The design is cool, like a Belarusian hut. In fact, this is a dining room. I tried their draniki (they were listed on the menu as potato pancakes with meat) - I didn't like them. The prices are not very high, you can eat, though without enthusiasm.

This cafe is more like a dining room and the food also does not pull up to the level of a cafe. I took mashed potatoes for lunch, but it turned out to be with lumps, the child took baked potatoes, which were badly overcooked. The interior is modest, but with a Belarusian accent. First of all, since it is one for everyone.

we got caught during the Slavic bazaar, and in order to seat our fifth point, we had to stand in line. and it wasn't worth it, unfortunately. we were in the middle of the day, and one of the soups was already over. the food is fresh, 4 different juices were taken, one fermented, the rest diluted with water. not to say that it is super cheap, there are canteens and cheaper. if you want to have a delicious meal, you are clearly NOT here.

I didn't like it at all - there are only onions and rubber meat in the potato pancakes, flour dough without potatoes; French fries are dry, it is impossible to eat; meat is like a stone in cabbage rolls. Food is poorly heated in the microwave. Tasteless, but cheap.

08.10.2022 I was in Vitebsk, went with a friend to this cafe for lunch. We took draniki and cheesecakes. The pancakes are dry, it feels like they are not fresh, they have been lying for several days, after they had heartburn until the end of the evening. The cheesecakes were good. We looked at the salads with mayonnaise in the refrigerator, there were even droplets on the mayonnaise, most likely cooked a long time ago. The choice of products is small. The staff is very slow. If the only thing I liked was the interior inside.

The kitchen wants to be better. It is absolutely not clear how they cook. The food is heated in the microwave (but you can still change with this). The pancakes are made as if on paste. Coffee is not even worth trying at all, because it is not coffee, but tinted water. I do not advise you to waste time visiting this institution. You can talk about music separately. It's just a game. A self-respecting institution will not keep such a playlist. There is a complete discrepancy between the pictures at the entrance and reality.

I had lunch at this place on March 10, 2023. I ate something, but I didn't feel any pleasure. Cabbage soup does not look like cabbage soup, but it can be a recipe like this. The pilaf is spicy, but the taste is not pilaf, but spicy rice porridge. Cherry compote is delicious. But the biggest disadvantage is the unpleasant smell from the dishes. It was as if she had been wiped with stinky rotten rags.

The last time I was in Bulbyanaya in about 2002, I saw a cockroach there, the men were drinking next to it, in general, I did not finish eating and left. Now in 2022, I think I need to have a snack somewhere, I thought about Bulbyanaya, read the latest reviews about cockroaches and went to look for another place... The city center. Don't embarrass yourself. Either take out the cockroaches and put things in order, or shut down altogether. It's disgusting.
