Disgusting service and maintenance. We order an espresso tonic, they say there is no ice. We order a cooler, it's over. We order pasta carbonara, they say it is salty, and the sauce there is not the same as always and the ham is not very good. Oceania. This is the first time I've heard waiters discourage me from ordering anything. So, we have decided. We ordered another pasta. Burger. Cappuccino. And attention: matcha latte. They warned me that I was going to wait 20 minutes. The barista waiter brings half a mug of drink and begins to tell himself for a long time why he couldn't make a matcha latte. Seriously?! And then he suggests that if this one that I brought doesn't work for you, then I can redo it. Well, of course to redo it, it's not a matcha latte. Later , in the receipt for the alteration , they took more than 1 ruble 🙈😆
We waited 40 minutes for food, not 20. The burger was like a McDonald's.
How many times have we not asked where our food is, heard some lies and excuses. How is it even possible for a waiter to come and tell us that we have only one cook in the kitchen. What difference does it make to visitors? If you take orders and inform us about the order readiness time of 20 minutes, then you must comply.
The people at the next tables were also shocked by the service. With a very small load of tables, wine was carried to people for 15 minutes. One company couldn't stand it and left without waiting for its order.
I also didn't wait for my pasta. Because I'm tired of hearing about three more minutes for 20 minutes in a row. The evening is ruined.
Another "wonderful moment" when you call the waiter, he first pretends that he does not see you, and then asks from afar "WHAT?". You understand from afar, and you have to yell at him through all the other visitors. The level of respect and culture is "just brilliant."

The girls at the checkout are angry and thank you for not sending them from the start. 1 time we decided to have breakfast. We ordered shakshuka and a big breakfast. Shakshuka was brought in about 25 minutes. And the big breakfast never arrived. It's been 40 minutes. When asked why, because all the people who came later brought their order, and the same dish. We were in a hurry and asked if the dish eventually does not arrive within 10 minutes, then exclude it from the bill and we will pay. To which the waitress replied that she did not know and would go to clarify. As a result, they brought us the bill a minute later without apologies or explanations. Question to the owners - do you care so much about customers and do you stick to tactics and will it do? With all due respect to your products, there is no desire to visit you anymore.
