I liked the hotel as a whole:good varied food, lots of entertainment for children, slides by the pool for children and adults, it is convenient that the pool with different depths for adults and children. The furniture and plumbing in the room are a bit old, but everything worked. There is a good grocery store near the hotel. At the reception, you can change the currency into local lira. Of the disadvantages, the following can be noted: poor lighting in the room (for those who like to read it will not be comfortable), very high audibility in the room. The beach is sandy, there are many sun beds and they are free. On the beach, entering the sea is not comfortable - there are a lot of waves at the bottom. In general, the hotel can be recommended.

We had a rest from July 13 to 24. A hotel for families with children is just the thing!
Good, clean everywhere, the territory is always cleaned, the rooms are also cleaned normally.
The choice of food is good, a lot of greens, vegetables, all kinds of baked, stews, etc. The meat is delicious - chicken, turkey, beef. Side dishes - pasta, oregano, chickpeas, bulgur, rice. There are a lot of sweets, and cakes, and baklava happened. There were eggs for breakfast, there was always porridge. Lots of cheeses. We always ate with pleasure! The only drawback is that there is no seafood and the fish is not tasty.
The water park is good for children. The slides are not super fast. There are 2 pools, one through the passage, it is quieter there and it is deeper.
Places should be occupied by the main pool in the morning.
Animation was not used much, but there is a lot of it. The Turkish evening is interesting. Even when all sorts of show programs arrive. For children, cartoons in the evening, during the day there are all sorts of entertainments. It was a children's evening yet, the children are delighted.
It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is beautifully decorated - this has never been seen anywhere near. There is delicious food on the beach in the bar during the day (burgers, tortillas, potatoes, vegetables), you can have lunch there.
Entering the water with slabs and sometimes large stones. We went a couple of times to Cleopatra Beach to Damlatash cave - we liked going into the water there more.
They settle either in the additional buildings behind the transition, or in the main one. Mostly the repairs are better, more beautiful. The hotel has a green area around and it's quieter there, but the rooms are tired.
In general, we were satisfied with everything!

The hotel has the main building and additional buildings through the underpass, so I understand it's quieter there because the main activities take place near the main building. The food is the same every day, but there is a choice. I heard from one guest that there is nothing to eat for breakfast... Eggs in three types (boiled, scrambled eggs, omelet), pancakes with five types of jam + chocolate, muesli, several types of cheese, sausages, potatoes, sausage, vegetables, pastries.. I probably have a bad imagination, but I don't know what else I need for breakfast). For alcohol, the all-inclusive concept does not include imported alcohol and cocktails - it's for money, including on the beach. The hotel has its own beach, stylishly decorated, clean, beach bar. From 10 to 16 o'clock, a buffet, French fries, burgers, wonderful tortillas with potatoes or cheese are baked right there by a wonderful woman), cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits. The same thing is near the pool, there's also ice cream, take as much as you want, well, like ice cream - fruit ice, but it's still nice. The sun beds on the beach are new and comfortable, the beach boy helps with umbrellas, keeps order and cleanliness. A big plus is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in the rooms and on the beach. The location is excellent, near exchangers, shops, Migros across the street, a beautiful promenade. Every evening there is animation, first children are entertained, then adults until 23.00. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially if you are with children)

A great family hotel, the staff is friendly. We had a family vacation in July 2023. There are 3 swimming pools + a water park on the territory, there is animation for children and adults. I liked everything about the food. There was fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, baked goods, beer, and a snack bar. In general, we were fed a lot. And most importantly, everything is with a soul. We had a large family room, clean, with two rooms and a balcony facing the courtyard. In the evening, after 22h, silence, the children slept peacefully. We will definitely come again. 10min walk from the sea, the beach is well maintained and clean. There were tourists from different countries. There were no problems and conflicts, at the evening animation everyone rested together and participated in competitions. Special thanks to the DJ and the presenters. What made me very happy was the children's birthday greetings. It was our first and unforgettable vacation.

A good, strong Turkish foursome. City hotel, 10 minutes walk to the sea. He is imprisoned on vacation with children. Water park (5 slides), swimming pool, animation during the day. I liked the hotel, it was good for my money. It's not far from the beach. There is a water park for children on site. The rooms are simple but spacious. We can only spend the night in the room, so the condition is not very important. Shampoos are available, clean bed linen, towels are all included. The food is all delicious and varied, especially struck by the abundance of cakes and desserts. Alcohol is unlimited, even on the beach there is a bar with free drinks and snacks. The animators at the hotel are great, they always keep people busy. I really liked the evening performances, there was even a fire show.

A good hotel for families with children. For my friend and I, of course, there was a lot of noise and a lot of children. The pool is small. There are water slides for children, and trampolines were put up in the evenings. The restaurant's menu is mostly monotonous. The rooms in the main building are standard. The room is cleaned every day. Towels can also be changed every day upon request. I liked the location of the hotel. There is a supermarket within walking distance, where they give change in lira at a very favorable rate from dollars, so we didn't even have to look for an exchanger. The beach is almost 300m from the hotel. In the evening, you can walk in any direction and find good restaurants with live music. The city center is 10 minutes away by taxi. Overall, I liked the hotel.

We just returned with a child from this hotel.
There are pros and cons, and unfortunately there are more of them.
We arrived at the hotel at 21.00, the reception staff is African-American, does not speak Russian, they did not really give any information.Usually, upon check-in, they always give you a brochure with the opening hours of the restaurants in the hotel.The restaurant was closed (the restaurant's working hours were very strange from 18.30-20.30), we were hungry, we were not given any lunch boxes.At 23.00 we found soup (late dinner) in the restaurant and ate, we were not given any information about it, thanks to the bloggers, we learned about it from the Internet.

On Mondays, the market comes right under the hotel windows, on Thursdays the market is a little further, it takes about 15 minutes to walk.
I would return to this hotel if it was at a good discount.

Objectively a good city hotel. There are many cafes and shops nearby, it's nice to take a walk.
The room was two-room on the third floor of the main building, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was spacious. A good shower, they brought an overlay on the toilet for the child. They say the other buildings are noticeably worse, but I haven't seen it myself.
There are two pools, both small. The disadvantage is quite cold water and a lot of people. Water slides are super, but you won't ride for a long time, it's cold. Although really cool.
It takes about five minutes to walk to the sea through the city and an underground passage.
Entering the sea - almost immediately deep, a lot of stones. The beach is big, there are few people, there are enough sunbeds, relatively clean. There is a moderate wave on the sea, the water is clear, fish are splashing. The beach bar provides free ice cream, Turkish coffee, gozleme, drinks, but without alcohol.
The animation is quite weak, especially for children.
In the hotel, most of the Poles, there are Germans, Danes. Not a single sideways glance at the Russians was noticed. Both the guests and the staff are very friendly and in touch. Russian is not very good, English is good.
The food is delicious, the assortment is changing. There is no fish, only meat and chicken. From fruits watermelon, melon, apples, grapes, plums. During the day, a nice lady cooks very tasty gozleme.
It is convenient to get to the center by bus, the stop is near the beach. The price is 17 lire.
In general, I can safely recommend the hotel

The hotel turned out to be wonderful for our family!
Firstly, they put on bracelets and allow us to use the restaurant/ territory, regardless of the time of arrival, we arrived at 10 a.m., we were immediately sent for breakfast, changed our clothes and went to the water park, settled in at 12:30.
A very good water park, my daughter was delighted, the location of the hotel is very convenient, near the market on Mondays, 10 minutes to the sea, shops, pharmacies, everything is nearby..
On food: we had enough of everything, there are not very many dishes, but everything is very tasty, the staff tries very hard.
Almost all families have children, so if someone is traveling alone, or a couple without a child, it may seem that it is very noisy.. the kids have a lot of fun there :))
The price/quality ratio, in our opinion, is excellent!!! We will be happy to return to this hotel again!

I do not share the enthusiastic reviews at all, there are important nuances:
1. Of the numerous buildings, ONLY ONE is NEW, it is he who is shown in the photo of all tour operators.
The hotel positions itself as a family-run hotel. We were settled with two small children, one of whom uses a wheelchair, in an old building located outside the hotel, where there is a high porch with steps, no ramp and ONE of the smallest elevators in the world. In the morning, two adults, two children, a stroller, two inflatable circles, a beach bag, a bag of toys - we fit into this elevator like herrings, and after that we had to carry all this on our hands up the stairs. The condition of the room is very tired: the repair is old, the tiles are cracked in places, the plumbing is chipped, the furniture is worn, the mattress is sagged as if half the world had slept on it. Everything causes disgust and despondency. In fact, this is an old two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, which does not have a mixer and a stove, in a detached house. Manager Tatiana is the most boorish and unpleasant person, she is engaged in relocation, she said that she would be able to move us to a new building only after 4 days. She accused us that it was our own fault that we booked through an aggregator, and not on their official website, where it is indicated that the "standard" category includes old rooms, and if "we will swing our rights, then we will not be moved at all."
2. Poor hygiene in the restaurant.
THERE ARE A LOT OF FLIES EVERYWHERE! Flies on the table, on the food distribution, on the appliances, on the fruits. Garbage with leftovers of food is shaken off with the same cloth directly on the floor, then the table is wiped with it, the cups come across unwashed with dirty walls inside. The floor under tables and chairs is not washed from the word at all. I was disgusted! One has only to guess what kind of unsanitary conditions are happening inside the kitchen, if such dirt is in full view of the guests. The waiters walk around in dirty shirts, some girls in provocative miniskirts.
3. The pool is tiny for such a huge number of parents with children. Children cough, pee, dive, immediately snot into the same pool, interfere with each other, it's scary to imagine how much infection there is in it. If there is some kind of activity (trampolines for children, an inflatable water slide), then the queue lasts for 40 minutes, while children cannot wait so long quietly, they begin to act up. After waiting on the trampoline, as a result, a real meat grinder from a large number of children.
4. There is always an unpleasant smell of sewage or sweat in the children's club. In September 2024, an absolutely unfriendly animator girl with an eternally frozen "stone" expression worked there, she does not communicate with children, only controls the order in the room.
In general, if you are a very budget tourist and have previously vacationed in Turkey in a three-star hotel, perhaps you will come in. We spent a large sum on four people for 11 nights, for which we received disappointment, rudeness and overcoming difficulties, after which the desire to ever rest in Turkey disappeared.

I really enjoyed the rest, everything went just fine! The hotel is wonderful, the territory is small, but there is an opportunity to walk around the neighborhood, because the hotel is urban. Friendly and helpful staff, varied food and drinks (it is simply impossible to leave hungry).
A comfortable beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The sea is excellent with a convenient approach and a wonderful view of the mountains. Also on the territory there are 2 large swimming pools and one small one for very little ones, an aqua park with slides, which is suitable not only for children, but also for parents who will take a ride with great pleasure.
The animators are smiling, musical, cheerful and do not let the children get bored for a minute, starting with morning exercises, and then darts, mini golf and bowling, swimming in the pool, a mini club with cooking classes and drawing, and everything ends with a children's disco. Every evening, invited artists come and demonstrate a gorgeous show that fascinates not only children, but also adults!!! It is very convenient that there is a Russian animator girl, Sonya, who is very pleasant and responsive. The entertainment program for adults is also diverse and interesting, the presenter is simply gorgeous (separately, I would like to note that during all the entertainment he speaks several languages at once). There was no language barrier in communication as such for native speakers of the Russian language.

I was at this hotel in 2022, it got much worse
The food is monotonous (stewed chicken with vegetables, pide, potatoes, pasta, and sometimes dry fish)
There were oranges 1 time in 9 days, it's very strange when oranges grow all around (the child just loves them so I wouldn't pay attention)

There is no air conditioning anywhere except in the room
I paid extra specifically when buying a tour to be accommodated in the main building, since it is not convenient to move with a child in a stroller, they all settled through the transition, allegedly there are no free ones, although I put a lot of emphasis on this when booking, and only when the hotel confirmed I paid for the tour
The dining room is very dirty, they don't have time to clean up, although in 2022 the waiters were very nimble, now all the new and lazy ones had to shake the dirt off the table themselves
The animators are great, children of all ages will not be bored, but I would not recommend going to this hotel anymore. Of the advantages, only children's entertainment and a nice clean beach
Also, when they met me, suitcases were taken to my room since I was carrying a child, and they were evicted back, I asked to carry the suitcases to the reception, they answered (know rush) I turned around and left and I myself in one hand carried a stroller in the other suitcases and a backpack on my back barely dragged, and at the reception they stood and watched me work my ass off, just shameless the main thing is to meet the staff, and they will leave themselves as they want

The hotel has 5 or 6 buildings and only one, the main one, corresponds to the photos that are posted on all websites, including the hotel's website. If you are not accommodated in the main building, then you need to understand that you will have to walk up stairs without ramps to the main building, to the pool and to the dining room. The hygiene on site is terrible. Especially in the restaurant, in the pool area, in the children's room there is a smell of sweaty shoes.
But! The most important disappointment is the manager Tatiana, who deals with placement issues, everything is solved only through her, behaves as rudely as possible, is rude, rude. There was a feeling that the good reviews were specially hyped. In general, the hotel draws a maximum of three stars, do not be fooled.
It is much more convenient to live in the main building. The beach is 10-15 minutes away. Everything is well equipped on the beach.

The scariest hotel I've ever been to. The hotel has two types of rooms - one in the main building, they are good, and the second one across the street is an old murdered foundation, the windows overlook the road, where buses can be heard all night, and the illumination from the balcony shines in the face. It is almost impossible to change the number. The attitude of the staff is just beastly. And in any self-respecting hotel, service should come first. It's not even close to that in this dress. So far, thinking about this hotel is a nightmare.

Only for holidays with children!!!!! We chose this hotel only because of the children's water slides, children's playground and animation - and we were not mistaken! This is a delight - from the words of the child)) For an urban-type hotel, the territory has everything you need to relax. For all the years of visiting Turkey, only in this hotel every day for an evening program with interest, because it is really modern and impressionable!! Separately, I will single out the main animator (a little fat one, I don't remember the name))), but he is a talent, a charismatic creative presenter! His management of a children's disco is children, and adults)) squeal with joy - Fanta, Cola, Pepsi - tadada)) these emotions will remain in the memory for a lifetime! I would never have thought that in the cramped 4th Alanya you can get so charged with emotions! As for the hotel itself - well, 4! And if you take a room - only in a new building - it's important!!! We had it on the 6th floor in a new building, 616 - well, it's tolerable, of course everything is not new, the laminate is swollen at the seams, but these are trifles. Partially sea view. In the old building, everything is sad and the animation may not pull out the spoiled impressions of staying in the room. According to those who lived in an economy room, a family with two children - I want to be out of the room all the time ((. You will not be hungry for food, you are not a child. And there are no Desserts and coffee)), but always excellent freshly brewed tea. Cafe on the beach - lounge area, pleasant music, beautiful view and free ice cream from 14-17😉. The child is delighted with the rest, the parents are rested. I recommend it to those who are not picky about the service and have a rest with children.

Just got back yesterday. We rested from 12.10.23 to 19.10.23. The middle of autumn does not bother Turkey and it meets the hot sun!

Food! Simple, but delicious, you will not stay hungry at any time of the day or night! Past the main food there are snacks, as well as evening soup at 23.00. The greens are just a buzz! Grill: chicken, cutlets, fish, normul! Meat: chicken, turkey, beef. Stewed-steamed-boiled, fried, etc. Soups: mashed potatoes.
Drinks without restrictions. Soda, coffee, alcohol.
Animation! Evening performances! Also a credit! Full-fledged shows every night! Very cool! Also: games, quizzes, children's programs, birthday greetings, adult games, disco! Children! It's cool for kids here! These are: water slides, a children's club, children's pools, a large playground, etc. Children's club: thank you to the girls.

The first time was in the summer of 2022..Apparently, 2 years later, the crisis also affected this hotel.. There used to be great, varied food, in May 2024.There's nothing to eat at dinner.. The owner of the hotel definitely has a goal to bring pleasure to his guests. They cook very tasty, surprisingly, even cheeses, sausages and desserts are delicious! The meat is cooked at home, without smelly spices (as in many hotels), the coffee also pleased me. Pancakes in the morning are just a delight, there are different jams, chocolate paste for them.
The beach is a separate story! Incredibly beautiful, you can take cool pictures.
We had a rest with children, there's probably nothing to do without children. There is everything for children: a mini club, a water park, a playground.
We lived in the annex. The building has a wonderful deep pool, few people, there are always sun loungers. Lemons, oranges, passion fruit, bananas, avocados, beauty grow very green!
I would love to come back.

Nice city hotel. Well-maintained territory. The food is delicious. Minus that there is no Turkish coffee on the sand. The sea is not far away. There are always free places on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised that we were settled in a two-room room with a friend. True, it was possible to walk through the underpass, But this did not spoil the rest at all. A very decent hotel.
I'll start with the location - the hotel is urban, but it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea, very close to the hotel is a migros store (like our pyaterochka), exchangers, all sorts of restaurants, pharmacies and markets, in short, there is everything you may need nearby.
The hotel itself is a good main building and is very well located on the territory (ask to move into it), I have not been to others, but they are not so well located, and according to reviews so-so.
In terms of nutrition, I was satisfied with everything, all kinds of vegetables and fresh and stewed / fried, chicken / fish are normal, meat is more modest, fruits are modest, desserts are all sorts. Queues for food at the beginning of lunch / dinner is true (many are bursting to eat as soon as the restaurant opens), but if you come half an hour later, everything is already free.
Animation and service are excellent, special respect to Ismail.
In short, I liked everything, I was pleasantly surprised. It's here on 05/08/2023!

But there are two disadvantages: the beach is very far away, it is stated 350 m from the hotel, in fact 1 km, with children, it is very difficult to walk in the heat, especially to cross the road at the crossing, it takes even longer to walk through the underpass, but even worse, the beach is terribly dirty (video attached). And the hotel itself is terribly far from Antalya airport, we drove 4.50 hours, despite the fact that we flew from Kaliningrad 2.50 hours. We were late for dinner, we had to wait for the night soup at 23.00 and thanks for that 😅🙂

I liked the hotel very much, excellent food, animation, warm atmosphere, everything is very beautiful, a lot of money has been invested in convenience for vacationers. I lived in a cottage, the room is spacious, I liked it. Nearby there are fruit trees, exotic. I really liked the presence of a beach area almost next to the room, 2 swimming pools, drinks, quiet, calm, no need to run to the main building. New modern sun beds, very comfortable. Fresh repairs everywhere. When you walk along the corridor decorated with sand-colored marble, with a clear sky, you feel like the heroine of the film Magnificent Century, a lot of oriental flavor, beautiful lamps, lanterns. On Mondays, the market is right next to the hotel, I bought an Italy summer dress, breeches, leather sandals and a scarf made of natural silk very beautiful, also a very elegant path on the table and 3 kg of strawberries. There is a Subway nearby, where people pick up vegetables with them. I took cucumbers, tomatoes, and broccoli there. Tomatoes and cucumbers turned out to be very sweet, wow. I would also like to add that according to the rules of the hotel, food cannot be taken out of the hotel to feed the dogs. If you want to treat an animal, you need to go to Migros nearby and buy there. Whisky for cats is better to bring with you, it is more expensive in Turkey, I do it. Cats and dogs are also taken care of by local residents. In general, I really liked the rest, I would also like to come to this hotel.

Nice hotel, 3 swimming pools- water park (7 slides, 3 children, 4 adults), quiet (few people + table tennis and billiards), a regular pool.
Everything is fine, the rooms are huge, every day some kind of entertainment.
The only disadvantage is that you can't take towels out of the room, for a fee of $ 1 1 towel per day

The hotel is just wonderful, perfect for 4 stars! 350 m from the sea, the rooms are decent, the food for 4 is super. The staff, a separate topic, on rare occasions I met such well-mannered and responsive people, unexpectedly pleasant. Alanya is simply conquered, clean, beautiful, cozy! Drinks for every taste, three types of wine, and spirits. A beach with comfortable sun beds, a beach bar with drinks without a drink (in April it was like this) I also recommend it to guests with children, the slides are very nice!

The hotel has a lot of advantages, but there are also disadvantages:
The first fat disadvantage of a holiday in Turkey is the buffet food. I didn't even think I could eat that much. As a result, in order not to gain weight, I had to swim a lot in the sea and go on excursions and spend money on these beautiful views, and not wallow like a seal by the pool.
Another disadvantage is, of course, the staff. Everyone around says thank you - please. Not a single sour face at the reception or in the bar, and as luck would have it, all the vacationers are funny and cute. And we Russians, actually, are used to smiling a little. Now, out of habit, you walk around in your city and smile at everyone like a fool.
There is no rotavirus. This is generally a problem. There's nothing to even remember. But what about gastric lavage from all sides and cleansing the body? This is a huge minus.
Free sun beds and a half-empty beach.
There is no one to quarrel with because of a place in the sun. There is no one to discuss, after all, that they, with their huge bedspread and another place on which they sit, have occupied half of the beach. There's no one to stumble over, even. Immediately minus.
Cleaning the room every day - what is it called, in general? I scattered my things, went to the beach. I came to the room, where to look for things? The cap was lying in the corner, and we eventually found it on a hook in the wardrobe. It's inconvenient. There are two disadvantages for this at once.
Well, another disadvantage is the rest in general, after which you do not want to return home. How can I get through this stress, that I need to cook, clean, get up early again?
