To push the machine malfunction onto the misses and the game of the guests is disrespectful both from an ethical point of view and from a professional point of view.
To the logical question of why the performance of their equipment depends on the number of hits, they awkwardly spread their hands. I don't understand why if a person misses, it should break the equipment - fucking nonsense. To play normally, you always need to knock out the pins, are you serious?
With such a moronic explanation, in addition, they insulted the lady and put her in an awkward position, after which all desire to play on disappeared. They left 20 minutes after the start of the game. I won't come back, and I don't advise the others.
