It was a great vacation! The hotel rooms are normal, when checking in they offer a superior room, there was no difference, so they remained in the standard. If you have any questions, they are solved immediately at the reception. The food is delicious, in abundance, there are no queues, we had all-inclusive drinks quite decent. Entertainment - aqua animation, bocce, volleyball, polo, golf in the afternoon, shows and disco in the evening. There are free transfers to the Dubai Mall, you need to make an appointment at the reception. The sea is under construction, there is no sea (although there was a first line), I took a transfer to a hotel of the same network, we liked it, had the opportunity to visit and see the infrastructure of another hotel, we were not disappointed! It's a pity that the hotel is under closure, but probably something grand is being built there! We had a rest at the end of September 2024, 2 adults and a child of 10 years old.

We rested from 3.10.23 to 16.10.23. The hotel is excellent, small, two-storey. We were given a room on the 1st floor, it's very nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings. The food is excellent, everything is delicious and not tired in 2 weeks. The sea is hot) the entrance is flat, sand.the tide is high before lunch, after lunch you can walk to the buoys on foot. The animation team is wonderful. The children liked it very much. As a result, we were satisfied with the rest, we took excursions from the tour operator. If someone has a birthday, the entrance to the coolest water park is free)

I really liked this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and clean, towels, linen were all normal, there were even slippers, toothbrushes, a shaving machine, a small comb, hair balm and body lotion, those who come here do not need to take all this with them.
The beach is also very nice, clean, sandy, there are a lot of sun loungers, there was always enough. After lunch, however, there was a strong ebb of 10 meters, probably the sea was leaving, but we already went to the pool, by the way, it's great with a bar right in the water, generally a great idea.

The hotel is very good, for 4+, if you need to save money, then this is an excellent choice. The rooms are not new, but good, there are different options, we lived in small bungalows by the pool, which was convenient. Another +, alcohol is poured up to 2 nights, in other hotels up to 24 hours. Of the cons: there are no closed bars, everything is on the street, so this hotel is better to choose for autumn or spring, when there is no crazy heat (summer) or evening coolness (winter). There is also no variety in cocktails, strong alcohol with lemonades just interfere, there are no juices, no appetizers, wine, beer. The food is quite decent.

This is an individual moment here. It is difficult to estimate, everyone is looking for something different on vacation. We wanted to stupidly warm our bones. Therefore, it is very normal. Someone wrote that the food is monotonous, well, probably yes. It will get boring in 2+ weeks. But in comparison with Egypt, the food is quite tasty. Maybe it's a fig with him, with the variety.
There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas by the sea, it would be possible to have more. But 2 out of 3 times the place was found.

We had a rest from October 14 to October 25. The hotel is normal and clean. The rooms are spacious, but the audibility in the rooms is excellent. You can hear everything that's going on behind the wall. The food is monotonous. All 12 days are the same. They do not feed on the day of arrival and departure, although they take money for the whole day. The beach did not work until October 22, although they promised to open on October 17, and we were taken 22 kilometers to another hotel. And in that hotel there were not enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Whoever arrived first will have time to take a chaise longue. On October 22, our beach was opened, but it is not possible to swim in the sea. The water is muddy. In short, it is not known what we pay such money for?

The perfect place, I will be happy to come here again! The staff is polite, the beach is long, Wi-Fi catches everywhere, even on the beach, animators constantly entertain, but not intrusively. The food is quite monotonous, but for me, because I basically don't eat much, but even I am a picky person who always found something to eat. They pour generously and until 2 a.m., this is a special topic. Beer - in cans(!), wine - South Africa(!), whiskey - Scotland(!), there are many bars in all parts of the hotel - I have not seen such an all inclusive anywhere! The rooms are large, they are cleaned constantly, and there is a free mini bar upon arrival. The territory is large and green. In general, I highly recommend it!

The food is good, corresponds to a 4 star hotel. The drinks are also great, canned beer, tonic, soda. Strong drinks are also of good quality, at the level of 5 star ai. One of the disadvantages is the smell after watering the lawns. In the part of the hotel, especially where the bungalow rooms stink. I had to pay $180 extra for 5 nights and move to another part of the hotel. The sea, like the entire Persian Gulf, is "boring", no fish or corrals. The hotel beach is no exception. Also, every day the ebb tide eats away the already sloping beach. As a result, you can stand by the buoys in waist-deep water. The water is muddy. It is very hot in May, on days when windless weather is critical. It's hard to breathe. The pool and the water park are saved. Shops are not available on foot. There is a shopping center within a 40-minute walk, but because of the heat, it is difficult to get there even after sunset. There's nothing to breathe. There is also a promenade along the neighboring hotels, well-groomed, beautiful, but even after sunset it is not realistic to walk because of the heat.
Total: do not take bungalows here, they are old and it stinks. And be prepared for the heat, +38 because of the calm here feels like +138. The air quality is lame.

We had a rest at the end of March 24th with my wife, All inclusive. We were very satisfied with our vacation in the UAE. But we will not go to this hotel a second time, we will choose something more youthful :)
Below I described everything that I remembered about the hotel:
Room 678 standard is nice, clean, cleaned every day, bed linen and all towels are changed on request, there is a balcony. Water, tea, coffee are added every day.
Alcohol in bars (Amstel beer in cans, gin, vodka, whiskey, rum, red and white wine) is of questionable quality, but it will go for relaxation. They pour different cocktails. There are hookahs in the evenings 70 dirhams, we did not take (it is clear that it will do not for connoisseurs, but for ordinary people (Khalil mamun on a double apple on foil)). Soft drinks (tonic, soda, lemonades, juices are very tasty, water).
Discos for pennies, for holidays with children will do. You feel like you are in Anapa 2009 and not in the UAE. For the young, the hotel is so-so, since the entire contingent of vacationers consists of couples with children and pennies. The contingent was mostly Russian, there were foreigners from different countries.
There is animation for both children and adults. Yoga, stretching, aqua fitness, volleyball and much more. There are different programs in the evening.
There is a free bus from the hotel to Manar Mall in RAK twice a week. A 30-minute walk from the hotel, there is the Al Hamra Moll shopping center, where you can exchange rubles for dirhams or dollars. There is a shop on site where you can buy groceries, cigarettes and basic necessities at affordable prices.
The staff of the hotel work like bees, all great fellows, they will always help and prompt. Basically, everyone speaks English. Be prepared that you will have to ask the staff themselves to solve their everyday problems several times.
The food at the hotel is varied, you will not stay hungry. Indian cuisine prevails. We liked the food.
Dollars are changed right at the hotel with a small commission.
There is a guide at the Mustafa hotel, his excursions are cheaper than in the FanSan company. But I'll leave the guide's number below-I advise you to use it.
Three good water slides for children and adults. The gym is normal, there is not enough bench press.
There are air conditioners in all rooms.
The sea is warm, the tides did not bother us.

If someone is waiting for dishes of the author's cuisine, then you'd better book a room next door - in Rixos. According to the bar, they have not yet learned how to dilute alcohol, they do not know about powdered juices, canned beer of Austrian and Belgian production. WiFi coverage throughout the hotel, the signal is confident - you can both post a story on Instagram, and organize a video conference. The territory of the hotel is small, but at the same time it has its own beach, where there are always free sun loungers. If you have a deluxe room, then the distance to the beach will be no more than 2 minutes. I would not call the sea clean - algae are present, the bottom is muddy. In my opinion, the pool is too small for such a hotel, but since I prefer the sea to the pool, this is not critical. In general, this hotel is a good example of an optimal combination of price and quality.

The rest is also up to you, but depending on how you speak English, the rooms that are cheap (wild boars) of course you can not expect 4* everything is old there and already smells damp, which the standard there is already normal. Previously, we were here in 2017, when the hotel was still 3*, but it was formatted in 4*. Being 3-star, the hotel was much better. Nutrition: 1. Despite the stingy choice of dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner - the products were fresh. One type of meat a day - beef or chicken, somehow lamb slipped through. Steamed fish - if it was baked, it was nothing. Fruits - sliced apples and oranges, watermelon and melon. Good quality Chinese cabbage. Rice, mashed potatoes - you can even say that they are delicious cooked. 2. Coffee in the dining room - burda from the coffee machine. Coffee in bars on the street is instant from a jar. Tea - bagged. 3. Beer in cans, two types (Amstel and some other Portuguese). I have not tried any other alcohol, I have seen vodka "Five Lakes" - I do not know if it is of better quality than our "Five Lakes", because I do not understand this product. The gabmurgers that were made by the pool were removed, which disappointed the children. Of course, no one died of hunger because of this, but if you want something to eat, you can choose from the bar menu for your money (a small pack of peanuts for $ 10). You can go to the stall behind the fence, (lunch from 14 to 17 hours). The prices there are more adequate. Habitation: 1. Objectively good mattresses. The sockets are American. 2. VERY DIRTY IN THE ROOM. I want to note that at first we left tips. The cleanliness of the rooms is monitored by young men, Pakistanis or something like that. Most likely, they do not even understand what the guest expects from cleaning. Upon arrival, I saw terrible, stained with muddy and green, oxidized faucets and a toilet paper holder - it was disgusting to touch. I wiped it as best I could with soap and paper - but I needed chemistry. The next day, I poked the cleaner's nose, asked him to clean it. I come in the evening - something is smeared, but it's still dirty. Half an hour later there is a knock on the door - there is this cleaner, he came for a reward for his work. For wiping the taps. He doesn't even understand that this is not my whim, that this is how it should be! In the shower, the fastening of the partition fell off (rusted and oxidized) and lay there for all 7 days of stay. Once no one came into the room at all - garbage in baskets, dirty towels, unwashed floor, no toilet paper. The time is 7 p.m. I called, a man came, brought paper and took out the trash. After that, he walked by back and forth (I was sitting with friends in another building), shouted - I did everything, madam! I was asking for a dollar :) Once I raked the sand off the floor with a foot towel - the next day everything remained untouched - both the sand and the towel, because the floor was washed around it. Needless to say, no one touched the outdoor table and chairs and they were up to their ears in street dust. They lived in buildings that stand with the letter P and look into the sea. From nine in the morning until sunset, workers in the courtyard dug up old plants and planted new ones. That is, it was impossible to sit in a swimsuit in the shade on the terrace and look at the sea. To begin with - because you are on the ground floor, and the workers - here they are, under your nose, waving a rake, raising dust. Secondly, because they look as if they are seeing a white woman for the first time. They were very annoying. 3. The mini bar was not filled. 4. Stubbornly brought one towel for two. for three people (we came together and lived in several rooms), you need to call and ask - why should I waste time on this??? 5. They beg for money all the time, it's terribly tiring. 3. Cats. The space in front of the dining room is lined with synthetic lawn. Which is endless and, judging by the emetic ambergris, abundantly marked a lot of cats living on the territory of the hotel. In the heat, the smell acquired unimaginable shades. We must pay tribute to the fact that many tables on the street were occupied, the guests were eating and having a nice time. Perhaps these were the people from whom the covid had taken away the sense of smell forever. In the last two days something happened and the smell disappeared. Bottom line: I will never come there again.

We rested here with two teenage children from March 26 to April 2, 2023. We really liked it. The room is cozy, clean. Two TVs, two air conditioners, a refrigerator. Everything worked. The staff is very smiling, polite. The beach is large, two pools. The food is varied, I was a little short of delicious fruits. But it's not scary when there is such beauty around. Entertainment is also available, there are exercises, water aerobics, contests, discos. I was impressed by the Sunday fire show... Especially when it was shown right on the beach. The water in the pools is clean. We were in the UAE for the first time, took two excursions. One to Dubai, the second to two amusement parks. One of them Legoland is a paradise for Lego lovers. The second park is Mouseingate. And they were absolutely delighted.

We took a 7-night tour. We were there for 8 days. I really liked the hotel, nice rooms, delicious food in the restaurant. A very interesting program from the animators, especially the animators Kristina and Sergey were remembered....Every day there are active games around the pool, such as boucha, volleyball, water polo. There is also dancing, gymnastics and water aerobics. Every evening there is a show with unusual programs. I liked the staff too. Friendly bartenders and cool animators.

We stayed at the hotel from September 23 to October 2.
The beach was closed from 28, and they took a bus for 20 minutes to the beach of the BM hotel.
We bought the hotel precisely because of the first coastline, and as a result we went to the beach for 20 minutes in one direction.
It is more reasonable to consider a hotel on the second coast with a transfer of 5-7 minutes, and not overpay. The hotel did not compensate the guests for this inconvenience, on the contrary, new guests were offered to pay extra for rooms with sea views, not saying that there was actually no sea, and people paid, after checking in, went to the reception to return the money and move to their paid rooms on the tour, but then immediately the staff stopped understanding in all languages of the world.
And they said, contact the tour operator, what does the tour operator have to do with it, if you took an additional payment, it is not clear for a room with a view.
In general, the impression is spoiled, we were at the hotel in December 2023, there was twice as much food and it was varied, the hotel will be demolished in December 2024, so in no case do not consider this option, since now they are not fighting for reputation, they just wait for the time before demolition.
And yet, during the eviction, the bracelets were cut off, and they were not allowed to have lunch, this had not happened before.

In December 2023, I visited this hotel for the second time, I add: Snacks (snacks for beer such as nuggets, potatoes, pizza) they never appeared in the all-inclusive program, but they can be ordered for money. The second floor of the beach bar was built. The food this year seemed worse than last year. Russian vodka "5 lakes" and another type of canned beer appeared from the drinks.
The service, as it was at a good level, has remained so. At the reception at the entrance, they offer to mark a standard room for a "more luxurious" one for an additional fee!! Don't get fooled by this, the rooms are all the same, sometimes the premium is worse than the standard. (There was something to compare it with) The only plus is the location closer to the pool, which has a bar, that's it! The animation was sluggish and remained, and it's not about the employees, but about the management! But this hotel is basically for a relaxing holiday, not for hanging out. And so, in general, the hotel is very good for your money.

There are water slides, but when there are a large number of people on them, no one cares about safety measures there. We went 2 times for 3-4 nights to relax with children from Dubai. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, there are a lot of children in one, the second is combined with a bar and there are a lot of adults, the third with aqua slides, not insanely large, but it's normal for everyday skiing, without extreme. The first time the rooms were taken for 5-x 2 combined, next to the slides, the rooms are new, clean. The second time we took the old fund (larger size) and we were given 2 cots for children. We were in the room in the 4th, but we were almost not in the room, because it didn't bother us. There is a huge balcony in the old foundation. Food - we really liked it, maybe the choice is not as huge as in Turkey, but there are a lot of dishes that you can really eat, maybe we haven't been there that long, we're not tired of the menu at all. Alcohol - they poured even more than they asked for. The sea - we were in August, the sea was very warm, like in a bathtub. I didn't even pull the children out of the water, they were catching crabs and collecting starfish there. The sea is a bay, the entrance is flat, there are a lot of algae. They clean it, but they are there anyway. Animation is only for little ones, but maybe we didn't find it. We have been to Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, svervice at the level (all inclusive plan), but there is one big but!!! In all hotels we were sick with rotovirus, and here everything is washed and dysenfected and we passed everything without problems. The first time the children didn't get sick, for me it's a huge, fat plus.

Excellent budget hotel. The price is comparable to the good 5 of Turkey and Egypt, but the nutrition is simply space, there are always several meat dishes to choose from, fish, side dishes for every taste, fruits, vegetables are not limited to cucumbers and tomatoes, there is also cauliflower, broccoli, stewed, fried, fresh. Packaged juices, alcohol is not bad. The service deserves individual compliments, just super. The staff is not strong in Russian, but they will break into a board to satisfy requests. The sea is not deep, but the coastline is very long, there is no goodies on the right and left, walking barefoot along the coastline is a pleasure! But there is almost no grill at all. Alcohol and soft drinks of excellent quality, not Egypt. but it is necessary to introduce liqueurs and syrups for at least an elementary assortment of cocktails. Of the disadvantages, it is essential for children that there is no ice cream. You can only either buy it expensively at the hotel (25 dirhams, that is, about 650 rubles per cup, the price of which is 30-40 rubles in Russia, or walk to a local shop near the hotel (3.5 dirhams) or walk to the Zoom market and buy for 2.5 dirhams. if you want to go to Dubai, get ready for big transfer expenses.
