I was expecting something better but it definately tastes little better than that chain restaurant's Big Mac Burger.
It was such a disappointment. With this price and that tastw I would definately chose some other place to eat my burger.
Plus the burger was smaller than I expected. They bring less fries than regular plate in many places. Definately not a price performance burger shop.
Prices are normal, service is fast. Burger bread is ok, atmosphere is fine, they have an English menu.
Not planning to get back here again while there are better options in the town.

This is some kind of joke, right? A burger with one thin patty, 100 grams of potatoes and just a cup of tea, not even a kettle, reached 4,700 tenge. I am not an Almaty, or even a Kazakhstani person - is there some kind of unrealistic marketing from the institution that gives so little and takes so much? Part of some fancy restaurant group? Anril did not receive the experience.

I took Krispy's wings. It's a Spanish shame. Hard as breadcrumbs, it hurts to crunch, and underneath it is an ordinary chicken in the oven. No taste, no marinade. Just three stars for BB's reputation. And so, the wings are average.

We made an order through Yandex for food in this institution. It would be all right, BUT! What was brought to us left an indelible impression of the institution! There were 2 burgers in the order, one of them, let's say, was edible, but on the second (photo attached) the chefs decided to come off to the fullest: 1) The cutlet looks like a thinly smeared piece of meat that does not match either the photo or the gram. 2) A burger called "Pesto and mozzarella", in which mozzarella looks like a thin fried slice of breadcrumbs. 3) The loaf is clearly not the first freshness.
At the same time, the cost of the burger is 2800, which I think is unjustifiably expensive for what was brought to us.
I strongly recommend paying attention to the work of the kitchen and the return of finished products, since nowadays you should not forget about competition.

Everything is great, but we didn't put the gherkins in France)) either they forgot or they didn't warn that they weren't there, but I think this is a one-time case. According to the burger: the burger is generally delicious, the sauce is delicious, the cutlet is a little thin and dry. Very tasty currant lemonade with rosemary. The waitresses are nice and polite girls, and I forgot about the gherkins when they asked if I liked everything.
