Great hotel, we had a rest at the end of January for 8 days. The staff is very responsive and ready to help with everything. The food is varied, but it was not easy for the child to choose something, because there were a lot of spicy food, but there were always just pasta, rice, and soup. There are not many fruits, mainly melons, watermelons, sliced assorted fruits. We lived in a standard room, a large room with access to the street. The pools are cool, two are warm, and one (which has slides) is cool. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The territory is clean, there are many flowers and plants. The tide did not bother and did not interfere, the water at the end of January is quite comfortable for swimming. The entrance to the water is good, gentle, for families with children - that's what you need!

The hotel is not fashionable or glamorous, but there is everything for relaxation. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and in the pool, although the hotel is 100% full. However, the restaurant is small and sometimes there are not even enough tables, all drinks and wine are included in the price of the tour. However, construction is underway now and the hotel will be closed from 2025.

We rested from 19.01.24, in the evenings it is cool, we need to take a sports uniform with us. It's cool in the sea, for an amateur. It was comfortable for me, I like to swim in such water.
The hotel justifies all its stars. The staff starting from the reception, the main restaurant, bars and cleaners, beach workers, lifeguards - all well done! Courteous, kind, attentive!!!
The territory is small, well-groomed,clean, lots of greenery. I liked the territory,, boar,, - secluded: there is a separate bass and a bar next to it, clean and tidy.
The food is good, tasty and there is a drink, you can choose according to your taste; only crabs and shrimps, there was no ice cream, but this is 4 *.
The room has everything, replenished water, tea, coffee,shower accessories,toothbrushes, etc

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, spent 14 days.
Quick check-in with all the details, a nice room with a mini bar,daily cleaning, all accessories are available. The cuisine is delicious, the soups are magical, the dinners are varied.
The sea is warm, there are tides, of course, when you don't swim, but you can spend time on the heated pool with a bar inside.
The most important thing is the wonderful pastime that the animators create - Arai, Kristina, Sergey, Momo!!! They pay attention to all guests, communication,various programs, entertainment for children! The kids' club is very nice and spacious. In general, I recommend it, I liked everything!

A decent hotel, the territory is super! If you want - a warm pool, if you want - slides, if you want - a beach. There are questions about food. It is difficult for children to find something to eat, because all the meat is well seasoned, but there is always rice and pasta. Cheese is only in the morning, there is no cottage cheese at all. But there are plenty of cucumbers and tomatoes. Excellent fish, only white, in different versions. The animation will go on. But not all animators are equally cool. Russian-speaking guys came to us. A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. The huge territory of the hotel, as well as its own beach, three swimming pools, one of which has slides. The pool bar. Discos, children's disco. Excellent animators. The location of the hotel is really far from the infrastructure and attractions, but for a secluded holiday it's the best. I had a rest in March 2024, amazing, the sea in the bay is warm, but shallow enough, the pools compensate. The rooms are good. Everything you need to relax is there.

It was a great vacation! The hotel rooms are normal, when checking in they offer a superior room, there was no difference, so they remained in the standard. If you have any questions, they are solved immediately at the reception. The food is delicious, in abundance, there are no queues, we had all-inclusive drinks quite decent. Entertainment - aqua animation, bocce, volleyball, polo, golf in the afternoon, shows and disco in the evening. There are free transfers to the Dubai Mall, you need to make an appointment at the reception. The sea is under construction, there is no sea (although there was a first line), I took a transfer to a hotel of the same network, we liked it, had the opportunity to visit and see the infrastructure of another hotel, we were not disappointed! It's a pity that the hotel is under closure, but probably something grand is being built there! We had a rest at the end of September 2024, 2 adults and a child of 10 years old.

I've only seen such warm water in the bathroom. The water is clean, crabs are running. You can walk in the evening to the hotels on the bulk island. There are no waves at all from the word, because they are fenced off by this bulk island. You can rent a car there and then drive around the area. We took it for 4 days, so we went to Dubai and the coast of Fujairah, that's where the real fairy tale is. The roads are good, almost completely illuminated at night. I also recommend going to the mountains, from where there is a zipline in Ras Al Khaimah, the views are just fire!

Since the hotel is not high, there are only two floors in each building, there are enough places for everyone. We stayed in premium rooms on the ground floor, which have an exit to the terrace, where there is a cozy table and chairs, you can put the child down and continue the evening there yourself. From the unusual - there is no ice cream on site, but a 5-minute walk from the reception building there is a small shop where you can buy ice cream for 5 dirhams. The funny thing is that the local staff considers everyone, including Poles, for example, and other Western Slavs, as Russians, and is surprised when you tell them, they say, and those guys are Croats, for example. But in general, I would say that about 50% of Russian speakers feel like it.
The service is very attentive. There were no problems at all. I don't like to make promises to myself to go back somewhere, but if it works out with this place, I would come again.

We stayed at the hotel from September 23 to October 2.
The beach was closed from 28, and they took a bus for 20 minutes to the beach of the BM hotel.
We bought the hotel precisely because of the first coastline, and as a result we went to the beach for 20 minutes in one direction.
It is more reasonable to consider a hotel on the second coast with a transfer of 5-7 minutes, and not overpay. The hotel did not compensate the guests for this inconvenience, on the contrary, new guests were offered to pay extra for rooms with sea views, not saying that there was actually no sea, and people paid, after checking in, went to the reception to return the money and move to their paid rooms on the tour, but then immediately the staff stopped understanding in all languages of the world.
And they said, contact the tour operator, what does the tour operator have to do with it, if you took an additional payment, it is not clear for a room with a view.
In general, the impression is spoiled, we were at the hotel in December 2023, there was twice as much food and it was varied, the hotel will be demolished in December 2024, so in no case do not consider this option, since now they are not fighting for reputation, they just wait for the time before demolition.
And yet, during the eviction, the bracelets were cut off, and they were not allowed to have lunch, this had not happened before.
