I’ve always enjoyed the burgers at Burger Embassy—they’re as good as ever! However, the customer support needs improvement. There’s often no one available to take your order, leading to unnecessary waiting. Even when the order is taken, it’s sometimes incorrect, which adds to the frustration.
Additionally, the strong smell of cleaning chemicals (likely chlorine) is overwhelming and unpleasant. It seems like the cleaning staff overuse it, and the smell lingers everywhere.
Another issue is that the door is often left open, making the place uncomfortably cold, especially in winter.
As for the Mirzo Ulugbek branch, having it closed for cleaning during lunch hours is inconvenient. This could easily be done during off-hours to avoid disrupting customers.
That said, the Minor branch remains the best—it’s consistently better in service and overall experience!

It's very tasty, very good, the portions are large. The prices are extremely reasonable. As for the room, it is very stylized and quite compact. I did not observe any disadvantages . 10 African burgers out of 10

It's a terrible place! After visiting this burger joint, I didn't just feel bad — I ended up in the hospital with serious poisoning! I ordered a burger, which looked normal, but after a few hours terrible symptoms began: nausea, vomiting, dizziness. This is absolutely unacceptable! How can you serve food that sends people to a hospital bed?! Utter negligence and irresponsibility! If your health is dear to you, DO NOT visit this place in ANY CASE!

It's a very cozy place. Everything is very delicious AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE.

Today I ordered an American burger with a minced meat patty. I didn't feel the taste of meat as such at all + the cutlet was salty (( I ate it, but I didn't get any pleasure at all. I was hoping to get a gastronomic orgasm, as they recommended this place to me today, but it didn't work out. So far, only 3 stars. A simple burger and nothing special.

I visited this institution and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a burger that tasted normal, but after a few hours I felt sick. I felt very unwell, which ended in serious poisoning. The symptoms worsened to such an extent that I had to go to the hospital. This is simply unacceptable for a catering establishment. Be careful, health is not something worth saving on! I strongly recommend not visiting this place.

To all fans of this institution, I advise a branch at 110 schools, since it is the only branch in which they do the same thing. In other branches, you rediscover your favorite burger every time, and it's not always a pleasant surprise. And the portions are different everywhere.
