I looked through the reviews and realized that I am not the only one who gets delivered much later than the specified 45 minutes (another marketing ploy, oh, these marketers :)). But it's not even that every other time the delivery takes 70-80 minutes instead of the promised "45 minutes". It's about approach and attitude. Very poor quality service and a very unpleasant aftertaste after communicating with some couriers who are just very disrespectful to customers. The hunt was beaten off, thank you, we are no longer on the way with this institution.

We stopped for a snack, the tables are gnawing, we need to look for and ask to be cleaned, when they were removed it is not possible to sit down at the table because it smelled very much of bleach, there are pieces of dust on the floor in the truest sense of the word.

When your children run up and say, "Dad, why are you taking so long to get cigarettes?" The food looks like something amazing, like apples from the Garden of Eden. I ordered a whopper and a cheeseburger - fire!
1) I often buy specifically from BC, thanks to the excellent opportunity to pre-order and pay from home, or while on the road.
2) The guys are quite polite and positive.

I ordered delivery on the site at 21.14, allegedly 45 minutes, an SMS notification came, it will be delivered on 22.14.as a result, I called myself at 22.40 to clarify where my order is, they said please wait it will be soon,we will send you a promo code for a burger, they did not want to solve the situation.It's not the first time I've ordered, this happens very often.Customer loyalty is zero, logistics is dead, cutlets are stale, my last order was in this pub (there's no other way to say it.I highly recommend it!!!!

I order delivery on the website. It says everywhere we will bring it in 45 minutes. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. After making an order, an SMS arrives - we will deliver it in an hour and a half. There are no words. Well, of course I understand that if they give a discount on the whopper for more than 45 minutes. But it pisses me off that they're holding you for an idiot, let's make an order, everything will be beautiful, and once you've done it, we'll bring it when we can. I don't understand, in a competitive environment, isn't it easier to make honest and transparent conditions so that a person doesn't feel cheated later, to rewrite cloying responses to reviews like "we took into account your wishes, thank you for helping us become better." No one needs this, people want an honest relationship so that a pleasant impression remains. For example, I will not order anything else.

San. norms and cooking recipes are ALWAYS violated, the leaders themselves command not to report if there are a lot of people and shift if the product is spoiled and it needs to be sold.
I remember how we cut the mold from the rolls and sold it to people, and this was under the guidance of the manager.
I decided to go to my former job after a while, well, you never know, something has changed. I spent 25p, but I got small cold stale portions of food. They put so much ice cream in the shock fountain, as if for every gram they would be deducted from their po. You don't change.
