Of course, this is a luxury hotel, with a wonderful room, service and relaxation areas. I would have put 5* if my headphones hadn't been stolen from my room.
The hotel staff safely ignored my request to investigate, saying that theft was impossible.
But of course it is possible. For a month I wrote and asked about the search results, to which I was answered "we will clarify", "we will see", and sometimes they just forgot about the situation.
Of course, headphones that cost $ 250 are not the main reason 1*.
For me, this is an indicator of the attitude towards hotel guests. And if something more expensive was stolen, I would probably also be told "theft is impossible."
When a room per day costs from $ 1500, this attitude is unacceptable.

The beach of the hotel is across the bridge, along which it is pleasant to walk and take stunning view photos. Or you can take an electric car from the hotel.
The rooms are two-level, large, - no matter how much you pack, you will definitely leave some things!😅 The bedroom is an aesthetic delight, - a stunning view from the panoramic windows and a mirror above the bed. A comfortable large dressing room adjoins the bedroom on the second floor. There is also a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower next to it.
Downstairs there is a large living room and a guest bathroom.

Of the minuses, you can only allocate too large a deposit (the cards don't work) and too picky security. First you need to answer the question "how are you", then name the number, then - who is booked. In the end, they ask to show the key. But the security remembers the guests very quickly and does not interrogate them again.
