We were in Bulbyanaya during the Slavic bazaar. All the seats were occupied, I had to stand in line just to sit down. But if we only knew that everything was so sad there, we wouldn't be standing at all. The choice of dishes is very small. Everything is kind of dried up and winded.
This institution has nothing to do with the "bulbyanaya", which in fact should contain dishes of national cuisine. Fish in Argentine and meat in French are not what you would like to see there.
A lot of tourists come who want to try national dishes, and of them there are only pancakes with meat and pancakes without meat, and even cold ones.
The staff is boorish and rude.
One big disappointment!

People who write negative reviews simply do not know one feature with which to start visiting this institution. Find the inscription "Black Knight" in the menu and order 3 ml per 1 kg of your weight. Consume this divine product without combining it with anything. Feel how the colors around you become richer and a slight appetite appears. That's it, now order whatever your heart desires, but after trying the dishes, do not lean too much, take another 2ml per 1kg and wash it down. The next day, write your review about the freshness and quality of the cuisine, great music and little red-haired locals who were sent to you to keep the conversation going.

The average estimate is approximately true. Although, I would even put a four-plus out of five. As for me, the location couldn't be better: in the center, and even close to a public transport stop. But with the dishes, everything is not so perfect: I came in 5 times and always every time there was a feeling that they had come to finish the leftovers in the morning or from yesterday (I usually came from 14 to 16 o'clock). Both in terms of variety (about a third of the dishes were missing) and in taste, there was a feeling that the food was cooked by 9 a.m. and everything was worth it from that time.
The prices are something in between a dining room and a cafe (and in terms of external sensations as well).

It seems that the mother-in-law was there once - nostalgia) An ordinary "obrygalovka" with a claim to a fast or self-service cafe. The portions are small, the food is tasteless, the machanka was not outwardly, but I just keep silent about the taste. Actually, almost all the food went into the trash. Prices are comparable to normal fast food cafes. Sausages - one fat, kefir - diluted. In general, we were hungry.
I suppose that it is acceptable to go in and crack a glass and have a snack like a piggy when you can barely stand on your feet)
I advise you to avoid such establishments.

The name of the establishment and the bright sign on the street do not say anything about what is inside. A simple dining room with an unfriendly staff at the distribution counter. The food is tasteless! The room is gloomy. All this did not make the most pleasant impression about itself, which goes against the general opinion that Belarus has excellent cuisine and polite people.
