I hope my review will be useful for patients who require medical treatment in Germany. My husband has Glioblastoma (brain cancer). At the end of September 2023, an operation was performed in St. Petersburg, the tumor was cut out. The operation, according to the doctor (thank him very much), was successful. But unfortunately, it is impossible to completely remove such a tumor, the doctor cleaned everything as much as possible during the operation, but the tumor microparticles still remain. From early November to mid-December 2023, we undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy (1.5 months). We understand the seriousness of the diagnosis and are looking for alternative new ways to treat the disease. We found such a method as DKV (dendritic cell vaccine) on the Internet and decided to get it. We considered several options, but settled on Germany. We studied videos and information about dendritic cell cancer vaccination on the Internet and contacted Booking Health for help in organizing a trip to Germany and a meeting with Dr. Gansauge. We highly recommend this company, everything is professional and fast! Many thanks to the girls of Booking Health consultants, they were constantly in touch with us, we quickly received answers to questions of interest, they helped us - Anastasia Miller - picked up the clinic (we were at the LDG Laboratories Oncology Clinic of Dr. Gansauge with Professor Gansauge) and the method of treatment with dendritic cells (DKV), and also many thanks to Natalie Korner - we were given a quick reception, helped to open a visa, organized a free transfer from Munich airport to the hotel in Berg (and we arrived almost at night) and back to the airport.
Special thanks to our wonderful translator Claudia Nikolovius - Jelinek - very attentive, kind, always tried to help us figure out all the issues (unfortunately, we do not know the language and English is at a minimum level). At the clinic, everything went according to plan: the first day was a consultation with Dr. Gansauge, the second day was blood collection for DKV and a week later my husband had DKV, he also received a dose of vitamins B, C, and D., many thanks to Dr. Gansauge and his staff for immunotherapy, everything went fine, we will wait for a positive result from the vaccine. Once again, thank you very much to Booking Health for organizing a trip to a clinic in Germany, a warm welcome and goodwill.
The prices of medical services are inflated SEVERAL times. The overpayment is NOT refunded. They are trying to pay off (with threats, fines, etc.agreements) from BAD REVIEWS. Think a hundred times before signing the contract and carefully read all the points!!!

But because of the military events, I wanted to find a cool specialist in Germany. As a result, these individuals could not provide an invitation from the hospital on time, although my condition was very critical with stage 4. Save your nerves and money!
A relative was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. There was no time to delay treatment. At the family council, it was decided that by contacting an intermediary, it would most likely be possible to organize high-quality treatment for a loved one faster than contacting the clinic directly. Moreover, Booking managers sing very well in their ears before making an advance payment. As a result, having paid an advance based on their preliminary (from the fool) calculation, we received only an appointment at the Munich clinic for initial admission, transfer from / to the airport, translation services and assistance in calling German pharmacies to find and order the necessary prescription drugs. That's it! At the same time, we spent a lot of nerves: the first time we were sent an invitation at the wrong time (we were reminded several times), and as a result, we applied for visas late and did not have time to get passports with visas by the time of departure. OK, Booking promised to reschedule the appointment and gave the go-ahead to take tickets for a new date. We took the tickets again. Less than 24 hours before departure, Booking informs us that it was not possible to arrange a new appointment at the clinic on the dates that were promised. And they are ready to arrange the next appointment at the chosen clinic only after 3 weeks. And then they offer not to rent air tickets, but simply to reorient to a small private clinic. Although our first condition before cooperating with them was: a large German clinic with a history and the best specialist in this disease. Of course, we did not agree to any private clinic and were forced to return the tickets again, but already losing almost all their cost, since there were less than a day left before departure. We are sure that the offer of a private clinic on the part of the Booking was deliberately made at the last moment before the flight, when we were already sitting on our suitcases, and the story about attempts to agree on a new appointment date at the clinic was a lie on their part. Since it was impossible to delay treatment, a course of chemotherapy was urgently organized in Moscow. And since we have already paid the money to Booking, we still did not lose hope of flying with their help to Germany for treatment. We agreed that we will agree on the date of admission to the clinic in 3 weeks. But we will not take their word for it anymore and buy tickets for the third time until we receive an official invitation from them from the clinic with a new appointment date. And what do you think, these scoundrels send an invitation (again after repeated reminders from our side), but the invitation is PHOTOSHOPPED! We understood this immediately, since the new invitation suspiciously repeated the first invitation word for word and the signature of the secretariat is exactly the same and even the scanning interference in the same places. And upon detailed examination and comparison, it was clear that the new invitation simply changed the date of admission, making up this date from the numbers from the cut-out date of birth of the patient. Here we were stunned, but decided that in any case we needed to get to a German clinic. Therefore, we sent an e-mail to the secretariat of the clinic of this department with a request to confirm the date of admission. Within an hour, we received a confirmation response from them and, without our request, they THEMSELVES sent us a new (really new and reliable) invitation to pass the border guards. That is, Booking was just too lazy to ask for a new invitation from the clinic, but it was easier to photoshop the old one. Well, OK, we received confirmation from the clinic itself, made sure that we would definitely get to them for an appointment, took the airline tickets for the third time and flew. And already in Munich, we saw and communicated only with a translator from Booking, there was no further connection with their office during our stay there. The German doctors were completely satisfied with all the examinations brought from Moscow (we pre-ordered the translation of all papers into German in Moscow). We looked at the PET-CT and CT discs. We looked at the glasses with histology. They confirmed the diagnosis of the Moscow doctors, without prescribing any more of their examinations. We have assigned 6 chemistry courses. We spent 1 course there in the clinic and bought drugs according to their prescription for the remaining 5 courses of chemistry and returned with medicines to Moscow for further treatment.
From Moscow, they began to contact Booking to get our money back, minus the services rendered. And then it began ... they pulled, cheated, each time promising a settlement at the end of the week. Weeks and months passed… As a result of our ordeal and again spent nerves, we provided a very generalized calculation, on the basis of which we agreed to return only 15%!!! Although we did not have any examinations included in the initial program (we did not need them), we did not undergo any additional treatment. The clinic itself sent us an invoice issued to Booking for our treatment of only 20% of the advance payment we made to Booking. That is, Booking intends to appropriate 65% of the advance payment for: organizing an appointment at the clinic, transfer, translator and calling pharmacies on the third attempt!!!

My friends paid a lot of money under the contract "206773 for their daughter's operation. As a result, this company abandoned its client in a foreign country with a child for a girl for 3 weeks without fulfilling the obligations under the contract. As a result, time and money were lost and it was their fault that they could not return home for a long time.
All appeals are ignored.
At the moment, we are preparing an appeal to the German Embassy to deal with these scams.
I decided to share my impressions about the cooperation with Booking Health.
In Russia, my wife was found to have necrosis in her hip joint based on the results of an MRI scan and an examination by an orthopedic doctor. They decided to check in Germany and, if necessary, be treated. We signed a contract with Booking Health and transferred the prepayment to their account. We arrived at the clinic, where the professor came up to us for five minutes and sent us for an MRI scan, which was not in the clinic (the results of the Russian MRI were provided to him). Then the professor said that it was necessary to carry out "infiltration of the hip joint with the introduction of ropivacaine." Apparently, this method was used before the invention of MRI. According to the results of the procedure, for which they asked me for 400 euros, the professor said there was no necrosis, contact a neurologist.
In other words, there was not only no treatment, there was no "development of an individual treatment plan" as written in the contract and in the medical program, on the basis of which the prepayment amount was formed, even the diagnosis was not made. And we continue to waste time and health. My wife's pain is getting worse, it is difficult for her to walk, and now we are looking for another clinic.
At the same time, the South Korean clinic, based on an MRI of the hip joint made in Russia, which I sent to Korea by e-mail, the results of which the German doctor did not even bother to look at, confirmed the diagnosis of the Russian doctor and recommended surgery.
And all attempts to return money from Booking Health for unproven services, despite the fact that the terms of the contract provide for such an option, ended in nothing. Maria Stern stubbornly pretends that the company does not owe me anything. It got to such a point of cynicism that I was offered to use the services already paid for, which are recorded in the price calculation as "medical support for 12 months after treatment" and "assistance in the purchase and export of medicines."
To be honest, I could not imagine that such unscrupulous firms could openly operate in Germany. Do not repeat my mistakes, do not contact Booking Health.

He was treated for intervertebral hernia of the lumbar spine by endoscopic nucleotomy at the Neuwerk clinic in Monchengladbach, Germany, by a leading specialist in this field, Dr. Andreas Bitter. I am grateful to Booking Health for organizing the treatment. From my contacting the company to returning home after treatment, the managers were always in touch. I was provided with an interpreter, who accompanied me all the time and was by my side. The company arranged the visa and the organization of the trip comfortably. The only drawback was the organization of accommodation far from the clinic, which brought some inconvenience and small additional costs. In general, I am satisfied with the Booking Health company.
I contacted Booking Health. They picked up a clinic for me. I was about to pay the bill and on the same day I found out that a friend of my relative was suing this organization. And I decided to check out this organization.
It turned out that they "hung noodles" on me more than once. The BookingHealth manager said that I could not transfer money to the clinic's bank account, and that I needed to transfer it to the BookingHealth account first. I was also told that the clinic does not contact clients directly, only through an intermediary.
I know a little English, so I decided to contact the clinic directly. The clinic replied that the client COULD transfer money to their account directly. The clinic also confirmed that Booking Health is overcharging, and billing the client by adding its commission. (Although the Booking Health manager said that they do not take a commission, as they are paid by the clinic)
The second point. Booking Health picked up a clinic for us and told us that this clinic can cure a child. When I asked the clinic directly, their managers said that the prognosis was bad and there was no chance of recovery.
We spent a long time collecting money for the treatment of a child, as a result, we almost transferred money to a clinic that has no positive experience in treating children with such diagnoses.
As a result, I came to the conclusion that it is not worth contacting Booking Health. And I am writing to warn others, and so that others do not fall into the hands of scammers, especially at a difficult time for them.
I was lucky that the doctors in Dresden were able to immediately recognize my problem. Otherwise, in Russia, the competence of specialists is much lower, so it was only here that I was booked. Maria Stern did a great job for quickly helping us get to our destination. Now, after all the procedures, I feel much better than before! Motor activity has returned to normal.

Initially, I was inclined not to trust this company because, following the instructions, I chose a treatment program for myself that would meet my wishes and budget.
