A great place to have a stable and predictably delicious dinner. Hot dishes from the main course are always prepared at a decent level. I've never admired the interior of the place, but the food… She is divine. Everything is delicious at home, but modern in combination, always fresh products. Besides, it has the best coffee in the city. You can be sure of that. The perfect ratio of coffee and milk. There is no astringency and bitterness of coffee and there is no feeling that you drink only milk, everything is perfect.
The New Year's table, of course, is from here: duck and trout will be the main culprits of our table.

Any compliment is just nothing. This institution is definitely above all praise. I have already known him for more than three years and I can note that during this period of time the institution is kept at an identically high level and does not give up a degree from the course)
In fact, they are the best in the segment, and in the context of Minsk, this is just a godsend.
The interior, exterior, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and they were able to get into all the grooves and gaps)
The quality of the food is the highest. There are simply no tasty or unsuccessful positions. If the meat is juicy, if the vegetables are in good condition, if the fish is tender and so on in all dishes)
They also have a wide range of bar menus and a number of drinks (including cocktails, lemonades, tinctures), which are also on top.
The last time was 21.07, and what else can you describe, if it is the Italians who come to butterbro to eat, as for me, this is also an indicator.
The only negative is prices - they are growing and growing significantly, for six months in some positions an increase of up to 30%, which slightly overshadows the magnificent aftertaste 😂
But in fact, for the quality and comfort that you get from visiting butterbro, you have to pay and the price is quite, +-%, commensurate
The staff is excellent, so courteous that it's just inconvenient!

The best restaurant in Minsk!! Everything is amazingly delicious. The service is at its best - the feeling that they were waiting for you! Delicious cheesecakes, fish pancakes, burgers. And very nice compliments from the boss. Delight! The prices are high, but the atmosphere and the quality of the food are worth it.

I would like to thank the ButterBro gastrobar and personally the waiter Karina for the perfect brunch on 06/9.24! I brought my guests from Moscow, and it was the first time I was there myself, although I heard a lot, and they were totally conquered by everything that happened)
The service is at the "Divine" level, I write without unnecessary words) Perfectly picked up our mood wave, flawlessly helped us figure out what to order and get the maximum hit in our wishes. I hope that Karina gets not only an absolutely fair huge tip, but also an increased salary :)
The food is simply delicious, with signature touches, Viennese waffles with roast beef, Cottage cheese donuts, Brownies and much more are masterpieces.
The atmosphere is super, pleasant music, aesthetically pleasing, stylish, clean.

We decided with a friend to visit this place for the sake of interest. We went and obviously knew that we would not like it, because we do not like pretentious establishments. But it was one of the rare occasions when we left satisfied with a completely opposite opinion. The interior is not to my taste, but this is not the main thing for me in the cafe. The food was excellent, I haven't enjoyed it like this for a long time. We ordered simple dishes: strudel, honey cake, Viennese waffles with egg and cabbage steak. I liked everything, it was worth every penny spent, although the price tag here is slightly higher than usual. We will be happy to come back again.

Нам с мужем понравилось это заведение. Вкусно, недешево, НО это тот случай, когда цена-качество соответствует. Обслуживание приятное, ненавязчивое, интерьер красивый, блюда вкусные и отличаются от таких же в других заведениях. Были с маленьким ребёнком, хоть и не предусмотрено посещение с маленькими детьми (нет стульчика, столика для переодевания в туалете), особого дискомфорта не почувствовали.

Ну прям пять звезд ! Начиная с приятной гардеробщицы и заканчивая очень внимательным и ненавязчивым официантом ! Интерьер уютный и не яркий. Блюда не дешевые , но очень вкусно , красиво подаются и приготавливаются из свежайших продуктов ( по крайне мере те блюда , которые я заказывал ). Кушал обалденный оливье , вкуснейшую утиную грудку с пюре из батата и фирменный картофель фри ( уверяли , что не из замороженного полуфабриката ). Спасибо за удовольствие !

Два места есть в Минске. Одно по типу кафе, туда не ходи, второе ресторан, сюда ходи.
Вкусно кормят, чисто и просторно. Увидел супчик с морепродуктами и колоритным раком сверху, охотился за ним и получил удовольствие! Как охотник или рыбак вернулся домой с трофеем и послевкусием. Вернулся бы снова. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Одно из самых вкусных мест города. Здесь всегда Вкусно! Обожаю чайную карту просто в сердечко.
В последний раз сидела с подругой на террасе: так прекрасно отгородили посадочные места, что я даже не заметила прохожих и оживленную дорогу за спиной.
По атмосфере мне больше нравится более уютный ButterBro на Жасминовой. Но я люблю Оба этих заведения 💗

The waiter Alexey behaved strangely from the very beginning, inappropriate jokes, because of him there was a feeling that we were some kind of beggars, and he was an elite.. When I came to lunch for the first time, I felt out of place with my friends. A pregnant girl asked for a blanket on the terrace, as a result, she took it herself, after 20 minutes he remembered and began to distribute blankets to all the guests, but not to us, although we asked initially. The impressions due to the service were not the most pleasant. Will I come again myself, or will I recommend this place to my friends? Definitely not.

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time.
The first thing that did not meet expectations was the atmosphere and style. I expected something more youthful and daring from the name ButterBro, but in fact the restaurant has the atmosphere of a classic expensive establishment with a claim to elitism. I can't say it's bad, but it's not what I expected.
I liked the staff very much: from the cloakroom attendant and the receptionists, to the waiters - all pleasant and polite.
Sitting down at the table, the pre-arranged dishes are immediately annoying, which are then removed anyway - as for me, this is the last century, this tradition smells like mothballs. Then they serve a sheet with a huge inconvenient menu. Of course, it's good that this is not a Talmud with 100,500 sheets, (which would be even worse), but still it was possible to make the menu more compact, by 2 turns so that it was convenient and pleasant to hold.
The food was absolutely unimpressed. Perhaps he did not order the most successful dishes: olivier with salmon is the most common olivier in which finely chopped meat was not put, but instead several pieces of salted salmon were placed next to it. The egg was also not cut, but put entirely on a plate with several cherry tomatoes. And it would be fine if there was some incredible taste or a super beautiful presentation, but there was neither.
I will not describe other dishes, but the essence is the same - nothing unusual and super tasty or masterfully beautiful.
The prices are high. I do not meet the expectations of the dishes.
(But I repeat that I may not have ordered the best dishes)
By the way, the tea was delicious, but there is no strainer in the kettle and you have to spit out branches and nifels.
I think I'll give you a second chance and come back again. So far, 3 out of 5.

It didn't work out for me with this institution. The steak was not fried, apparently the medium wells do not know how to do. The scalding soup was not pleased with the serving: meat and mushrooms in large chunks, the rest of the vegetables were cut into microcubes. Bone marrow is also not clear how to rake it out, trying not to get burned with broth. The cherry on the cake was that all the tables had candles lit on the tables, but for some reason we didn't. I'm not coming back here anymore.

Everything is fine, except for the refrigerator...not cold.. There is no taste. Potatoes with garlic and rosemary saved the situation a little, as well as adding ice to the refrigerator so that it was at least a little colder than room temperature..

Шикарное место. Кухня - восторг 🤩. Цена умеренная. Обслуживание иногда, особенно вечерами отстает (хостес гуляет и официант может с барменом заговориться), но кухня и антураж все перекрывает. Всем советую

Посетители ресторан 15.09.2023 вечером , но “ресторан” это очень громко сказано.
Не обслуживание там, не посуда, не еда - не соответствуют понятию слово ресторан.
Пришли, заказали 4 разных блюда и чай с жасмином. Чай подали в чайнике из которого не возможно было налить чай без заварки. Приходилось пить чай процеживая между зубов, чтобы не проглотить заварку. Сразу скажу, что такого невкусного чая я не пила никогда . Когда мы сказали официанту нам заменили чайничек. Чай в кружку можно наливать без заварки.
Основные блюда- не просто «обычные» - они просто не вкусные. Десерт Наполеон- коричневый корж, покрытый вареньем из черной смородины- ужасен. Десерт чизкейк - не вкусен.
Странно, что официант ( девушка) ни разу не спросила : «Как вам блюда ?»
Когда мы рассчитывались нам никто не сказал «приходите еще раз»
PS посуда - безвкусица , обслуживание никакое, еда очень невкусная , цена не обосновано завышена !

Очень вкусно, отличный персонал. Отличное место.
Совершенно случайно зашли позавтракать. Завтрак был такой, что двое взрослых и ребенок наелись, и еще даже с собой упаковали, цена чуть выше, чем в Васильках, но это того стоило.
Ужинали здесь утка, в любом ее проявление, выше всяких похвал. Как и все то, что здесь пробывали.
Обслуживание отличное, очень жаль, не помним имя нашего официанта, но ему огромная благодарность.
В общем это то место ради которого очень хочется вернутся в Белоруссию

Прекрасное обслуживание, улыбчивый и вежливый персонал (без спеси, что редкость для заведений такого формата), атмосфера просто сказочная(как будто Рождество в Нью-Йорке, ну такая асоциация :), вкусные салаты, а наполеон со сгущёнкой просто восторг, must have в меню любого гурмана. Хоть цены немножко и кусаются это того стоит!
