The money was withdrawn from another bank account this morning. The exchange rate difference in the currency exchange was slightly more than my monthly salary. The cashier's first question sounded something like this: - Where did you get the money? Then:- Can you explain the origin of the money? Is the bank card you used to withdraw money with you? Etc. I handed in the cash receipts that were given when withdrawing money from another bank. The cashier left. When she returned, she offered to write me an "Explanatory note about the origin of the money." At that time, an employee appeared at the cash register and changed a piece of paper with exchange rates. Looking at him, I realized that going to this bank was a waste of time. Bank employees called the cash receipts "Impersonal" and I refused to write an explanatory note. Currency exchange has become impossible. I left an entry in the complaint book. I walked 500 meters to Masherov 80 and everything worked out in 20 minutes. Without a hitch.

The worst bank, even bank employees do not know how to fill out an application for an erroneous payment. The approval of the application and the correction took two weeks. The money was never returned. The staff is not competent, there are practically no ATMs, there are only a few banks in Minsk.
