I had to pay, although I understood that the amount was taken from the "ceiling" and went to the Peugeot service. As a result of the inspection, they gave a conclusion: "There is no need to change the lamp band, just replace the relay and that's it. They also did everything in 30 minutes and 160 rubles along with spare parts (feel the difference).
The next day I called the service and expressed my claim, they assured me: "We'll give you the money, come back on Monday." Colleagues heard the conversation, because they were talking on speakerphone.
I came to them, as agreed, but as it turned out, they changed their mind and said they would not give anything, because the Act was signed by me, and they did the work for almost 2 hours! At the same time, they refused to provide both an Order order and to show video from CCTV cameras and a diagnostic report, which contains the time of the work.
I wrote a complaint to the book of comments and suggestions, requested documents and ordered an outfit, they didn't give me anything, but they sent me in a crowd "to complain where we want"!

As a matter of principle, you can take a printout of my calls from the operator and come poke them in the face, but it makes sense if they basically don't care

If you need a malfunction diagnosis, then it's better not to go here, because they will offer to change everything by exclusion, pumping out money, which happened to me. I was smart enough to jump off in time.

The malfunction is floating - it does not start well. It was necessary to spend time to find it - they did not spend it. Without (WITHOUT!) approval, they cleaned the flap, billed 60+ rubles and gave the car back with the words: "we think everything will be OK, otherwise bring it back." So why do you offer me repairs without warranty, why didn't you measure them at the moment of bad winding? Yes, it takes time, but that's why I went to Bosch, and not to any other service station. They answer: "well, we think it will help, but we couldn't catch the moment of a bad winding with the tool, but without it, yes, we did." They're thinking!!! They don't know, but they think.
