We came to Kyrgyzstan on vacation for a week. We decided to rent a car to travel around the country. We found this rental car in the search engine.
They quickly responded to my request on WhatsApp and consulted me about free cars and their prices. They also helped us with advice on choosing a car: initially, I don't know the specifics of the planned route and local roads, we wanted to take a passenger car, which we were advised to rent an SUV, which we never regretted in the end! The manager also advised on the sights and how to get to them better.
The car was in excellent technical condition, clean, with all the necessary equipment and fully prepared for a long trip.
The trip left very positive impressions, including thanks to the availability of reliable transport! I recommend this rental to everyone!

I was looking for a passenger car and comparing different projects, I almost took an old Japanese passenger car. I drive well and knew that, most likely, I would drive it even in the mountains. Looking ahead, yes, in dry weather you can drive everywhere, in the gorges, even on the Oka. BUT! BUT! but! But at what speed? With what "comfort"?
The roads in Kyrgyzstan are full of holes, there are many repairs with detours across the steppe. The primers are all with large stones. Where cars are sneaking 30-40 kmh along the dirt road, the Pradik flies 70 just like a tank glued to the road. Full confidence. I highly recommend taking a Prado or an analog, even if it is 2 times more expensive. Think about how much your fatigue and the time spent on vacation are worth.

Wonderful rental, great cars and very nice managers! We were given a route for our entire vacation - for which special thanks to Artyom!
We were in Kyrgyzstan for the first time and since we arrived out of season (in April 2024), access to many wonderful places was "closed" due to snow. But despite all the obstacles, we visited a lot of beautiful places, drove around Lake Issyk-Kul, climbed into the mountains and snow! Thanks again to Artyom, he picked up a great car for us, a Toyota Prado diesel with all-wheel drive, which drove us to glory, completing all tasks easily and naturally)))

For the second year in a row, we are traveling in Kyrgyzstan in late January and early February with the support of Cab Car company. If we're going to work again - and there are such plans - then we'll use the help of this company again.

I'll start from the beginning, I found a company on Yandex, wrote off, sent the documents beforehand.We called, said which route we want to go, chose the day and time)
We arrived, discussed everything in the office, drew up a contract, left a deposit, took the car and drove!
We took it for 5 days, traveled all over Issyk Kul)
We didn't exceed the speed limit, we drove carefully!
Upon arrival, they calmly handed over the car, despite the fact that there was a little less gasoline than when they were issued, they said it was okay!
Everything was fine with the car, the deposit was returned during the inspection!
When you are in Bishkek, I recommend this company.

We rented two cars - a Toyota LK 200 to drive around Lake Issyk Kul, and then we liked it so much in Kyrgyzstan that we decided to extend our vacation for three more days and rented a Toyota Prado. The cars are in perfect technical condition, new tires, very clean. It is pleasant to communicate with the staff, they are very pleasant, responsive, helped to make up the route, shared beautiful places and locations, for which we are very grateful to them! Without their recommendations, we would not have seen many very beautiful places! About this, along the way, we met many tourists in rented cars who had a lot of problems when renting - they gave out the wrong car that they originally rented, someone on a handle with a mileage of 600 tr, constantly breaking down, instead of a rented new car, someone's car was constantly boiling on the road, as it became clear in Kyrgyzstan there are great difficulties with the service. Communicating with us, everyone was sincerely surprised at the condition of the car and the rental price, because everyone had similar prices, and the cars differed like heaven and earth. The pleasant impression was quickly replaced by a terrible discomfort from using their services. Be prepared that you will have to drive in the right lane, otherwise you will be called from the service that you exceed. You will have a personal traffic cop who takes your speed readings every minute. Also, do not dream of extending your vacation because your car has already been booked and you have not even been asked if you will extend the lease. Also be prepared for a bunch of nonsense like your contract is a copy and not the original, in order to extend it you need to go 300 km back and forth, your navigator shows the wrong speed on the phone, and not in the car it is underestimated by 10 km per hour due to not native wheels.

Great guys, we started chatting almost a month before the trip, after buying air tickets. We talked in What's App with Artyom. We exchanged data and documents. We discussed all the nuances. The car was delivered to Manas by prior arrangement, inspected, filmed, and signed a contract. We traveled by car mainly along the Chui Valley, the car coped with the tasks.
A customer-oriented company, we were in touch, answered any questions.
A couple of tips for those who are traveling to Kyrgyzstan for the first time from the Russian Federation, (I was born in Kyrgyzstan, everything is familiar to me)))
- take with you a radar detector / DVR two in one, there are more traffic police in Kyrgyzstan than cars, despite the fact that I took the most modern gadget, I did not read all the cameras
- the phone holder works everywhere Yandex navigator if there is Internet, wildly stupid does not keep up with the car keep in mind, you fly through the turns at once
- do not wait for Russian roads, the roads are tired everywhere, remnants of the past, even in Bishkek, driving off the central streets and avenues you get into the off road. The Bishkek -Kara-Balta autobahn road was made by the Chinese for their refinery, new.
- do not be fooled by the comfort of the roads, rent a SUV or jeep, even with this option, the suspension of the car will play you in the spine :))
- there is no culture of driving in Kyrgyzstan at all, although it would seem that there are so many traffic police on the roads :) they do not miss, they do not blink emergency lights (when they thank you, they look like an idiot), they constantly honk, and so on. in short, you have patience.
- when flying into a fine, you agree on the spot, the guys are adequate

Great guys. We planned the route back in May, discussed everything over the phone, fixed the amount and route. They didn't take the prepayment. As a result, in two weeks in August, we drove almost the whole of Kyrgyzstan on a Pradik, reached Kel-suu and handed over the car in Bishkek.

Booked for 10 days in September 2022 by Whatsapp'app. They wanted it cheap and not angrily, but recommended the opposite rental. They did the right thing by listening to them. Of course, you can drive around the lake by sedan, but the temptation is very great to turn into a gorge or to the river. We rented a diesel SUV, and with it the confidence in the safety of the thresholds. Payment is accepted as it is more convenient for you, including with the Mir card and in rubles. A deposit is required, with a refund in case of respect for traffic rules and absence of an accident. We drove 1500 km . The rules are as follows:
1. Exceeding by more than 10 km/h is a fine. The locals say that it is possible to negotiate.
If the sign is 40, then the probability of meeting an arrow in uniform is 50-50%. And it's dangerous to drive, cattle walk on the roads, a horse can jump out onto the roadway.
2. We do not allow pedestrians to pass.
3. Do not turn on the turn signals.
4. We do not cross the marking.
5. We are afraid of cameras.
6. We do not drink alcohol.
The return was without problems and divorces, although there was a small chip from the arrival of a pebble on the bumper.

We have already contacted the guys twice, we took a Lexus GX470 and a Toyota RAV4. The cars are well maintained, it feels like they are being watched! No jambs / burning checks/ hidden breakdowns came out in the process.
A convenient process of putting a car in the car wash — while the car is being washed and checked, you have time to drink coffee nearby. If fines come out, they allow you to pay at a discount to the traffic police, if you manage to meet the deadlines. This is not the case everywhere — some take the full price by default))
Friendly staff, it's kind of nice to be with them - it feels like it's important to them that everything is good. In short, the experience is extremely positive.

The 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with a mileage of 240 tons turned out to be exactly the kind of car that is comfortable in the urban bustle of Bishkek (respected and missed ...), and on the flat highway towards Issyk-Kul (and the ship is sailing ...), and the most suspicious roads that Our navigator paved, although they were paved (her no matter what ...). Despite the age, well-groomed interior and clean large trunk. The new multimedia with a rear-view camera provides comfort and safety.
I especially want to talk about the condition of the roads. There is something to compare it with, since we were in Uzbekistan two months ago, and there is just trouble with the roads there. The asphalt surface in Bishkek is good, on the highway in Balykchi it is simply excellent and there are two lanes in each direction. And when approaching the local landmark #bashnaburana, our navigator offered a very interesting section of road that only Prado could handle.
So we are happy with a good car: a great fit in the cabin and a super overview. Not a racer, but a confident, heavy-duty, real Jeep. The interior is comfortable. Multimedia is modern, and phone charging is fast.
Consumption is 11 liters (according to my estimates), which, in my opinion, is not bad for an age-old turbodiesel of 3 liters. About the price of fuel. DT 75.5 som (54 r). 95 gasoline 64.9 som (46.4 r). There are many gas stations, most with shops: tea, coffee, pastries. It is recommended to refuel at Gaspromneft and BP (Bishkek Petrolium).
And what else do you need to travel through deserts and mountains?
Yes, by the way, CAB car rental was constantly in touch via whatsapp: when booking in Moscow and here in Kyrgyzstan. Highly recommended!
