favorite place. There are a lot of impressions, we will come back!!!

Overall, the hotel is not bad, everything is good enough.
So the rooms : the room stock is old, bed linen and towels want the best, somehow the whole sheet was laid in a hard spool, it is not possible to sleep on it. The lack of overhead light is not very satisfactory, since it gets dark quickly outside, and only Aladdin lamps are in the rooms. The biggest disappointment in the rooms is the lack of a normal hair dryer, and I'm not talking about a professional, but an ordinary hotel hair dryer. There was also a vacuum cleaner "Nimbus 2000", which not only dried terribly in the first 5 minutes smelled like a camel.
Food : It wasn't very diverse, but it was tasty enough, there were a lot of desserts. Fruits based on the season.
Animation in the evening for an hour or no more, there is no disco, although the animation venue allows for discos.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the territory is of course a disaster, you can at least put a paid one..

The beach. It is spacious, the sea is clean, the sun beds and umbrellas are comfortable. Due to the fact that most of the hotel complex is in disrepair, there is no crowd on the beach.
Food. Good four-course meal, no complaints.
There are no animations or discos. This is a plus for me.
I didn't like it:
The hotel is outdated both mentally and physically. Absolutely everything needs to be updated. From towels to furniture. Everything is old and battered.
There is only soap in the bathroom))
Wi-Fi. He's gone. Not just bad, but it really doesn't exist.
Drinking water. They give out 0.5 per person per day during cleaning. The rest of the water has to be extracted in the dining room and stored for the day.
Mosquitoes! They became an unpleasant surprise, if I had known, I would have taken the spray.
We can say that there is no territory, there is not much place to walk. To gain 10,000 steps, I just drove to the sea and back twice a day on a regular road.
In general, a normal hotel for your money.

Heated pool between the buildings of the hotel, we only swam there once, it's boring. The staff is normal, cleaning every day, leaving tips or chocolates every other day. The first day the water in the shower was not very hot, then it became normal. Soap and shampoo are poured into dispensers. As experienced tourists, we took with us a rope with clothespins, a fumigator, a mosquito spray (by the way, mosquitoes appeared only in the last 2 days), a tee, I advise you to think about this in advance. The location of the hotel is excellent, opposite Drinkies across the street, you can walk to Senzo Mall, where you can buy everything at fixed prices, there is also a pharmacy with fixed prices, McDonald's, KFC. We took a taxi to Sahl Hasheesh for a walk, called Uber, the drivers even manage to bargain in the app! Feel free to bargain. We were satisfied with our stay!

And so, we spent all our days on the beach and in the water park, we went to the main restaurant for lunch only on the day of arrival, because we had enough food for lunch at the beach bar and it was lazy to return to the main one. We always travel with our own glasses, and in the bar they pour whatever you ask into them without any problems. We didn't get into the Italian alakart, we forgot to register. We went to Sofra, but we were there last year, too, for a change, but nothing special. Next to the hotel (from the barrier to the left) there is a Star Fish restaurant, that's where it's worth going, very tasty for a lot of money, spectacular presentation. I don't understand where such reviews come from (apparently people have nothing to compare with), the disappointment is complete! We've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen this before. The hotel, I must say right away the territory is small with 2 pools, the rest of the land is not their territory, the beach is far away (there are not enough sunbeds), but buses carry, 15 minutes on foot. The rooms are very tired, the air conditioner almost does not cool down, the faia does not work at all. They feed normally - the second plus. The hotel is very boring, animation is about nothing, adults have absolutely nothing to do there, for children the water park is the first plus of the hotel, but it works 2 hours in the afternoon and 2 hours after 15.00, children do not have enough, adults too! The anex tour company and the guides (especially Imad) just say that you don't buy an excursion from me, I'm not friends with you, there will be problems - don't call, the attitude is terrible! There is no Internet anywhere, only at the reception and then barely, alcohol until 00.00, then everything is paid. Hanging out with the kids like in Turkey won't work, there's just no place.
It's not the first time, it's better to pay extra and take something better. We decided not to go to Hurghada anymore.
