I go to Bloom Eatery from time to time, and the place is always happy. Very cozy atmosphere, stylish interior and friendly staff. The kitchen is on the level: the dishes are delicious, the portions are large, I especially liked the Pavlova dessert. The service is always attentive and friendly, which is nice.
Prices, of course, are above average, and paid water may confuse someone, but overall impressions remain positive. A great place for meetings and a relaxing evening. I recommend it!

Good interior and fast, clear service. Very tasty salmon steak and excellent cocktails. Caesar for a C grade. A friend after tartare and potatoes spent the night eating coal washed down with mizim. The atmosphere in general was not comfortable, we did not want to stay there.

I didn't like the place from the word at all. We came with a friend to eat and chat. We randomly chose a table near the smoking room. At first we were upset (we don't smoke), then we realized that it would be even worse in the hall, because the music there is so loud that the conversation would not work.
We took a green salad (everything in it was very fresh, but even this fact did not justify the price tag, I did not find anything original or at least a little unusual there) and a burger (it remained a little unfinished even if there was severe hunger at the entrance to the institution).

About the advantages:
1) The waiter (Alexander) is an expert in his field, understands wine, helped to navigate the dishes, gave wonderful recommendations, always served quickly and accurately.
2) The kitchen is wonderful. Everything is delicious, aesthetically pleasing, harmonious, and fast.
Minuses:
1) the water in the institution is paid and not cheap, moreover, we found out about this at the end when paying;
2) when they offer to top up the wine, the portion comes out less than when it is poured into a clean glass. We made a remark, the situation was not corrected.
3) disco-type music in the daytime, loud enough;
4) The staff speaks English at A2 level, enough to take an order, not enough to advise on dishes and drinks.
5) The table we wanted was without a "reserved" sign, but we were told that we could take it for 2 hours. After 2.5 hours, we were politely kicked out of the bar. It seems to be objective, but in an institution with a check above the average it is unpleasant.
Bottom line: expectations were higher, if you want to have dinner in a good place in a pleasant atmosphere, I advise you to choose another place.

I stopped going to this restaurant after rudeness on the part of the administration. I think that in decent establishments, the staff should be courteous, and not point out to the guest. In a commanding tone, I was put in my place when I asked to replace the sauce in the dish. If you like to be looked down upon, you are welcome here. The rest of the place is good, but I don't want to be disrespected.

Disadvantages: expensive. The prices on the menu did not match the prices on the website. They offered water, which suddenly turned out to be paid (and not weak).

I realized this right away and asked to clarify if everything was fine with the dish. But what has been said is that everything is fine and there are no complaints with this dish. They offered to take it with me, since I refuse to eat it)))
As a result, the dish was taken almost untouched, and the bill was billed in full.
The restaurant that we went to regularly, and were always satisfied with the service, unfortunately upset us today. I hope the restaurant's policy regarding such situations will change.
Leaving 300-400 rubles for dinner for two, you expect a different approach.

I had a business meeting today. Bloom was chosen to host it. My guest had an allergy and he asked from the menu to cook vegetables not on the grill, but, in an exceptional case, steamed.
The waiter replied that: "we don't do that" and refused to accept the order, the Administrator was invited (a blonde girl), she began a story that the waiters and the kitchen team work in tandem and they have their own agreements that they cook only the menu and also refused to cook the position from the menu "vegetables grilled," but, at our request, steamed.
The hall was practically empty, there was obviously no loading in the kitchen.
Why do you enter a menu from a nutritionist and use the topic of healthy eating in every possible way, spend your marketing budget and effort on it, if you cannot respond to such a simple request and go to a meeting with your regular guest?
We made this request to your colleagues at Brioche and they immediately and cordially agreed to cook their position from the menu of grilled vegetables, as an exception for steaming.

First, the hall was all empty, I attach a photo, the girl at the entrance says that you can not sit in a more free place, since I am 178 cm man 210 cm, we banally rest our feet against each other on a small single table, but there is no "everything is booked" quote, for 60 minutes in the "reserved seats" no one he did not come, although we warned in advance that we would not sit, but eat. Secondly, we did not order 3 items each, we ordered the second and lemonades. According to the lemonades, the waiter was asked twice if it was sour, it was said no, there was no lemonade, raspberries with something and mango pineapple, surprisingly one was sourer than the other. The second blues were brought within 20 minutes, the steak was rib eye made of terrible cheap meat, a lot of fat, terrible heartburn was after, a fat minus, I had a fish cutlet, with some kind of "special salad" of vegetables that the waiter promised. In fact, there was an average good fish cutlet with ordinary cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, by the way, the onion was bitter. We were very hungry and ate everything, as a result, a lot of hyperbolic ideas about the dishes, with a good serving, there are no questions about the service, the young man was attentive and pleasant. We didn't stay for dessert after the second one, the impression is spoiled, I also attach photos of food including the same salad. The cost of this dinner is 298 rubles.

Going to this place from the category of going out to "big people" would be pathetic, but this is no longer the case. It is very beautiful inside with live plants and a beautiful interior. In a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the waiters take a very long time to come to you with a small workload. And the most disappointing thing is the kitchen, expensive and not tasty. Ravioli, pasta with seafood, and much more and simple, something that, let's say, is for a very big fan. But personally, I just love delicious food. And I have not included any of the simple dishes in the list of "delight" for a long time. Therefore, I decided not to go there anymore. It's such a pity.

03/19/2024 we had breakfast with 2 friends in this place. It so happened that we ordered the same dish "Benedict" - that's such a coincidence, but with different flavors: caviar, fish and bacon.
12 hours after breakfast, all three of them had a fever, specifically mine to 40.7 degrees, vomiting and diarrhea opened up - another cool coincidence.
A day later, I was hospitalized, tests were taken and it turned out that I was infected with a dangerous bacterium - Salmonella and, as a result, acute bacterial gastroenteritis of moderate severity, Salmonellosis. Who does not know, if you do not catch yourself in time, you can play in the box. Friends were less lucky, they were ill at home with the same symptoms, surrounded by 2-year-old children.
But this is not the most important thing, the owner of the establishment impressed me the most: instead of at least an apology, the first thing I heard was a claim!, because I shared this entertaining story on my instagram and secondly, he said that he was not going to wait for me here all day, so I have to report when I'm going to report to the institution.
I would like to say that the executive director of the institution is a very diligent woman, she apologized very much, told about "the importance of faith in Bloom, the reputation that develops over the years, about the human," but that's bad luck, it's banal to find out how 2 other guests are there, who also got hurt here by humanity, strength, faith and reputation, apparently not It was enough.
For some reason, the hospital decided precisely in my case not to spoil the statistics and not to react with lightning speed, as it should in such situations, and epidemiology conducted an inspection only after almost 2 weeks, after my personal appeal, and naturally, it is unlikely that something will already be found there, but there is a state control on them.
I give a big human greeting to Alexander and express my sincere hopes that my rils about this institution will fly, and if not, then the targetologist will help his target audience and he will eventually understand that with his 2 phrases he showed everyone who he is in life.

It's a wonderful place. The hostess immediately opens the door for you at the entrance, it's nice. The atmosphere is pleasant.You can feel their care from the waiters and how they try to create a pleasant time for you. The food is delicious and when fully planted, they cook quickly enough (when I visited them, there was a full landing). Everything was great, but still there is one not giving. These are tables .At the entrance there are two tables near the mirror and they have wooden chairs. While in the main hall, everyone has soft seats. Since there was a full landing, I got a table with a wooden chair. And I didn't feel comfortable detecting it. It turns out that you are sitting in the hallway on a wooden chair, eating and looking at other guests who are comfortably relaxing on upholstered chairs in more comfortable conditions. It feels like I got on a plane and sat in economy class even though I paid for business class.
