A cozy place with a pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Waiting time is not bad. I tried bubble tea and loved the quality, flavours and texture. The price is also not bad. I would definitely love to come here again to try the rest of the beverages and food on their menu.

The tapioca was not flavourful and the milk tea is not worth it. Mochi was good. Place is rather small for the crowd.

One of my favorite places! Very tasty dumplings with shrimp and chicken, I love it! The atmosphere is friendly and warm) It's so warm that you can roast, it's hot even in winter, it's very hot, it's really a problem. There is a strange arrangement of seats and a vending machine on one of the tables, which takes up too much space. There are no questions about food and drinks!! I love mochi, but I don't like berries. So thank God there is mochi with oreo! Very tasty and tender! I used to love chilled noodles with chicken, but unfortunately they were removed from the menu ((I like to take "At dawn" From drinks, I just ask without these balls) I advise everyone to visit this institution, and I wish prosperity and air conditioning to the institution!

The kitchen was closed, I do not know where else to eat these dumplings with chicken, shrimp and corn. I'm heartbroken, very sad. I don't see any point in going there anymore, it was my personal island of pleasure(

What? Why should I cancel an order after paying for it and get another one, even without warning?
I have always gone to this place, I have no complaints about the drinks and dishes themselves, but because of the staff, there is no desire to go anymore.

I went there purely to order Bubble Tea (Passionate Love). I liked. Unusual taste, sweet. I gave 10 rubles for 500 ml. The menu is in Russian and Chinese (the cafe positions itself as Chinese). But the guys who work there don't know how to read their dishes in Chinese. Probably, it is calculated that Chinese students or Chinese people will come here. The atmosphere is pleasant. The impression was spoiled by the serving of the cupcake. An elderly woman comes out of the kitchen (no hat on her head, no gloves) and takes out a cupcake in her bare hands. Not even on a plate. And just puts the cupcake on the table (probably dirty). I was just in shock.

We came with a friend for the first time to this cafe. We were immediately greeted by a noisy group of teenagers, the room looks like a dining room, it looks nice, but everything is too close. The price is noticeable only for mochi and food in the window, they found a "menu" with drinks, sat down at a sticky table, on which there were already order numbers (metal plates with a half-torn QR code. It was unclear, but as it turned out, no one removes the old signs).
I took the money. It was brought quite quickly, but for some reason in a coffee glass (apparently to hide this horror). Tapioca is transparent and tastes like silicate glue! Taste: a novelty with jasmine tea, the brew was very tasty, it's sad that it was there at all😶 It is impossible to drink, the taste is diluted and empty.
In addition to all this, the cafe is adapted only for Asians (all signs are in Asian. For example: a toilet, personally I would not have realized that this is NOT a pantry) Hairpins next to food, an unsanitary environment.
Of the advantages: a convenient lid, you can pierce it, or you can open the lid and drink this tea leaves, it is still unclear why such a glass is for bubble tea......

Чудесное место с крутой атмосферой. Что касается еды, то порции лапши тут просто огромные и само блюдо очень вкусное. Персонал юный и вежливый, повара очаровательные представители китайской культуры. Напитки можно подобрать на любой вкус, единственное что хотелось бы попробовать в данном заведении это какой-нибудь кофейный напиток с топиокой и возможно молочной пенкой. Так же тут можно попробовать различную свежую выпечку и десерты. Отдельно хочется отметить красивые стаканчики для напитков, выглядят очень стильно и ритуал вскрытия напитка улучшает настроение) Если хотите взять напитков с собой, то Вы можете попросить специальный пакетик для каждого стаканчики, это придаёт огромное удобство в транспортировке.

I love this place, but...
the girl at the checkout is as unfriendly and inattentive as possible. We ordered a smoothie and asked for an additional portion of balls, of course with an additional fee. To which I was sarcastically told "there are actually balls in the drink!"
I say "yes, I know, I want to add another portion, I love them"
They told me "there are only strawberries and blueberries (let's say I don't remember the taste exactly). I say give me the strawberries.
The answer is "there are already strawberry balls in the drink, only blueberries!"

Today we were with a friend at this institution and we were horrified by the quality of service and drinks. We ordered a "special package for girls" and found ourselves simply stupefied by the quality. Instead of mashed potatoes, they threw off scraps of dates instead of mashed potatoes. When we approached the employee, he was extremely reluctant to interact with us and in the end simply ignored this problem.
Last time, we were served by an incredibly pleasant and polite girl, for whom I put more than one star.

I've been here with a friend 2 times. The drinks themselves are not bad, but the attitude of the staff towards the visitors is a complete bottom. Everyone is running around the bar with stone faces, if you ask something, they will poke their finger at the menu and will not tell you anything, usually employees try to sell their product politely and with a smile on their face, there is no such thing here. I do not require this, of course, but when you want to clarify some of the menu items, and the employee, instead of a simple answer, also tries to mark the stupidity of your question with his whole appearance, it is unpleasant for him.
The order was not expected for too long, but it was a huge surprise when the ordered Mochi were brought to us upside down in a craft bag. I decided to check with the same girl if they can give us dishes, because eating from a bag in an institution is not very convenient, especially very strange. The girl replied that we did not specify whether we would be on the spot or with ourselves. In general, it is fair, but no one clarified this issue with us, the girl said that we should clarify it ourselves.
It would have at least some logic if there was nothing to compare it with. This, of course, is not the first institution that I visit, and not the first of its type. The employee usually clarifies whether to place an order with himself. And if this clarification did not follow, then by default they always do it on the spot.
If these rules are somehow different for you, make a sign or mark in the menu so as not to mislead customers, but rather clarify yourself.
There is not enough flour on the Mochi so that they do not stick together, the tea is delicious. The room is small, very cramped. The impression is completely negative.

However, there are a couple of nuances:
1. The girl at the checkout is as unfriendly as possible. The management should convey what the service sector is.
2. Baodzi are delicious, but it's generally inconvenient to eat. Maybe I don't understand something? A strange and uncomfortable pitch. The baodzas stick to the mesh and each other , everything crumbles
3. The sauces are very tasty, but it would be great if the containers extended, everything is greasy in oil.
4. There is no hood, it is very stuffy. If you don't open the door yourself, you can suffocate))

Что могу сказать ,в этом месте оооочень вкусные чаи и различные азиатские блюда ,но данный отзыв адресован для прекрасного персонала ,который покорил моё сердечко. Очень милые и отзывчивые девушки всегда подсказывают что вкуснее и выгодней , особенно девушка ,имя которой к сожалению не запомнила (вроде Катя ) , работница из-за которой мне хочется каждый день приходить в ваше заведение с ещё большим удовольствием)

Loud discussions of employees at the bar, communication of the cashier girl with her friends who were sitting at a table in the hall. The employees of this institution have not even heard about a banal greeting or farewell. Music is a separate moment here, I am not a picky person at this moment, but when you come to an institution with an Asian orientation, I would hardly like to hear something like "and I love the military", "accountant, my dear accountant".
