I ordered delivery on the site at 21.14, allegedly 45 minutes, an SMS notification came, it will be delivered on 22.14.as a result, I called myself at 22.40 to clarify where my order is, they said please wait it will be soon,we will send you a promo code for a burger, they did not want to solve the situation.It's not the first time I've ordered, this happens very often.Customer loyalty is zero, logistics is dead, cutlets are stale, my last order was in this pub (there's no other way to say it.I highly recommend it!!!!

I looked through the reviews and realized that I am not the only one who gets delivered much later than the specified 45 minutes (another marketing ploy, oh, these marketers :)). But it's not even that every other time the delivery takes 70-80 minutes instead of the promised "45 minutes". It's about approach and attitude. Very poor quality service and a very unpleasant aftertaste after communicating with some couriers who are just very disrespectful to customers. The hunt was beaten off, thank you, we are no longer on the way with this institution.

The staff is just awful. In particular, the girl at the checkout (Victoria) refused to sell an alcoholic drink to my wife and me, asking for documents, although she looked clearly younger than us. The passport photo, as well as the rings on his hands, did not fit the argument. Seriously? After that, the order was canceled, as I absolutely did not want to continue the further dialogue.
